Very nice hotel. 10min walk from Berlin Central Station. Fast check in and checkout! Friendly staffs. Clean room, nice view, nice toilet, basic needs like body wash, shampoo, coffee and tea provided. The only negative thing for me is, the hotel is located right next to a Hospital (Charite). Disadvantage is, you can hear Loud Ambulance pass by from time to time, even during the night. If you are a light sleeper that easily wake up from noise, this hotel is not for you. But for me, it was not a big deal. Overall the hotel was good. Easy access and everything SUPER!

The room was discusting. The carpet was stained as well as the curtains in our room with something looked to have been thrown down it. The breakfast is mediocre, but I guess if you are hungry, well.Staff at desk refused to do anything about our toilet that did not flush one day. Maintenance person had gone home. Couldn't have a shower one morning because water was scalding!!! Couldn't change to another room because all rooms were booked up. We had booked this place 5 months in advance because of the stated rating. Big mistake!!! You can decide!!!

Unreliable, I travelled 6 hours for business, only to find my booking nullified with no alternatives,
0 notifications and 0 solutions from the very professional and not greedy at all owner(s).
Edit after reading the reply:
You bluntly lied about not having any room available while booking.com and your website were showing multiple available rooms.
It's a cheap behavior to nullify a booking for the smallest detail possible in hope of selling the same room twice.
Lastly, I have genius level 3 on Booking.com,
I have booked over 50 times in the past 3 years, I never encountered such a situation bundled with such behavior at a reception desk anywhere from Dubai to London and in between.

Rooms are clean and there's enough space for 2 people. Staff is welcoming also in the night. I didn't try the breakfast but I saw a lot of food in the restaurant. Only note but very minor, is that there is no bar open inside. They allow guests to leave the baggage even after leaving the rooms and pick it up afterwards. The area is close to the main attraction of the city.

I paid for this hotel in full prior to my arrival but there was a point in the lead up to my trip (family death which they did not care about) where it looked like I could not go so I requested either a refund (less likely but why not try) or get the room cancelled so the hotel could reuse the room. OH BOY.
Not only did they refuse the refund (fair enough) but they requested to me to pay them (almost) the same price as the original booking…to not go(?). I then read that if I do not turn up they will charge my original choice of payment the fee.
This is craziness.
£120 for a night which I will not spend a single minute in a bed haha.

The room is not small, the location is excellent, but the bathroom window is broken, allowing cold air to enter the bathroom and making noise. The receptionist has a face like an ass. The room has a hot water kettle, tea and coffee, but no drinking water, you have to buy it from outside.

The hotel is opposite the Natural History Museum, and one tram stop away from Berlin Main Station. It is also very convenient to go to Museum Island. It is recommended to stay here
