The 24-hour reception service is very convenient. I accidentally spilled food oil on the bed and reception staff immediately helped me change to a different room! I was worried that the air quality in the capsule hostel would be bad, but in reality, I turned up the fan to the maximum and the room air was okay.

Good hostel , room are spacious and the bed is comfortable. Location wise it near to public transportation. The receptionist are very welcoming and helpful toward all the guess so i would highly recommend this place and will definitely come back here again.

Simple sleep-only hostel. Despite being a simple hostel I slept surprinsingly well. Don't expect many facilities as the hostel clearly states beforehand. Al be it not cheap it is relative cheaper compared to the other hostels. Splendid as a one nighter.

Very nice hostel with serviceminded reception. Nice rooms, new bathroom's, kitchen too prepare food with cooler and freezer so you can buy your own food. Stickers to put on your food in the cooler. Beer and soft drink too be bought. Everything was too our greatest expectation. Recomended!!!

People are very nice. The place is very clean. Beds are very comfortable. It is easy to go to the center city, with many public transportations available. I really liked sleeping here. Unfortunately, some other clients lack discretion (talking very loud on the phone, listening to music without earplugs...)

We got a free upgrade from 4 people room to the double room, staff was super friendly the rooms and common areas were reasonably clean. You can borrow the towel for only 1 EUR. The parking area next to the hostel was also very convenient (i recommend to book it with the stuff in advance, the parking places are limited). Overall we had an amazing stay.

To me this hostel reflects the city of Stuttgart - i.e. it's a bit dull. The rooms were fine but not particularly comfortable and the lockers only took very small padlocks. There was very little atmosphere and the bar was very small. Also having to have the key on your phone is a real pain and doesn't always work. My advice is to just go to Munich and Strasbourg instead.

The hostel was really clean and the rooms were great. There’s a nice little biergarten/cafe at the bottom of the hostel and the employees are really nice and helpful. It’s only a couple of minutes from the S-Bahn. Highly recommend for your next stay in Leipzig.

We were desperately looking for a place to stay at half past ten at night when we around this little hostel. Super nice staff and great prices. Clean and well equipped. Our room smelled a bit of scented candles, but I think it was just to fit in with the atmosphere of this hostel.

I stayed for one night and found the service friendly and everything else to be great.

First and foremost this hostel is clean and comfortable enough, although the sturdy wooden bunks have slightly awkward stairs and are not the easiest to navigate while putting on bedsheets etc. Service was efficient and kind but is otherwise also quite absent, you check in and that's it. The kitchen is good, a little small but it's all that it needs to be. I think there is a restaurant in the garden...

I can't believe this clearness and cosy bed and also it is really good isolation with this price. There is just a little bit of far from the centre but it's easy access to the tram. So I would say perfect hostel.

The room, with so many people, is very susceptible to noise. The bathroom is fine and the checkout process is very easy.

The staff was so helpful and friendly and the atmosphere and vibe in the hotel fantastic. The room was inviting, comfortable and quiet. I was fortunate to have booked a room with a balcony. The view is interesting and being a smoker I was happy to go downstairs to get coffee and then sit on the balcony having a peaceful start of the day. A solid choice if you don’t mind a slightly noisier atmosphere. The rooms are tidy and spacious enough, but there are always plenty of people in the hallways and common areas. Still, the price is reasonable for Hamburg, and it’s definitely a good spot if you’re traveling alone and want to meet new people.

Pretty good rooms, let me self-check-in since I was late. Would be nice if they were in office earlier than 10 to checkout (but that was my/Deutsche Bahn's fault for having to self-check-in anyway) but they accept PayPal as a payment method which made that part easier as well.

Slight confusion upon arrival regarding booking confirmation. However that was swiftly dealt with. Room was clean, quiet and warm despite freezing temperatures outside. Nice location, easy transportation to airport and sights. Plenty of kebab shops in the local area with useful supermarkets.

I wasn’t expecting much after reading some of the comments, but I was pleasantly surprised—it was actually quite nice. The location is decent for a short stay, just one S-Bahn stop from the main station. The room had everything I needed.

Good location but the room was very smelly, it was disgusting. It’s ok if you just need a place to sleep. We didn’t find the kitchen and there was nobody to ask. In the room were two bottles of water, two cups and electric kettle but no spoons or anything else.

Wasted part of my day waiting over a hour to ck in Advertise their check-in times, but there was nobody there. Took over an hour to get in. Couldn't find a working locker. Not the cleanest place. Would not stay there again.

This is one of the best hostels I have stayed in Hamburg. The staffs are very helpful and friendly, the hostel has a well equipped kitchen as this helps saves money on feeding and the beds are thick and sizeable.

Great for the price. No AC, so hot on a summer day. Breakfast was very good for only €5, would recommend. Lockers in the room were not free. The beds and pillows were comfy, and the free pasta dinner was a warm welcome compared to cooking or eating out all the time.

Nice place. A little cramped at times--the elevator barely fits two people without bags--but serves its purpose. This was the perfect place for our stay in Frankfurt. My husband and I rented a private room for one night. We were pleasantly surprised that we got our own bathroom. This was a great place to stay in Frankfurt. Central to everything and great hospitality by those who run the joint. We got a private room but wouldn't have been disappointed with a shared room either. After reading many blogs before traveling to Germany some stated that this wasn't a safe area, however, we felt very safe here.
