I booked with living room so pretty good size. The hotel very good location next to central station. Only thing is that the Parking cost 28 a night and we actually pay a lot more the first night because no one tell asked we need to press the Hotel guess button. That is why I gave a 3 for service

The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the main train station! The soundproofing is excellent, offering a peaceful retreat despite being in a bustling area. There's also a swimming pool and sauna available for free for guests. Overall, highly recommended!

The hotel's excellent location and friendly staff are a definite plus. The swimming pool is great, not huge, but a good size for a relaxing dip. The only significant drawback was the poor soundproofing, as I could clearly hear a loud TV from the room next door late at night.

The hotel is superb in everything. Good location in proximity to the train station, comprehensive facility, large and spacious room. The front desk is very helpful. I arrived the hotel at 7:00am or so and the staff found me a room for early check-in.

The hotel is safe, clean and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. Good service and friendly staff. When entering the room you will have the bed first and then the "living room". Not every guest may like the room layout.

It's a small but very clean and cosy hotel. Not far from Dusseldorf Central train station and old town center. Easy to commute. The price was very expensive due to exhibition show at Messe.

The hotel is clean, tidy and comfortable. It is very close to Dusseldorf Central Station. A three-bed room is also available. There is a simple breakfast. Since the room is close to the road, the sound insulation effect is poor and the noise is loud at night or early in the morning.

I went there for my honeymoon and the station access was good but like most European hotels, it didn't seem very clean and definitely! Bring a shower filter...

This is a chain store similar to a B&B. This building is a century-old culturally protected building that has been renovated. It looks old on the outside but new on the inside. Hot, no AC, very loud street (party) all night. Terrible beds, like lying on the floor on a blanket. Very central location.

Rooms are large and comfy. Heating system was inefficient and room could not get warm enough. It's rough but gets the job done.

Good value for money. Nicely located if you want to enjoy the nightlife in Dusseldorf. Might be a bit noisy on Friday and Saturday nights but if you are staying in the upper floors does not seem to be a problem

Super Central! In the middle of the old town, the Central places such as the castle square and pier KD on the Rhine, to reach within three minutes. There is no Parking in the vicinity, I highly recommend the Park house art collection at the Grabbestr. It is also just two minutes from the Hotel.

Perfect location in the Alstadt, close to all the action and the river Rhine. Clean, bright, white, fresh apartments. Tip: Eventhough windows are double glazed, request upper floor and pack ear plugs, so you can have better sleep.

Stayed here for two nights in July. The Deluxe apartment was really spacious, bright and really clean; it overlooked the main street but the noise from down there didn't come into the room. Great location near little Tokyo and Ktown, train station. Great rooms (some very big), some big TVs. Clean bathrooms. Lift. Upgraded room thanks to booking.com. Beds good not great. One of the window shutter didn't work so we couldn't darken the room. Overall 👍🏻

My favorite location in Düsseldorf Walkdistance from the main train station, Close to the Japanese district with amazing food, and not too far from city center 'Altstadt' Fancy Thai restaurant in front, as a Viet one Grocery store 'Crown' open till 8pm I did enjoy the executive room, very nice! Beautiful apartment, with a nice view on the city! When you arrive you can't imagine that those apartments are in there. You don't have any noise from the streets, also you have a roller shutter. One little remark, the stripes on the wall, from previous visits.

Lovely apartments. Good Ac. Not very childfriendly. My son, 6 years, got up in extra bed and it broke, look at the pictures, he’s a tiny kid. He got so scared :( and now Helvetia Suites is keeping our deposit 150€. I feel so surprised and sad. They will fix the bed on their own (it’s easy to fix) and charge us 150 €. They have no bookings and tried to say they couldn’t let someone live in the apartment...

The suite looked nice and clean, it was very roomy, comfortable and modern looking. Bathroom was clean with a very spacious shower. Friendly and easy service. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfartable and cozy. The bathroom was very clean and one didn't have to worry about any bacteria or anything. The TV worked and the Wi-Fi was fast. The breakfast was very nice and there was lots of different stuff to eat. The price is acceptable for off-season stays.

Generally good, wifi, breakfasts, the room ... the only bad point was the service, since the old lady didn't waste any sympathy anywhere. Also in our case, they gave us a room that had nothing to do with the one we booked .. And the television didn't work.

It's a bit strange concept of hotel but everything other was fine. Big, nice, comfy and clean rooms, in the city center, fair price. Really good bed and pillows.
