My husband and I have just spent two nights in this hotel, which we can strongly recommend. The room had everything we needed, very clean, with tea/coffee making facilities. A good breakfast and very helpful staff. Parking was no problem.

The hotel's service attitude is warm and courteous, the rooms are clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. There are several free parking spaces at the door.

The room is a bit small but well-equipped (though no kettle). It was also quite cold, and the heating only ran for 12 minutes at a time. However, the service was excellent. The bar downstairs has a nice atmosphere, perfect for a drink with friends or family.

I stayed just one night, checked in late, and left early in the morning. I didn’t expect much, but it was okay for one night. The hotel is close to the Hbf, and the single bed was comfortable, which worked well for me.

Wonderful stay This little hotel is a gem. The owners were friendly and the room was spacious and comfortable. Also very well located, just a few minutes' walk from the train station. The only thing missing was a coffee machine in the room.

I really enjoyed my short day at this hotel. The room seemed fairly new and very clean, also it was quiet at night and the check in and check out was convenient, there is a reception which is staffed until 10 PM, but you can also check in to a terminal after hours. I recommend this hotel for a day in my book with without reservations.

We stayed for 7 days in a triple room for €742 (bed only), and while the hotel met some basic expectations, there were a few areas that could be improved. The room was generally clean, but details like the absence of drinking glasses in the bathroom and the fact that our bedding wasn’t changed at all during the entire stay affected overall comfort. This hotel is a sad place. It has no atmosphere or personal character at all. It is a typical investment hotel, built into a former parking garage, completely impersonal and everywhere looks the same. The price of 140 euros for a small room for one person is far too high. You can get much nicer accommodation for that in the beautiful town of Marburg. Unfortunately, they were all fully booked that weekend

We loved our stay. It was cozy, welcoming, comfortable and refined. They tidy your room while at breakfast, have homemade cookies to offer with afternoon tea, and the restaurant was superb. The gym equipment was disappointing, however, we would love to come back.

We had a wonderful dinner in a beautiful ambience. The service was great, the food was excellent, well prepaired, refined German cuisine. Local products, good meat and fish. And we had 2 desserts because they were too tasty.

Ok Perfectly acceptable. If you are looking for an affordable place this is just fine. The beds were beds and the room was a room. The only problem we had was the top bunk had dirt marks on the sheet and most of the blankets had holes in them. Otherwise fine.

Budget accommodation. Smallish room, tiny bathroom. Cleanliness so la la, our son was sleeping in the upper bunkbed and discovered lots of dust. Despite being located in an industrial neighborhood they charge 5 Euros per night for parking, which is a bit petty.

Family friendly We have two kids and it was a perfect size for us. The bunk bed is comfortable as well as our bed. The water is warm as soon as you turn it on. The breakfast is surcharge but it was all worth it. My favorite part is the unlimited coffee and the cheese 😋. Friendly staffs.

Located near the train station and pedestrian zone, but not noisy. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The room was quite large, the bed comfortable. The bathroom was fine. There was a large wardrobe, plenty of storage space, and power outlets. A kettle and tea bags would have been a nice addition. The room and all public areas were very clean.

The hotel was a bit pricey considering the facilities as it was during an international conference. It was disappointing that they were doing road paving work in front of the hotel and the breakfast was repetitive.

While I understand there was an issue with the trip.com payment, this should be handled by the hotel and the booking service. The maximum check-in time is 10pm and no one is allowed after that time… so if there is a train delay and we arrive after 10pm, it’s impossible, luckily I arrived at 9:45pm.

I have been a guest at this hotel for years and have always felt comfortable. Unfortunately, that has changed. The rooms are still OK, but some are pretty worn out. Breakfast is overpriced for the service! And the price shown when booking is not the final price, there is also 10% accommodation tax! You might as well include that! Simple hotel that is in the Berlin Metro A zone and is fairly well connected on the U Bahn and is on the same line as the Main Station. Area is also well served with food options and a supermarket. A decent place to stay for its price. Would be better if hotel provides a fridge.

I recently stayed at the BB Hotel Berlin City Ost and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is modern, exceptionally clean, and offers great value for money. The room was comfortable and quiet, ensuring a perfect night's sleep after a day of exploring Berlin. Its location is a major plus, with excellent public transport links making it easy to get anywhere in the city.

A great stay! Location and breakfast were perfect! They checked me in early and the support staff with free minibar options (water and beer and coke) was all amazing! My only challenge was electricity to the room. They use the card injected=power, so you can’t charge anything when away from the room. This was not ideal.

Since my decision to come to Berlin for the IFA was pretty spontaneous, I didn’t have many hotel options left. But to my surprise, the B&B Hotel in Charlottenburg turned out to be a great choice — it’s modern, clean, and, best of all, it doesn’t have any weird smells. The bed feels so comfortable compared to a lot of the older German hotels in the same price range.

The surrounding area is very convenient, with restaurants, supermarkets and parks nearby.

Convenient location, close to flixbus stop, hpf and town centre. Luggages can be stored before check-in, free of charge but the area is unlocked. No check-out process is needed because they use password code instead of card key.

The rooms are simply furnished, but fine for 1-2 nights. The bathroom is a decent size. The breakfast buffet offered a manageable selection, but the rolls were fresh and crusty, and there was fresh fruit and delicious coffee. We would book here again to attend an event at the Buderus Arena.

Beautifully renovated hotel after the catastrophic floods. One of the best breakfasts I‘ve ever had in a hotel, very friendly staff. Only minus point was the very thin walls in the rooms in the upper floors. You definitely need earplugs, but that shouldn‘t stop anybody going.
