The Hyatt in Düsseldorf is a well-run hotel with a high occupancy rate, and it's one of my personal favorites. Several of Düsseldorf's famous trendy restaurants are within walking distance across the bridge, and I've stayed at this hotel more than once.

The distance to stay during the exhibition is simply not great. You can go back and rest after work. It is also very convenient to take a car. It takes about ten minutes to get to the city center. The only thing that is not good is the food. There are too few places to eat around. The buffet style in the hotel restaurant is not too much, and everything else is fine.

A hotel that costs over 100 euros a night charged 50 euros for checking in 3 hours early! I angrily expressed that I wouldn't pay the fee, and then they told me there was a room available for check-in without any charge! I've never encountered this before with Japan Airlines! The hotel has a great location in Düsseldorf, close to Japan Street, Königstraße, and the train station. Prices fluctuated a bit; the price dropped the day after I booked it. Perhaps this is common for hotels in Düsseldorf, which has many convention centers. The room facilities were average; the sink drained slowly, but otherwise it was fine.

The room was very hot which the AC didn't help with a lot but opening the window helped - the thick blackout curtains kept it dark but also kept the heat in! This was our second stay at the NH Hotel Düsseldorf City Nord, and we were very happy with our visit. Our room was very spacious, clean, and quiet, and even included coffee. The bed was incredibly comfortable. There were always snacks and water available in the lobby during check-in and check-out. The staff was exceptionally friendly. We would gladly return.

Though the staff (a woman) at the reception told me to “take a step back” when i approached the counter to check-out and i was a little bit in a hurry because i was late to leave to the airport and the uber taxi was waiting outside. I stayed in this hotel as I was on a short business trip in the city. The location is perfect when working in one of the nearby offices and the city is easily reachable via tram/ U Bahn. The breakfast was plentiful and quite good. The hotel is a bit out of the way, but there are plenty of places to eat within a short walk. Has direct entrance from terminal or train station. Very easy to access airport, just a couple minutes by walk. Hotel is clean, nice, staff is very kind and helpful. There is nice restaurant and Lounge to eat something. Located at outside of city but very easy to travel everywhere via train. City center is 20mins away.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. The location was also very convenient, close to shops and attractions. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We come to this hotel every year, and we can see the facilities in the room degrading. The were fine around 2016 to 2019, after covid lock down, when we were back in 2023, still good, and 2024, fine. Till this year, 2025, the toilet flush is half broke, shower head is not in good condition. Breakfast service is shrank, no more take away coffee cups.

Room 911 had a bad smell, likely from the drain. The bed was comfortable. It's conveniently located near the subway station. However, drinking water, toothbrushes, and toiletries were not replenished throughout my 4-night stay.

The hotel is nice, breakfast is good, but receptions‘ work has to be improved. Too slowly, for example, we was waiting for check out more than 7 minutes.

The Hotel itself is very nice. Service is very good, very friendly. The Rooms are nice, clean and relatively big. Breakfast is good and a lot. The Hotelbar is also worth a visit.

This is a decent hotel in a town without top hotels. Average breakfast, good WiFi, bland but well cared for decor. Small shop for snacks on premises. Easy walking distance to some restaurants but otherwise on a boring and quiet road. Gym. The staff were very nice and helpful. All in all a safe if unexciting stop in Dusseldorf

Located near the tram where you can teach the city center within 15 minutes you can find a very nice business hotel. Large rooms with very comfortable beds. The only small downfall I could find was the quality of the food not being consistent. The veal liver was undercooked, but this fault was duly corrected. I enjoy visiting this hotel

I chose this hotel as it was closer to the airport than where I had been staying to make catching the morning flight easier. This rooms are in need of a remodel. While they are acceptable, they seem to have been done last about 10 years ago. The restaurant food was delicious and I was even able to have dessert delivered to my room. Good service!

Very good little basic hotel. Good shower and great location. Nothing fancy but does the job for a weekend trip. The parking garage is super narrow though... beware if you have a bigger car...

Nice hotel. Very close to old town. Beautiful cathedral next to it. My room had facilities for cooking, fridge, folding table. Breakfast was lovely, a lot of variety. Very good staff, very kind and very helpful. A nice bar near by. Plenty of chives for food and a shopping mall in walking distance.

I'm shocked why the hotel is 4 stars. There's no cosmetics - no tooth kits, no cotton swabs, no shower caps, no disposable slippers, no even shoe horn and no shoe brush. No mini-bar.
