We recently visited Berlin for the marathon and stayed at the Steigenberger. The hotel was excellent. Great breakfast buffet - and the staff was incredible. The location is great for access to the zoo, Tiergarten and more.
Great hotel. Location is good (Had Döner nearby the first night). The rooms were comfortable. Had a real good night's sleep. The breakfast was superb. It was my first steigenberger hotel. My only negative point is that it may not be value for money for a family/leisure trip.
2 stars ⭐️ Motel!
This is not anymore a 5 star hotel! The bar and the restaurant is closed. The cleaning is just coming every 2. Day, and when they came they forgot to clean a broken glass on the floor. Other than that: The minibar is closed. The wardrobes are removed the coffee machine has no coffee There is NO room service, the sun terrace is closed. This hotel is like a 2 star motel! It seems like they didn’t put any effort to keep the good service open and they say it’s because of Covid 😆 my guess is they made Covid as an excuse for saving money! You will definitely have a better time in a 2 star ⭐️ motel. The staff had little or less understanding for my complaints. I’m sorry 😞 The only thing that is open is the room.

This hotel is located in one of the best spots in west Berlin, very near central places and the Zoo Bahnhof but also on a quiet square without traffic and noise. The room they gave us was spacious and comfortable, clean and nicely equipped with coffee and tea maker. The staff is kind and supportive. Overall a great experience!

Great hotel, good restaurant. Nice room (despite a card system that works not very well). There is even a jacuzzi in the interior courtyard.

Directly at the Hotel there are many Restaurants. The location is good, because in just a few minutes walk to bus stops and subways are achieved. The rooms are more than good and the Breakfast is absolutely gorgeous. In addition, the staff is extremely nice and funny.
Hotel staff very friendly,room clean and tidy, spa consist of a round pool and one sauna but again clean and very relaxing, all in all happy, room was quite noise at night appriate in capital but certainly a city that never sleeps
In addition to the new Steigenberger Hotel is directly at the Berlin Central station, this house is the master house, close to Kurfürstendamm and Kaiser Wilhelm memorial Church. In a few minutes you reach the Kurfürstendamm, the Tauenzienstr., the KaDeWe Department store and the Bikini Berlin. The house is located directly on Los-Angeles-Platz in a quiet location with a green area directly at the Hotel.
