Shower and toilet shared. No privacy, no curtains. Girls and guys all together. Very loud lockers. The room looks old and shabby. The hostess was strange; I had a hard time understanding him. There were a lot of noisy teenagers, probably schoolchildren from rural Germany. I definitely won't stay here again.

The guy at the reception in the morning was rude. I arrived before check-in time to leave my luggage there and come back. He looked and talked to me in a way that showed that he was bothered by me being there.
When he took me to the luggage storage I had forgotten to pick my jacket, so I opened my bag and picked it, ito took me 2 seconds, but he told me "I told you to check all your things, why don't you understand?"
Maybe he had a bad day ( it was around 10 am) but is that how you treat a customer?
The guys in the afternoon-night on the other hand are super nice and funny. They are the reason why i didn't give 0 stars.

Very comfortable to stay! Room was clean and the staff was very helpfull. I stayed in a dormitory and had no problem.

The location is great, right by the subway, making it easy to get around.
The environment is great, with restaurants, cafes, bars, and a small theater downstairs. The neighborhood is quiet, and it feels safe to walk around alone at night. The bar is packed with people drinking beer, and the atmosphere is great.

The pillows were fluffy. It was very nice. The quadruple room was quiet.

A fantastic central location with zero noise. The room is spacious and well-designed, with a separate bathroom and separate wet and dry areas. The room also has a locker with a card lock, which is very reassuring. The front desk, upon our request, arranged a female-only room for us, even though there weren't any female dormitories available. The garden is also lovely. Overall, everything is excellent! Highly recommended.

A good place to stay alone. There was a lobby on the first floor, so it was nice to use the internet and work with my laptop open. Breakfast is also good, European style.
