H+ Hotel Koeln-Bruehl in Bruhl

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Contrary to what is sometimes mentioned in other reviews, we experienced no noise or disturbance at all – it was actually quiet and comfortable.

The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is very clean and modern. It looks like the bathrooms throughout the hotel have been recently renovated, or at least very well updated, which really adds to the overall experience.

The breakfast is very extensive, especially considering the price. It is definitely worth it and a great way to start the day. Overall, this is a great hotel with an excellent price-quality ratio, and we would happily stay here again.

One point of attention: we had already removed our belongings from the room but had not officially checked out yet and planned to return briefly. When we came back, the room had already been cleaned. It would be good for housekeeping to clearly keep track of which rooms have actually been checked out and which have not.

The room was quite small for three people, and the extra bed provided for the third guest was uncomfortable. We also noticed some small stains on the bedsheets, which was a bit disappointing. On the positive side, the parking facilities were sufficient and convenient. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety and quality of food.

Everything went well. Breakfast was great, many varieties. Sauna is very good too. We had a great time staying here.

Only 15 minutes away from Phantasialand, close to Köln, the hotel is located in the perfect place.
The inside is cute and the staff is really kind.
The rooms are large, equipped, the only thing is that some furnitures seem really old, they are a bit scratched.
The breakfast in the morning is incredible. There are salty and sweet options, and it is really big. There are sufficient options to satisfy vegan, vegetarian, and lactose-free persons as well.

One of the best hotels to stay at if you are planning to visit Phantasialand. 2 minutes away from the bus stop. Clean rooms and nice lobby. Totally satisfied with the breakfast. The only problem was that the TV in our room didn’t work. I informed the receptionist, he told me he would check it. After few hours I saw that it doesn’t work. Informed them again and told me they fixed it and If it doesn’t work they cant do a thing about it. Little bit disappointed as there are not much to do in a small hotel. Other than that, I recommend staying here and would come back again.

Great location to stay if you plan to go Phantasialand. They have a really good breakfast buffet as well.

Breakfast was good for cheese lovers.
But , the attitude of server is rude , they first reject my microwave demand , which is absurd.
Than , he made it but warn me that next time no chance which is more absurd. He should get some course to how to be attitude towards customer.
All in all, a bit old and pricy.
