Very courteous staff. Whether reception or the delicious Breakfast buffet !
Four stars are justified
as Chairman of the DEHOGA district Association, I have to confirm this ! It has everything what is required according to European regulations.

Unfortunately the Hotel has no air conditioning, only a fan in the rooms. Even if the room was in 5 floor, was it possible for me to have the patio door open. Volume was not to be endured. The room was small, but clean. Also at the Breakfast there was nothing to suspend.

Nice place. Conveniently located close to the main station and attractions in the centre of Dusseldorf. The breakfast is great, the rooms are nicely furnished and have a stone floor which I particularly prefer over the normally carpeted hotel room floors.

I had a nice stay. They offered some complimentary sweets and fruit. The room was clean, the check-in was smooth. Very nice breakfast buffet and personnel. Though the check-in took forever. There was only one clerk in the busy morning hours and several check-ins & -outs at the same time.

It was quite amazing, and I felt a little bit like James Bond. Because when I saw the hotel from outside, it didn't look like anything special. And also the reception area was ok, but similar to a hotel or something like that. The hostress was really friendly and helpful. Then when I walked into my room, I thought I walked into another hotel. The room was amazing, and very very nice and new in furnitures and everything. So great. Also the Breakfast area, which is in the Basement. I thought ohh the Basement. But what an amazing dungeon, it was so nice, and beautiful buffet with all the different things you would expect from a 4-5 star hotel. All my best to Hotel Burn, and my best recommendation to the hotel.
