Had an amazing stay here! We slept in the attic room, which was nice and spacious. The breakfast was amazing, loved the fresh bread every day, freshly baked customisable eggs, plenty of other choices like fresh waffles, yoghurt with toppings, and a good coffee machine. The lounge room was also really nice, complementary tea everywhere, and snacks and other soft drinks you can take and write down your room number. Outside there's also a load of nice spaces to sit and lounge. The restaurant was good, however quite expensive and a very small card with limited options so I wouldn't reccomend going more than twice during your stay. All of the merch they have is amazing too! However one small thing, the lights in the room were impossible to figure out since they're controlled by pads on the walls, and we accidentally kept turning everything off🙈 Besides that definitely reccomend going here.

Best hotel ever, it is cozy and beautiful. Food is amazing on both breakfast and restaurant areas. Would really want to go back soon and I recommend it to everyone!

Super friendly and the restaurant is fantastic.
Super stylish interior and tidy, clean rooms.
Sadly not very pram-friendly due to loss of stairs.

This hotel can absolutely be recommended. We have stayed her 4 people, 2 adults and 2 adolescence and we have really enjoyed our stay. The employees are competent and friendly and service minded.

the best thing about this hotel is the breakfast i think! such a great variety of tasty food and drinks. a lot of love to detail. you can even have water, tea and coffee to go.

our room was well designed, a blend of typical harz region style and modern industrial style. we had one of the bigger rooms and this is needed i guess.
but we missed a sofa, a proper coffee maschine (there is a kettle, tea and instant coffee) and a fridge. at this price range i expect to have these, as well as bathroom amenities if you are very picky. this hotel is more about its food, spa facilities and great location — not a hotel room you will remember because of its uniqueness.
don’t get me wrong though, it is decent room!

the hotel offers lovely places to enjoy time outside. unfortunately, we didn’t have the time to check out the spa/sauna.

in general, we felt welcomed and can only say nice things. we enjoyed our stay.

we just had kind encounters with staff members. during check out we noticed that bills were added to our room accidentally and the receptionist was able to get this sorted quickly.

A first class hotel 🏨 The rooms are modern and offer enough space to spend a few days. The quality of the food, whether breakfast, lunch or dinner, is excellent. The service of the cellars and bartenders is excellent. There is also a sauna. This hotel is perfect for couples and large groups. It will not be the last visit! FAVORITE 🤩

Very friendly staff, very clean rooms! At the reception you will be greeted by a pleasant aroma and relaxing music. The dinner menu is also highly recommended. Our room was cozy and the private sauna was an absolute highlight for us! Thank you very much!

Super cozy and beautiful. The Hearts makes you truly fall in love with it! The whole concept, the design and all the friendly colleagues: the inside is magnificent! Whether it was the bar or the breakfast, we were served warmly everywhere and also found the quality of all the food and drinks to be very good! Also, the great outdoor facilities and the many little details are a joy! Simply wonderful! We are looking forward to our next visit!

A beautiful and peaceful hotel. The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and always tries to make the guests happy. The breakfast is extremely delicious...fresh and varied. We even extended our stay and would love to come back. Best wishes from Brandenburg 👍

Wonderful hosts, delicious breakfast, and you can tell that the guest is the priority here. While it's not luxurious, the view is absolutely stunning. We will definitely be back. Thanks again for everything.

A delightful little hotel with apartments. Everything is very clean and the family is very friendly. The afternoon cake (Fri., Sat., Sun.) is fantastic. All homemade. The waffles are also incredibly delicious. It's worth climbing the toboggan hill to relax there. We stayed for four days and had a wonderful time.

The hotel is located right next to a toboggan/ski lift hill. From there, you can easily reach the town on foot. A great place for children to stay. From the outside, the hotel has a slightly worn look, but inside everything is very tidy and clean, and the hotel/café has a charming, pleasant 80s feel. The apartments are superbly equipped and have been recently renovated in a timeless style. We are already looking forward to our next visit to Braunlage, where a stay and/or a visit to Café Panorama will definitely be on the agenda.

Very quiet location; we had a very relaxing stay. Breakfast was excellent. A family-run hotel with a lovely, personal touch. Friendly and attentive service. They were happy to accommodate requests whenever possible. Despite the hotel's slightly dated age, its cleanliness, service, and location were particularly noteworthy. The value for money was very good. We will definitely return.

A very welcoming, family-run hotel on the outskirts of Braunlage. The rooms are modernly furnished, though the building itself is a bit dated. The couple who run the hotel are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

Small but fine hotel in a quiet location. Nevertheless, the center can be reached quickly on foot. The owners run the hotel with great attention to detail. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful, as well as cakes and tarts at coffee time. We'd love to come back.
