Very central location, close to Gendarmenmarkt. Stylish decor and very attentive service. We missed a bidet in the bathroom though.

The hotel is perfect and good looking from outside and inside, the food was great,the rooms were clean,we had such amazing experince defnitly we gonna get back once again.

The breakfast was excellent. However, when I requested water from the front desk, I was told to buy it from a market. Our double room only had one bottle of water, and when I inquired, the lady at the front desk informed me I would have to purchase it elsewhere or pay for it at their bar. The hotel itself was clean, but bafflingly, for a 5-star establishment, there was no toothbrush or toothpaste in the bathroom. I've stayed in many hotels, but this is the first time I've encountered a 5-star hotel with such issues.

I absolutely love this hotel! The breakfast is excellent and the quality is amazing! Location is good and the comfort is top notch. The only improvement that could be made is to have the complimentary bottled water refilled. They only provide it for the first day. This is very unusual compared to other hotels... one would expect them to reward long staying guests. Still - I love it here!
