Very good location and nice rooms. However, we were staying in winter with snow outside, the lack of entrance mat was a real issue. Also, the heating system was going full blast. We had to sleep with the window opened.. Lastly, the rooms are quite small, but it's quite usual for BER.

Room is exactly as advertised, it is quite compact, with limited space to put cloths if you are staying more than a a couple of days. Everything works really well, service has been great. The location is great for visiting Berlin.

Great location, right outside a train station. The rooms are on the smaller side, and if you are tall the ceiling dips in certain areas. Other than that, they were clean, accomodating staff and housekeeping was always done. We did have the breakfast one day, it is a buffet which is helpful, but I’m not sure it would be worth it everyday. Overall a good stay.

The restaurants around the hotel seem to have their ventilation systems either directly below the windows or within the building itself. As a result, the entire property is permeated by a persistent smell of cooking, leaving your clothes with the lingering scent of having spent the afternoon in a grill truck.
The room includes a Nespresso machine, but capsules are only provided on the first day; thereafter, they must be purchased. It’s the first time I’ve encountered such a policy, and it strikes me as unnecessarily stingy.

It clean and good hotel with rather small rooms. But clean rooms and good breakfast. Tablet cradle for TV has an USB-B to stick your charging cable in it. Online check-out and receiving online bill is working fine. They have a secure storage for your bag, to leave it after you check out in the morning.

Great location and affordable rooms which are spacious and nicely decorated. The bar in the courtyard was lively on Saturday night and a nice place to get a drink but you can't hear the noise when you're in your room. The room included a Nespresso machine which produced hot water too but you did have to pay for additional coffee pods etc.

Loud Musik from Bar till late night!!! New hotel but the rooms have no Iron, the hair drier is attached inside a drawer, way to short, not enough electrical plugs. We wouldn’t come back.

Beautiful hotel with poor service. I asked for a bottle opener at the reception, but they told me to bring the drinks down, because they couldn't give the opener to me. There is no refrigerator in the room.

I had such a wonderful stay at the Hotel AMO. The location was fantastic. It was easy to walk to museums, the theater, and great parks, as well as to get to public transport (there is a metro line right outside the front door), and there are so many great restaurants nearby (not to mention a Rewe for snacks/groceries). The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and the breakfast was great, with lots of vegan options to choose from, sweet as well as savory. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Truly a great experience!

Great hotel overall, with lots of coffee shops nearby! The rooms are beautiful, but, the AC in our room did not work and we had trouble sleeping. Even with the windows open, it was uncomfortably hot in the room.
