Reviews
Old facade and rooms
Decent breakfast spread
Front desk staff service is not consistent- borderline rude when ask for bottle of water (I stayed for 6 nights) as it wasn’t replenished in the room
Cleaning of the room was very disappointing- didn’t wash my stained glass until the 4th day (after 3 nights), same for the sink - can see hair still
Pictures of dirty amenities attached.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a warm attitude. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of fresh options to choose from. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt elegant yet relaxing.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again on my next visit to Berlin.
