A small hotel in a good location with polite staff. The breakfast was satisfactory. The bed sheets and pillow had visible blood stains, and the bath towel was extremely old and worn—almost as if it had been in use for decades. In my written reservation request, I clearly mentioned that due to a recent surgery, I needed a warm or at least a normally heated room. However, the room I received was completely...

The breakfast was great. I had to leave the room at 11.30 and I asked them the favour to stay one hour longer. They not only said yes but also told me to take a coffee. Incredibly kind, great staff!

We stayed here while visiting the Christmas markets. It is perfectly located for walking into the town and to the markets. It is also right next to the different public transport networks so you can use those if you prefer. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the room was a generous size. The only thing that would have made the room even better would have been a kettle but maybe that is just an English...

I stayed there for my solo trip and enjoyed much. Staff were so very friendly and location of the hotel is superb, close to all kind of transportation options and markets, restaurants and pubs. Briefly beside it presents great value for your money.

Perfect stay in absolutely all aspects. Great location, room was nice. The reception staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was really good, with a lot of options. Sparkling and regular water can be reffilled at the reception. It would be good if there was a kettlein the room and brighter lighting.

The staff are so helpful and friendly. Breakfast is plentiful and wholesome. All areas spotless . The location is excellent for shopping and being central to the station. Would recommend this to anyone interested in visiting dusseldorf or surrounding area.

Typical business hotel. Things are older but clean. People at reception are nice and kind. Decent breakfast and I could enjoyed it. Free parking was really helpful.

The hotel is average, with simple facilities and average heating. The king bed I booked was actually two single beds put together, as was the quilt. The breakfast is very simple, nothing to eat

The room is big, clean and sanitary. There is free parking, which is great. However, the breakfast is simple. If you go late, there may be no food. The soundproofing in the room is poor and you can hear snoring.

The room is clean and sanitary, the breakfast is rich, there is a subway station nearby, it is in the city center, close to attractions, and convenient for travel. The overall feeling is very good and it is worth recommending to stay again.

A very very good choice! Very clean, very safe, very quiet! I slept directly, though i can't usually when i am alone in an hotel. The workers are also very nice.. i would highly recommend.

Basic Hotel for the cheapest price in the region. It's okay for 1 to 3 nights.

Small boutique hotel with decent rooms and good breakfast. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Seems to be run as a family business, so there is a personal touch. On the flipside, if you plan to check in late at night, be sure to call ahead to figure out parking access and how to get your room keys as the lobby is literally locked and shut down. The hotel also has a strange practice of powering off...
