Several basic amenities were missing from the room, including complimentary slippers, bathrobes, a kettle for coffee and tea, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Having to pay extra for slippers and bathrobes felt particularly unreasonable. A small welcome gesture, such as a complimentary bottle of water, would also have enhanced the guest experience.
In addition, the air conditioning did not function adequately. The room remained uncomfortably warm throughout our stay, making it difficult to sleep. While some staff members were helpful, others came across as unwelcoming and not particularly friendly.
That said, there were some positive aspects. We appreciated the presence of the sauna, the Italian restaurant served excellent food, and the late checkout time of 12:00 was a nice convenience.
Given the hotel’s four-star rating, we expected a higher level of comfort, service, and attention to detail.
There's a train station across the river, and a supermarket just a 10-minute walk away. Super convenient for grabbing snacks, drinks, or anything you forgot to pack.
Overall, it's a chill, no-drama stay. Comfy, clean, nice views, and practical. Would definitely come back.
