Had a wonderful stay at Estrel Berlin Hotel, the reception staff was super helpful from the first night when I arrived offered a complimentary breakfast as the room was not what I asked for and the next day I was upgraded to a mini suite as I was awaken by the fire alarm in my room.
Very pleasant and the breakfast was a good buffet was all you could think of which half the time to eat 4 items but good for choice and the eyes to see.
Whilst visiting Berlin I lost my cellphone and the front desk staff went all out to assist me until I was able to contact one person to know I had no phone, for that I give them 10/10 - thank you so much for all the attention you gave me and made sure I was comfortable in your hotel. Thank you.

We ended up here by accident, but we’re so glad we did! The hotel is very clean and comfortable, just a short distance from the airport. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and the food is absolutely delicious.

I attended a massive bemer conference at Estrel Berlin on 20th September 2025. It was for 1400 guests so not a small event.
We enjoyed drinks all day a fabulous lunch buffet and a spectacular dinner.
It is a massive venue and very well organised.
The staff were friendly and helpful finding dairy free products on request.
The evening meal was a work of art on plate all varieties with meat option, vegetarian or vegan option. All delightful.
The toilets and facilities were pristine and staff on duty very attentive to ensuring all supplies were maintained throughout the day and evening.
A very enjoyable conference.

The employees are friendly and take time to answer questions. Room was clean.
The room experience was lower than expected for the price : air conditioning loud and not really working, bed splitting all the time what not nice is for couples. The pillows were not confortAble at all (to thin). No coffee and tea not provided. We had to ask for a water kettle. The coffee, breakfast and lunch are quite expensive. 5 min walk of a S bahn. 40 min from the city center.

Stayed here during a business trip and had a great experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. A good choice for business travelers.
