The Hyatt in Düsseldorf is a well-run hotel with a high occupancy rate, and it's one of my personal favorites. Several of Düsseldorf's famous trendy restaurants are within walking distance across the bridge, and I've stayed at this hotel more than once.

A hotel that costs over 100 euros a night charged 50 euros for checking in 3 hours early! I angrily expressed that I wouldn't pay the fee, and then they told me there was a room available for check-in without any charge! I've never encountered this before with Japan Airlines! The hotel has a great location in Düsseldorf, close to Japan Street, Königstraße, and the train station. Prices fluctuated a bit; the price dropped the day after I booked it. Perhaps this is common for hotels in Düsseldorf, which has many convention centers. The room facilities were average; the sink drained slowly, but otherwise it was fine.

This was our second stay at the NH Hotel Düsseldorf City Nord, and we were very happy with our visit. Our room was very spacious, clean, and quiet, and even included coffee. The bed was incredibly comfortable. There were always snacks and water available in the lobby during check-in and check-out. The staff was exceptionally friendly. We would gladly return.

Next time I book a hotel, I really need to check when it was last renovated. This place is so old, it smells musty, the sink was disgustingly dirty, and even the tissue box was broken. Avoid at all costs. The breakfast was very mediocre too, and the smell was really off-putting. I was supposed to stay three nights but couldn't even make it through one.

I stayed in this hotel as I was on a short business trip in the city. The location is perfect when working in one of the nearby offices and the city is easily reachable via tram/ U Bahn. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. The location was also very convenient, close to shops and attractions. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We come to this hotel every year, and we can see the facilities in the room degrading. The were fine around 2016 to 2019, after covid lock down, when we were back in 2023, still good, and 2024, fine. Till this year, 2025, the toilet flush is half broke, shower head is not in good condition. Breakfast service is shrank, no more take away coffee cups.

I had a wonderful stay at Das Carls Hotel Düsseldorf as a solo traveler. The location is absolutely perfect, everything is within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff who made me feel very welcome. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Düsseldorf!

Very small rooms but ok. Price very high but Dusseldorf always is mugging people for MEDICA. Cleaners very noisy in the morning, loud talking. Great location with helpful supermarket. Reception staff were perfect.

Central location and fair prices Staff was overall helpful and professional. I liked the breakfast options but above all the location was the biggest advantage of this hotel, right at the entrance of the old town.

Although it's really small, it's quite comfortable to stay in. There's a restaurant right downstairs.

Great value hotels. Friendly staffs, clean and quite rooms, quite area from seating in outdoor lobby. But parking area lil bit hard, there's basement parking garage for €15 per day with only 20 space i think. Near from tram station and 24h conven store.

The room feels smaller than on the pic but front desk is very friendly.
