Mixed feelings with our stay. Hotel did a good service recovery by putting us at their sister hotel- exe suite room as they sold our room on the first night and gave us complimentary abf and sight seeing tour bus tickets.
Though given a suite, we do not like the room as much as hotel luc (modern) and a hassle to wake early to check in to hotel luc on the next day. Morning shift staff seems unaware of our complimentary taxi ride back and other complimentary which we have to spend more time waiting

Never got the room cleaned! Staff was helpful but not overly friendly. Good location for what we wanted to do.

It’s really bad customer service. The TV was not working the first night and from 830. They let us woke up a.m.. They wanna fix the TV and we are tired and sleep. We should in vacation and they keep knock the door and they didn’t do anything for that Not acceptable things like one oh one night no TV The Manager do nothing. I would never book in this hotel again.

We had a wonderful time here - the location is extremely convenient to walk to some of the top historical sites and museums. The hotel is very modern and high quality. Service was great.

Intimate and personal. Great hotel in the center of Berlin Mitte. Overlooking the beautiful Gendarmenmarkt. Its always a treat to come back.
