Positive surprise!! It’s a basic Hostel which fulfills all the needs of you don’t want to stay in a luxury/expensive Hotel. +++: - own Parking Spots just outside of the hostel - clean room - bathrooms very clean & spacious incl. hairdryer & enough storage spaces to leave your cloth when you take a shower - clean and well equipped kitchen - Location is great if you want to visit the Reichsparteitagsgel...
It's a good place to stay. Toilets could be a bit larger.
Booked tgis a few days beforehand on booking.com; just over £20 for a twin room, can't go wrong! We had a lovely night's sleep on a week night at end of July. The place seemed really quiet, we only saw a couple other people. Room good size, beds comfy, sink in room. Shared bathroom all fine. Location obvs a bit far out, but was c.5mins walk to bus stop, and tram or Ubahn too I think (although didn...
We stayed at 1/2 Sleep Hostel Nürnberg Messe booked through Booking.com. Google sent us to this page. When I read these reviews I was horrified. However, everything was great. - self-check in worked very smoothly - Our stay was very comfortable. The mattresses were not thin (our room was on the third floor) - It’s so close to the subway station which goes downtown in 10 minutes - Everything was super...

Berlin, Leipziger Strasse 45 🧭 Map
A place for Solo Traveller. Worth the Price.
Nice staff. Long walk to the subway station. It’s inside a poorly maintained building. The capsules are okay.
The 24-hour reception service is very convenient. I accidentally spilled food oil on the bed and reception staff immediately helped me change to a different room! I was worried that the air quality in the capsule hostel would be bad, but in reality, I turned up the fan to the maximum and the room air was okay.
pod was clean and decently comfy, yes the mattress is abit thin but it was still alright! noise level was minimum apart from the guy in the pod below snoring one night.. but if you are a light sleeper hostels arent for you anyways! toilets were amazing, i loved that there was a combined toilet+shower which felt very private 🙏🏻 mirror in the pod was really useful too. would 100% go back 👍🏻
The price is very convenient, especially considering the central location and if you are traveling solo. The structure is well organized and functional. I appreciated the bathroom concept - even though it’s shared, you have your own individual space, which gives you privacy and comfort. I stayed for 6 nights and always found the bathrooms to be very clean. It was also surprisingly quiet. I was able...
The interior design indeed fits with the description. Bathrooms are spacious. There are some stains on the wall in my cabin though. Also, it wasn't soundproofed. There are supermarkets nearby; The nearest Metro station is around 10 minutes walk. The service is nice.

We stayed in a capsule which was a unique experience for us. It wasn't really big but enough space for two people and you can sit there pretty easily. There was a mirror, some sockets, air circulation system, lights and a shelf. Wouldn't say that it had great noise cancelation but it was okay to sleep. Overall, the room had 6 capsules, each of them could be locked with pass code from the outside and...

Good hostel , room are spacious and the bed is comfortable. Location wise it near to public transportation. The receptionist are very welcoming and helpful toward all the guess so i would highly recommend this place and will definitely come back here again.
It's a nice hostel with many young guests. If you stay for a few days in Berlin to explore, it's definitely a good address.
Very good place in central location, between Ostbahnhof and Warschauer Strasse. Clean rooms and common areas. Bar area in the reception.

Erfurt, Walkmuhlstrasse 13, 99084 Erfurt, Germaniya 🧭 Map
Very cosy and friendly place with a sense of home away from home... A fine combination of budget friendly hostel and what could best be described as a chic boutique hotel (only difference is toilet and bath in the hallway) Ten minutes walk to lovely city centre and a fine parking house fem minutes walk down the street (12,- euro for 24 hours). Everything looked fine and clean, the staff is very...
The ambiance for this place was amazing. I needed a nice place near the train station for a reasonable price with real people for a late check in, I hate the self check in places.
I have stayed in many places around the world, but never — never — have I felt so utterly at home outside of my own house as I did at OPERA Hostel in Erfurt. This place isn’t just a hostel — it’s a living, breathing soul. It reminded me of the free-spirited magic of Burning Man and the raw authenticity of Sisyphos in Berlin — not through wild parties, but through the deep, organic, untamed warmth...
I LOVE this place!! It’s charming, not pretentious, relaxed. Staff and other guests are friendly and helpful. I would return in a heartbeat.
Utterly unique hotel - loved the room with the strange instrument on the ceiling and breakfast in the funky room was def worth the price

The actual hostel is very nice, close enough to the airport to be able to walk there after a flight, the rooms are big and have high ceilings, lockers are always nice at a hostel and the beds were clean and came with fresh sheets! the only issue is the location, if you don’t care too much about that, then i would definitely suggest this place, if you want to be somewhere a little more exciting, chose...
Simple sleep-only hostel. Despite being a simple hostel I slept surprinsingly well. Don't expect many facilities as the hostel clearly states beforehand. Al be it not cheap it is relative cheaper compared to the other hostels. Splendid as a one nighter.
Expensive €120 for 1 night but better pay that and sleep in a bed than sleep at the airport 😂🤣 I saw €14 a night but it was €120. I'm greatful regardless. Room was a bit cold
Rooms were alright in size, the space felt like it could have been used a bit better. The bunk beds were felt a little cheap and unsafe. They weren't unsafe, but that was definitely the feeling I was getting from them. The staff member we talked to and interacted with was very helpful, and she answered all the questions we had about the place. The bathroom was fine, and the shower (which was in another...
Very friendly Staff. Man speaks many languages. Rooms are clean, but the pillows were dirty :(
Decent place at for travelers on budget. Very close to the airport. Supermarkets are just nearby. If you are looking for a place to spend a night before catching a flight, this place is for you.

Close to communication, restaurants and a food store. Nice beds but if you are sensitive to traffic noise you might hear the trains outside.
A very nice hostel, perfect for families and short trips. We felt very welcome from the very first moment. We'd love to come back!
This hostel is perfect for anyone, especially families. It was fresh, organized and cozy. The shared kitchen provided everything we needed for making food. Moreover, it was nice to watch a movie in the common room after a long day out. The staff was helpful and really friendly. The room is very nice, clean and comfortable. The location is also ideal as it's near the Hbf and the tram/bus station. From the hostel, it is very easy to get to the Mercedes-Benz museum. The stuffs are very nice and friendly. Highly recommended!
Perfect room, very quiet and comfortable + helpful staff, a wonderful stay. Very easy to check-in, with a bathroom next door. Not crowded and very calm atmosphere. Also really clean in every room, I have never seen a hostel like this. It was a great stay, thank you very much!
Negatives: • Bathroom Issues: The fittings were faulty, and hot water was not available in the washbasins, which was quite inconvenient. • Bunk Beds: The beds were extremely noisy; even slight movements caused a lot of crackling sounds, making it difficult to sleep. • Amenities: There was no liquid soap in the bathing area, which is a basic necessity. • Accessibility: No escalators, which can be...
People are very nice. The place is very clean. Beds are very comfortable. It is easy to go to the center city, with many public transportations available. I really liked sleeping here. Unfortunately, some other clients lack discretion (talking very loud on the phone, listening to music without earplugs...)
We got a free upgrade from 4 people room to the double room, staff was super friendly the rooms and common areas were reasonably clean. You can borrow the towel for only 1 EUR. The parking area next to the hostel was also very convenient (i recommend to book it with the stuff in advance, the parking places are limited). Overall we had an amazing stay.
To me this hostel reflects the city of Stuttgart - i.e. it's a bit dull. The rooms were fine but not particularly comfortable and the lockers only took very small padlocks. There was very little atmosphere and the bar was very small. Also having to have the key on your phone is a real pain and doesn't always work. My advice is to just go to Munich and Strasbourg instead.

The hostel was really clean and the rooms were great. There’s a nice little biergarten/cafe at the bottom of the hostel and the employees are really nice and helpful. It’s only a couple of minutes from the S-Bahn. Highly recommend for your next stay in Leipzig.
One of the best Hostel in city! Good price, excellent staff, really recommended. Only thing is if you prefer the "centrum" experience, maybe look for other options. We were desperately looking for a place to stay at half past ten at night when we around this little hostel. Super nice staff and great prices. Clean and well equipped. Our room smelled a bit of scented candles, but I think it was just to fit in with the atmosphere of this hostel.
We stayed two nights at Homeplanet Hostel in the Egypt Apartment. + Very friendly and helpful personell + Very nicely decorated room + Reasonable prices - The beds were just cruel. The double bed was just too small for two people and the matress was probably quite old. With every turn, the bed made loud noises and was very uncomfortable - One of the single beds in the apartment almost fell apart...

There's nothing to complain about. It's always a pleasure to stay there. Friendly staff...friendly guests ****TOP****
I stayed for one night and found the service friendly and everything else to be great.
First and foremost this hostel is clean and comfortable enough, although the sturdy wooden bunks have slightly awkward stairs and are not the easiest to navigate while putting on bedsheets etc. Service was efficient and kind but is otherwise also quite absent, you check in and that's it. The kitchen is good, a little small but it's all that it needs to be. I think there is a restaurant in the garden...
I can't believe this clearness and cosy bed and also it is really good isolation with this price. There is just a little bit of far from the centre but it's easy access to the tram. So I would say perfect hostel.
The room, with so many people, is very susceptible to noise. The bathroom is fine and the checkout process is very easy.
It was very comfortable because there were partitions.

Clean hotel, price a little high compared to others for the type of hotel but if necessary I would go back
The staff was so helpful and friendly and the atmosphere and vibe in the hotel fantastic. The room was inviting, comfortable and quiet. I was fortunate to have booked a room with a balcony. The view is interesting and being a smoker I was happy to go downstairs to get coffee and then sit on the balcony having a peaceful start of the day. I highly recommend staying at the Superbude Altona.
The hotel was lovely and we very much enjoyed our stay. The staff were extra kind and friendly. The room was exactly as pictured and expected. The breakfast buffet is very large but on the expensive side when not included in room price. The bar and restaurant area was good, but the food menu is short and a bit eclectic; they could use some solid staple options that are less pricey for main courses...
I was skeptical at first, but they came highly recommended. But as soon as i walked in the front door, the absolutely amazingly friendly staff erased and doubts. Good ambience and self check in if you are late . Rooms are big and appropriate. You should provide towels and soap
A solid choice if you don’t mind a slightly noisier atmosphere. The rooms are tidy and spacious enough, but there are always plenty of people in the hallways and common areas. Still, the price is reasonable for Hamburg, and it’s definitely a good spot if you’re traveling alone and want to meet new people.
Pretty good rooms, let me self-check-in since I was late. Would be nice if they were in office earlier than 10 to checkout (but that was my/Deutsche Bahn's fault for having to self-check-in anyway) but they accept PayPal as a payment method which made that part easier as well.
I gave 5 stars even though I rated the other aespects 3. The location is far but quiet, the rooms are simple but clean. On top of that they had a smart tv and a kettle. For the money I paid, I’m very satisfied.
Halfway through my stay so far. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable (and don't make too much noise—nice when you're the early bird of the room) and the kitchen is well-equipped. My only two gripes are that the location is a bit out of the way (the street it's on is primarily an office park and residential area, but it is still easy to get into town or to the shops via S-Bahn) and that there...

It should be mentioned though that the upper ones are hard to reach for a 75 year old. The ones down below are fine. This should be made clear, or even offered as a choice. Great for the price. No AC, so hot on a summer day. Breakfast was very good for only €5, would recommend. Lockers in the room were not free. The beds and pillows were comfy, and the free pasta dinner was a warm welcome compared to cooking or eating out all the time.
Nice place. A little cramped at times--the elevator barely fits two people without bags--but serves its purpose. Although additional prices are attached to lockers and laundry, their free breakfast and dinner more than make up for it. Helpful staff. Comfortable rooms and beds, if warm during the summer.
Great location, minutes away from train station. Reasabily priced. Very easy to get around. There is lot of restaurant available around. Didn't feel dangerous going out at night. They provide laundry service and hold luggage service with a small fee. I would definitely stay here again. Reception can be very crowded because staff are working as receptionist and bartender.
This was the perfect place for our stay in Frankfurt. My husband and I rented a private room for one night. We were pleasantly surprised that we got our own bathroom. It was also very clean (as hostels go). Very conviently located right next to the train station and helpful employees. Breakfast and a pasta dinner was also included which was nice.
This was a great place to stay in Frankfurt. Central to everything and great hospitality by those who run the joint. We got a private room but wouldn't have been disappointed with a shared room either. After reading many blogs before traveling to Germany some stated that this wasn't a safe area, however, we felt very safe here.
