Communal showers and toilets should be better indicated in the description.

First of all, there were no people and no counters.
Koreans don't use WhatsApp very often, so you have to be good at it...and you have to be able to read your email...
While saving money is great,
you have to make check-in easier for guests,
but this is truly the worst.
Even if you pay more,
there's a counter, and you have to go where there's people.
Check-in was so difficult,
I can't even imagine how nervous I was...
I barely managed to check in through a guest...
First-time users, please be prepared.

Everything was perfect! Only one minor point: we booked for two nights, but we only received towels once. It would have been nice to get clean towels for the second day as well.

It wasn't clear to me this was a hostel when i booked. There was nobody to take a call when I couldn't get in, I was directed to WhatsApp AI. One of the showers didn't work. The bed side lamps where horrible. Location was great and rooms were clean. Luckily no it crowded. I don't think there was enough bathrooms to handle all the bedrooms on that floor

Never again! Description is not transparent. Does not mention it’s a shared bathroom in the corridor. And ******* washed it’s hand and did not help. Shame on *******. This is not the way to treat someone who has booked over 40 nights per year for over 10 years.
it’s a significant thing to mention, I would have chosen another property. No staff on site. Code at the door only. Like an airBnB but priced like a hotel on *******. Cleaning was half done 2 days in a row. No coffee refill and the water bottle is not a new one. Never again.

Clean and well located
Good clean hotel, shared bathrooms but clean. Keypad entry was efficient.very well located close to the train station and Alstatdt.

The room is large and spacious, fairly new, and the location is excellent for exploring the city.
I find it inappropriate to have a single bathroom for both men and women serving the entire floor, with 10 rooms!
Furthermore, the price is completely out of line (€250 per night!)

A good choice for short trips.
Uncomplicated, practical, and centrally located – recommended for short stays. Much of the experience depends on the behavior and consideration of other guests.

Not very practical
Shared bathroom, small room, single bed. I could sleep. There is no reception and check-in is automated until 15h. I needed to be outdoors with my luggage until that time. Not comfortable.

Its just OK.
Location was OK - E25 by Uber from the Messe, the electronic door locks are quite noisy so when other rooms open it can wake you. The area is quite noisy witgh music etc. but was quiet overnight. It is a shared bathroom which for the price surprised me but when you leave booking a room in Dusseldorf to the last minute it is OK! The shower gel in the shower was empty which was a nuisance as I travel very light without it. Picture make it look better than it is, more hostel than hotel I would say which is OK if you pay a small price but I paid a lot as I needed a room at short notice to attend the trade show.
