Great location and affordable rooms which are spacious and nicely decorated. The bar in the courtyard was lively on Saturday night and a nice place to get a drink but you can't hear the noise when you're in your room. The room included a Nespresso machine which produced hot water too but you did have to pay for additional coffee pods etc.

Loud Musik from Bar till late night!!! New hotel but the rooms have no Iron, the hair drier is attached inside a drawer, way to short, not enough electrical plugs. We wouldn’t come back.

Beautiful hotel with poor service. I asked for a bottle opener at the reception, but they told me to bring the drinks down, because they couldn't give the opener to me. There is no refrigerator in the room.

I had such a wonderful stay at the Hotel AMO. The location was fantastic. It was easy to walk to museums, the theater, and great parks, as well as to get to public transport (there is a metro line right outside the front door), and there are so many great restaurants nearby (not to mention a Rewe for snacks/groceries). The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and the breakfast was great, with lots of vegan options to choose from, sweet as well as savory. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Truly a great experience!

Great hotel overall, with lots of coffee shops nearby! The rooms are beautiful, but, the AC in our room did not work and we had trouble sleeping. Even with the windows open, it was uncomfortably hot in the room.

This hotel is great overall. The room is not huge, but enough space for someone like me who travels with minimal stuff. The bathroom is updated and functional. I wish the room had a fridge. The wifi is okay. It is spotty sometimes so I don’t recommend here if you have to rely on their wifi for your work, etc. The location is great. Close to train stations, cafes, supermarkets…

Terrible design. I had an absolutely dark and very small room, with a very small window and no daylight, scary and claustrophobic place like in horror movies. There was some strange noise in the room (like a fridge, but there is no fridge), but the stuff wasn't helpful to fix it. The breakfast is ok for a budget hotel, but the breakfast room is also dark and has no windows. Very depressing

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights the week before Christmas. Very stylish and modern hotel. The room was compact, but nicely decorated and perfect for a few days. The heater in the room was turned up very high and was a bit uncomfortable to sleep.
Very good location - walkable to most of the main attractions in Berlin, including some nice Christmas markets, and also has the U Bahn just outside if you need to go further afield. Breakfast was very nice and staff were friendly. Would recommend for a couple exploring Berlin for a few days.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. The temperature was perfect for winter time. The staff was attentive and accomodating. It's perfectly located with plenty of mobility and eating options just a few steps from the hotel. The hotel breakfast/brunch was great too!

Nice atmosphere, the dark colors in the corridor and room makes you basically fall asleep.
The room I got there is not really space to work or desk, however it is perfect if you need only to sleep over.
I loved that the roof windows is with electrical blinds.
For the breakfast, great fresh croissant!!!
