Hotel Berlin Köpenick by Leonardo Hotels in Berlin

I stayed at the hotel for one night and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay.
Even before I arrived, the staff were very accommodating on the phone when I informed them that I would be checking in late and would pay upon arrival, even though I had made the booking online. They handled everything very politely and professionally, which made the process very smooth.
The only small drawback was that the food choices at the restaurant were somewhat limited, especially for vegetarian options.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I truly appreciated the hospitality. I would happily recommend this hotel to others

I really loved my stay at NYX Hotel Berlin. The reception area is very spacious, with beautiful lighting and stylish colors that create a great first impression. Our room was on the third floor, and right in front of the elevator there is a large open lounge area with big sofas and a panoramic view, which was a very nice touch.

The room itself had a wonderful view of the water and the yachts, which made the stay even more special. It was well equipped with complimentary water, tea, and a coffee machine. The room was very clean, and the pillows were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again

Rooms are clean and recently renovated. Bathroom is a bit outdated but still functional and clean.

Everything was great! Loved the treats at the reception table, friendly staff, great room, reasonable price. LOVED the BREAKFAST variety and quality, esp the fresh fruit. The only downside was the bar not keeping track of who bought what, and the person in charge of our group was charged about 150 euro for the unpaid bar tabs. Perhaps people should pay as they go. Other than that, everything was FABULOUS!!!

We experienced some technical issues with the card scanner of the door to our room, but the staff was kind enough to give us a different room and a voucher for two free drinks. Honestly a very nice hotel for a reasonable price. Granted it's not very close to the city center, but trams, trains and buses are very close by.
We also enjoyed a nice drink and a game of billiards in the hotel lobby.

Exceptionally well managed, modern hotel - a friendly, professional team, beautiful river-side setting in Kopenick neighborhood . High praise for handling a sold/out weekend of athletes from around the world. Highly recommend !

Ok. It is a bit out of the city centre (my colleagues laughed at me when I told them where I was staying), but the price is right, atmosphere good. Rooms very clean and the staff is very friendly (and that alone makes up for the 40 min Public Transport travel to the centre). I missed some information on the available hotel facilities while I was in the room. On my departure day, I discovered that there is an app with all that information. A pointer to that app in the room somewhere would be great

Good rooms, amazing atmosphere. Pricey breakfast for what you get, with drinks paid for separately. Great cocktails.
