I'm outraged by the staff's behavior; they don't value their guests' time at all! Even though I scanned the QR code and filled out the form in advance, I had to wait quite a long time. Despite the line, manager Christian insisted that I contact him directly while another young man and employee Sofia were standing idle. He declared, "Sofia is unavailable; she's my intern!" After the long wait, during my check-in, Christian was constantly distracted by other guests being checked in by other young employees, which demonstrates not only disrespect for the guest standing right in front of him but also a lack of trust in his own employees! After checking in, I discovered that the storage net under the bed wouldn't slide out because the bed was in the corner. Despite my persistent requests (which also wasted my time), Christian offered no solution! The final straw was the security guard's behavior in the evening. He stopped me right in the elevator and demanded that I speak to the receptionist without explaining the reason or offering any explanation! Receptionist Kai not only demanded that I wait, but also demanded to see my guest card, claiming there was a "problem in the femake dorm," even though he was seeing me for the FIRST TIMe! After "checking" my card, he claimed there was a "problem with the female dorm" in the system without explaining what exactly this "problem" was. Furthermore, seeing me for the first time, he had no way of knowing what room I was in ( female or another type)! This kind of staff behavior can not only be stressful for a guest, but also indicates a lack of staff qualifications, or even a complete lack thereof!!!The hair dryer in our room didn't workand the sink was clogged!
