Staff was super kind and the person at the reception explained me about the night entrance patiently in very much detail, by showing photos etc.
The location was good, close to Spandau station. Room was very clean and organized.
Although the building is located on a busy street, the room was really calm. The building of the hotel is very nice.
Finally, I’ve also liked the content of breakfast. The staff who works in breakfast room was very neat and attentive for everything.
The price/performance is really good.

Friendly staff! Location is good. Rooms are great but could use an ac or a fan. I was there during the heat (37°c) and it was impossible to fall asleep. Other than that, I don’t have any complains.

This hotel is very clean, with a delicious breakfast buffet, and staff that is very friendly and supportive. I had an excellent stay at this hotel.

Friendly staff, spacious rooms, great quiet location, delicious breakfast. Cant complain, definitely recommend.

This is an interesting hotel that is in a nice location with a metrotrain station and few nice restaurants nearby. The hotel is on the second floor that is accessible by a brand new elevator and a very old antique elevator. After 9:00pm, only passcode access is allowed. Interestingly, like the East and West Berlin, one side of the rooms are air conditioned; the other half are not. So you may want to make a special request if you want to stay in an air conditioning room.
