The room is clean but really small, no space for luggage at all. Breakfast is good. For short stays it's good.

It’s perfectly fine if you’re looking for a place near the train station.

The rooms are very clean and spacious. The bathroom had a wierd door that closed both the toilet space and the shower space, so I wouldn't recommend for a couple/family book such room. I felt very safe, the door opens and closes up using a key code. There is a nice breakfast offer and the service is kind. I am not the biggest fan of the location, Präller is full of wierd people.

Location was great - a tram station was right in front of the hotel, the city centre is within walking distance (or one tram stop away). Great Egyptian restaurant round the corner and a supermarket not far away. Room was comfortable, with the option to turn on and adjust the air conditioning. Toilet is separate from the shower and sink area, with a sliding door that isn't sound (or smell) proof, so...

Overall fantastic stay. I found the bed a little too soft for my liking, but nothing serious. The carpet was a little bit dirty, but the bathroom looked spotless. Can't get over the amazing breakfast, they had a really wide selection!

Interesting concept, appealing ambiance – the dark tones take some getting used to, but nothing that would deter us from a return visit. What we believe urgently needs improvement, however, is the attitude of the staff towards their actual employer: the guest. All stuff was so friendly, the room was so modern and nice- all nice clean and the room aroma was nice. Bedding was mega comfortable.. Tv and everything modern and easy. I travel a lot and this was so far my best place to stay.

The rooms are clean and nice, and the staff is very kind, the breakfast is good. I would definitely recommend them, and we will come back to this place. Some small hints: it would be nice to have tissues in the rooms. And please pay attention to repair/replace the broken bin in the toilett.

My wife and I stayed for two nights in one of the four penthouse suites (Villa Boutique Suite). These are located in the new extension. 90% clean, many port, basic hotel with relevant price

Very close to the Munich exhibition center, and the area around the hotel is very convenient with a supermarket and bakery right downstairs. The hotel also has an underground parking garage, which is great for business trips. The only downside is that the room is a bit small.

Wonderful experience!!! The staff are the absolute best. Everyone from reception to dining to housekeeping staff were so kind and attentive. The accommodations were perfect and our every request was met. Would highly recommend and would certainly stay here again. The restaurant was so good too!

Meh... It was a huge mistake to stay here instead of the Windmühle, which has a truly incredible restaurant. This hotel is as blah as it gets. The restaurant and breakfast are stupendously overrated.

It's rare to book a hotel that looks like the pictures online. This property was even better! The staff was attentive and kind, and made us feel welcome. The included breakfast was the best we've ever experienced. Six of us had dinner, and we agreed 100% it was fabulous! Close to the train and an easy drive to our events in Ansbach. We will definitely book again!

This hotel made our time in Germany absolutely amazing. The staff was just so stellar from day 1 to the day 6. We loved the personal touches from everyone. Breakfast every morning was just so nicely done and the atmosphere with the large windows really made getting the day started such a pleasure. Surprisingly nice! Easy access from the highway with convenient parking in front of the hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive. Absolutely exceeded our expectations especially taking into account our late arrival. Enjoyed a nice breakfast included with the stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience. The hotel overall is ok, however, the room is not big enough to place 3 seats, we need to sit on the bed when we are 3 in the room where only 2 stools provided.

Very nice, well priced hotel, close to the central train station. We only stayed in Ulm one night, but the hotel was great for our needs. Clean, comfortable, great bed/pillows and shower. Because of our travel, we arrived 30 minutes before the 3pm check-in time, and were not able to check-in early. I am not sure if this is standard practice, or the result of a busy weekend trying to get all the rooms...

The hotel is very clean, and the room was new and comfortable. Only the window facing the tracks was noisy at night. Even the good windows didn't help. It was very good that the rooms could be opened with a code. This was very convenient, and you don't get a card or key.

Great location, friendly staff

This charming hotel is right in the center of the action. An easy walk to the Christmas market! It is a little walk from the Subway but manageable and charming. Just we aware you will be rolling your suitcase over cobblestone. I would definitely stay here again! Be sure to get the house hot wine which comes with a fresh gingerbread cookie!

The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel was also very clean. The hotel was clean and staff was great so I bumped it to 4 stars, but the beds are hard and the rooms are awkwardly shaped and some aspects tiny. Each room is set up differently but the shower in our room was tiny and it was impossible not to flood the bathroom. And very slippery floor.

This was a pretty easy spot for Oktoberfest located about 10 minutes walk from the train that will get you anywhere around Munich. The staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was great. They have inexpensive and good pizza for sale up at the front desk along with a nice bar and seating area where I chatted with a lovely group of random travelers. Room was spacious enough for us two.

Very nice and clean hotel, but also very basic. Ideal if you just need a bed, bath and breakfeast. The hotel is located in the "messe" area, a quiete neighborhood in an industrial area with absolutely no activity at night. We stayed there as a family of 4 for the 4. time on our way from Denmark to Italy on vacation. The hotel is located only a few kilometers from the highway.

The location would usually be good, but I didn’t realize that the main train line that goes to the nearest station was under construction so getting here as of now is a bit more inconvenient. Had a great stay at B&B Hotel Messe Munich. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything went smoothly.The location is great, especially if you’re attending events at Messe München—it’s just a short drive or a few stops away by bus. Clean and sanitary, the triple room I booked actually had 4 beds, free parking is very convenient; there is a No. 263 bus to the subway at the door, and it is very convenient to download an APP to buy tickets!

Far from the center unreasonable high price

Great location, relatively clean – but the air conditioning was broken, the toilet lid was extremely wobbly, the shower head holder was also unsteady, and the shower temperature setting was unavailable because the right outer cover of the knob was apparently broken or missing. I had room 210. Please check for the next person. Otherwise, everything was great!

Not bad, clean and sanitary, in a residential area.

The hotel is quite standard and clean. The water in the shower is too small and there is basically nothing else provided in the room except towels. The biggest attraction is the supermarket downstairs. The elevator was under maintenance from check-in to check-out.

Cute boutique hotel in Black Forest on the lake. We used the free paddle boards and sauna. Booked a massage. Breakfast each morning was delicious, fresh and many options. We ate dinner our first night at the restaurant, which was also very solid. Quiet, romantic. Staff was kind. Rooms very clean. Get a lake view! So worth it. Nice hotel to stay at for a stop over while driving through Germany. Easy to find, easy to check in, they have parking to use, clean, and a great restaurant nearby called Posthorn that was delicious.

Very good standard, good walking distance to the city center

I do - however - usually sleep on my belly and without a pillow... thus I require an unusually hard mattress (which is almost never available anywhere). The world apparently consists of "back-sleepers" only. ;-)

I booked this place because it said it had parking. I did not expect the hotel parking to be free. However, when I got there they told me you have to book the parking in advance and that I can park in the paid parking across the boulevard which costs only 16 EUR / day. It ended up costing 31 EUR for 10 hours.

Even though I had booked breakfast included in my booking the reception person declined to provide saying it's not included in my booking . I had a bad experience with service even after paying for breakfast .

Very good in every way. On the other hand, with a room overlooking a busy street, these are not the best conditions for a good night's sleep.

Good place to stay on business trip

The hotel is from a well-known chain and is located far from the city center and the bus stop. There's a large, inexpensive supermarket nearby called Rewe.

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Train station in sight, but a long roundabout walk to reach it.

Reasonably priced and breakfast was good. Warm welcome by reception guy when I arrived and he helped with my checking in. Hotel would have been better placed on opposite side of train station for easier access to Trier City centre, but walk is not far. Disturbed sleep a few times from noisy hotel guests slamming or knocking on doors. Not a fan of the key code entry system!

Very nice modern hotel, the lobby is currently being renovated, therefore no breakfast is currently available, but a coffee machine for coffee, cappuccino etc. has been provided free of charge, very nice.

Completely fine for the price. Especially for the location. The only drawback is the underground car park with the driveway. Something so steep with such a curve is a disaster.

For the price of just under €56.00, the room is fine except for the lack of heating. Clean, low-budget hotel in a central location. Little light in the room and the noise of the tram can be heard with the windows closed, these are the other disadvantages. Breakfast for €12.50 was solid in terms of selection and quality for this price range.

Very noisy from morning to evening like they were fixing something upstairs. The first night I stayed there, there was internet. I woke up in the morning and the electricity was out. I waited for about 3 hours. The electricity came back but the wifi didn't work. The room didn't have a mini bar and no drinking water.

A fantastic property! It was odd not having any staff onsite, but this didn't actually impact our stay. The only down side was the limited parking availability. You must arrive early afternoon to get a space.

My mom lives only a short walk away from the hotel and this was the perfect location. A short walk from the train station. The staff was always friendly and willing to answer any questions. Very friendly staff, we had a problem with a broken toilet so we got upgraded straight away to a better room. Location is also perfect, walkable to city center. There is also no sound from the trains/traffic hearable in the rooms. Good price for nice clean room. We didn't have breakfast here, in the city there are better options.

The parking place is free and available, but not always easy to find. Literally the hotel is located on Bahnhof, but it's not noisy at all when the window is closed. I don't mind choosing this hotel again for a stay.

Everything seems to be okay. But the smell from the hallway all the way to the room was a bit disappointing. Everything seems to be smells like an item that just got newly picked up from the warehouse. Would appreciate if the odor was at least neutral.

I booked a room for my parents and they like it. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the train station. The staff were very accommodating and gave us a room with a beautiful view of the cathedral. I deducted 1 point for the small rooms and beds, and another point for the breakfast (limited choice and overripe bananas).

It takes 15 mins walk from the central station. There are lots of restaurant near by which you dont have to worry about even it is mostly 10PM. The staff is super nice during my check in and check out , I am possible will stay in this place again if I visit here!

We arrived during the closed reception period, but were still helped from the 'breakfast room' staff adjacent; they locked our bags in the reception until it reopened. We had a very helpful receptionist and even though the info centre was close by, we never needed to go there as she imparted useful info tailored for us and the locale.
