Spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly and supportive service. Truly fantastic breakfast.
The room was clean but also very cold because the hotel has a policy to switch off the heating during the night. The hotel offers an electric heater on request but it is very inconvenient when you need it in the middle of the night, particularly when you have a child who is asleep.
The baby cot and bedding were excellent but the adult bed was so squeaky it would wake us and our child up every time we moved whilst asleep.
The dinner was average and expensive but the breakfast buffet is excellent, the best breakfast buffet I have ever had.
