When we arrived, there was no hot water in the room, barely warm. It was unpleasant to take a shower in almost cold water in winter. Later, hot water appeared, but unpleasant impressions remained.

Was a comfortable stay. Close to station and other attractions. Staff was very friendly. Should upgrade the tv to a smart one so can connect to it with our devices.

We booked this hotel out of fluke, last minute as we missed our train connection. It was a great hotel and close to Munich Hbf. Staffs (especiallyTugce) were great and helpful. Will use this one again for sure when around. Thank you

The hotel is conveniently located, 5 minutes from the highway by car and 3 minutes from the S-Bahn on foot. An S-Bahn train to the city center departs every 15 minutes and takes 15 minutes to arrive. The room was spacious and well-heated. Wifi was fast, and breakfast was adequate. There are a few shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel rooms are relatively small, but the environment and service are quite good; the rooms are clean; Chinese guests are advised to bring their own toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers; there are not many restaurants nearby, making it suitable for business travelers.

This guesthouse has all the necessary amenities for a basic stay, except for a refrigerator. Check-out was incredibly easy, with no waiting at reception.

The hotel is just one U bahn station away from Munich Hbf. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

We were pretty satisfied with our room and felt it was well appointed for the price. We got the twin bed room and felt it was pretty spacious with lots of room for our things. The room wasn't as big as it looked in the photos. It's not far from Central Station, there's a supermarket nearby, and it's close to the city center and pedestrian street, so the location is good. However, the hotel and the room weren't as good as expected, and the coffee machine didn't work properly either.

The location of this hotel is quite convenient with good transport access. However, the elevator was out of order, which made carrying our luggage up to the first floor quite troublesome. Great location close to Central train station and reception staff provided good assistance with travel around Muchen. However while we stayed for five nights we were given room adjacent to stairs and lift. This meant you heard lift moving at night and noise from other guests walking up stairs or departing lift. A nice clean B&B with friendly staff and good parking. We arrived really late and we were helped nicely. The room was clean and actually had a nice view. Never had a bad experience in a B&B, parking is 6euro a day and the stay is cheaper if booked online. But still a good price in general.

Hotel is well located. Rooms are standard size and clean. Parking is available in front of the hotel and will be charged separate when you do self check-in no matter if you came by car or not. Charging parking is not mention when you do the booking. It is not expansive but should be stated upfront.

Exhausted after a grueling ten-hour drive, we arrived quite late. Fortunately, the receptionist was exceptionally hospitable, quickly expediting our check-in and explaining everything about our stay. We were so grateful to collapse into a warm, clean room for an early night.

Love the location near the highway. We usually stay here (Hannover-Lahe) on our road trips. Room and bathroom were clean. There's enough space for two people in a double room. WiFi and air conditioning worked well. Hotel parking is free and quite spacious. Not far away there's a tram stop, so you can get to the city center easily. Close to the autobahn, shopping center is nearby. Good location. Clean hotel but they should have some more sound isolation on the doors. It was a bit hard to sleep when the neighbors had fun ☺️ and top of that, I would like to have refrigerator in the room.

The hotel is near the famous Alexanderplatz; unfortunately near the bridge of the U-Bahn. The smell of pee outside is off putting to say the least. The hotel and rooms are clean, unfortunately there’s carpet everywhere. So you can’t really tell. It’s not hygienic. It was a lovely hotel near to Olympia Park - it was quite a distance from Oktoberfest though, where I wanted to visit. There's not much around Olympia Park and I didn't find it easy to use the public transport, so I walked around 7km each visit. I was very happy with the room, it was comfortable and quiet

It's small but expected. Room cleaning is only available for every 3 days. The staff was very nice to arrange one extra cleaning for us as we didn't know extra cleaning need to arrange online. We tried once online but the cleaning was completely missed. The problem is cleaning staff only available before noon. When we came back at night with all used towels on floor, we can only get new ones from reception...

Nice budget hotel. Worth the price.

check-in was so easy, and check-out even easier, hardly had to deal with any paperwork, only downside was that the sliding door doesn’t cover the shower area and the toilet area at the same time, and it’s a little far from most things, but it’s near some of the nicer art museums if that’s your speed 💗

The front desk was so funny. They knew I was staying for two nights, but they insisted on activating the card for one night first, and then asked me to come down the next day to activate it. When I came down the next day to activate it, another front desk thought I was going to check out. After I explained it to her, she was very confused about the situation.

The bed was small, perfect for business use. It's close to the subway, so it's a good choice for visiting the Dusseldorf Convention Center, about a 40-minute drive away. Excellent hotel. Exactly as described. Great location, room was great, breakfast was great, and the offsite parking was the best we had at any hotel in our 3 week stay across Germany. Front desk girl, Vanessa, was OUTSTANDING. You do hear A LOT of street noise (our room was in the back, by an alley)

I booked a single room and it was nicely appointed with a comfortable bed. I also appreciated the welcome glass of wine! The front desk staff were nice. The location was good, about a ten minute walk from the train station or to the historic center of town.

It was also very quiet for being as close to the train and being in the city center. The breakfast buffet was very nice and I thought very reasonable in price. Great value. Clean, warm and comfortable, excellent bed. Our room faced a railway yard over fields but this did not interfere with sleep.

This was the second time I have stayed. The hotel is situated close to the main railway station , so convenient for day trips out to Koln or Düsseldorf . It can suffer from rail noise at night but sleep with window closed and it’s not so bad .

We choose B&B for our short stays when we are not 100% sure if we going to travel the planned route. The easy and flexible cancellation is the best. But even though the hotels aren't fency the rooms are comfortable and have good beds and are clean. The only thing missing is a third seating place in the family rooms.

Our room was beautiful and spacious, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and modern, and the staff was friendly. Best of all though was sitting in the cafe downstairs and looking out into the market square, which was stunning.

The very friendly service at the reception and the very clean rooms deserve special mention. The location is also good, and the internet connection is even first-class. We came here with our dog for New Year's to escape the craziness in Berlin. This hotel is very pet friendly and was packed with dogs which was awesome, thank you for caring. Lots of fields around the area, a doggies dream. We stayed here for 2 nights you have everything you need. The room was very clean, beds are very comfy and the bathroom was very clean as well. We definitely stay here again.

We spent Silvester night here with our two dogs. You barely can hear anything with windows closed. Minus is, they charge 12€ per dog, which i think is fair, but would be better if they tell you that in advance while booking. Territory around is quiet and with little fields to walk at. I needed a one night room last minute, as a solo traveler. B&b hotels made it super easy for me to book a room and provided such comfort- and peaceful state of mind while I was with them. The breakfast room was spacious and they had a great selection of bread, fruit, cheese, tea, and oatmeal toppings.

After 10 PM, there’s no staff on site and check-in is fully automated. However, the process is quite tricky. A fellow passenger had trouble checking in—possibly due to a small spelling mistake or some other issue—and I tried helping him from midnight until 2 AM. The humiliating treatment I received from the receptionist, forcing me to sit on the sofa like a small child, threatening to call the police and other displays of superiority, mean that I do not like a hotel that allows this. In addition, charging for parking that is clearly not yet ready for use, and having to go and find the registration number of the hired vehicle, led to the employee displaying...

We booked a family room for 3 people, but it was extremely small with no space to move around. The bathroom was also very small, and the shower was so tight you couldn’t even turn around. The breakfast area felt the same — when all tables were occupied, it was very difficult to walk through. Overall, everything in this hotel feels “mini” sized.
