The hotel is large with Basic rooms with no coffee making faciliities or toiletries in the room however it’s clean and the restaurant is good. It is a perfect hotel for a stay close to an exhibition or concert as the stadium is a short walk from the hotel.

Very close to the exhibition hall. Not far from the airport either. You need to take the tram to go to the city. Health: good Good environment The service was excellent. Rich breakfast. The price is average.

The distance to stay during the exhibition is simply not great. You can go back and rest after work. It is also very convenient to take a car. It takes about ten minutes to get to the city center. The only thing that is not good is the food. There are too few places to eat around. The buffet style in the hotel restaurant is not too much, and everything else is fine.

The room was great and the room service was prompt and friendly. All the staff were cool and really nice, especially the assistant front office manager on duty on the morning of 2 May and the front office person who spoke a bit of Japanese. The location is perfect, right opposite little Tokyo, and near a great ramen place with good bubble tea options for Asians like us.

When I arrived my room was not ready so I had to an hour after plus the bedsheets wear not clean enough and the decker sheets was so small to cover me and my partner. I called earlier in the morning to do late check out due to lack of sleep and serious headache and noise that some people were making in the the corridor . A hotel that costs over 100 euros a night charged 50 euros for checking in 3 hours early! I angrily expressed that I wouldn't pay the fee, and then they told me there was a room available for check-in without any charge! I've never encountered this before with Japan Airlines! Now that I know your economy is bad, when did Germans become so greedy!

The hotel has a great location in Düsseldorf, close to Japan Street, Königstraße, and the train station. Prices fluctuated a bit; the price dropped the day after I booked it. Perhaps this is common for hotels in Düsseldorf, which has many convention centers. The room facilities were average; the sink drained slowly, but otherwise it was fine.

The not so great part was when we arrived, the room we selected was not ready even after 3pm. The receptionist gave us a new room next to the lift without asking if we were ok with it. The room was quite spacious for European standards. Overall, my stay was very pleasant. One thing to note is that a friend told me this area might require some caution regarding safety, but since I made sure not to go out after dark, I didn't encounter any issues.

This was our second stay at the NH Hotel Düsseldorf City Nord, and we were very happy with our visit. Our room was very spacious, clean, and quiet, and even included coffee. Though the staff (a woman) at the reception told me to “take a step back” when i approached the counter to check-out and i was a little bit in a hurry because i was late to leave to the airport and the uber taxi was waiting outside. My son and I only stayed one night, but it was a very clean hotel, and the receptionist (Ms. Lee) was very nice and friendly. We slept very well, and the breakfast was the perfect finishing touch. I stayed in this hotel as I was on a short business trip in the city. The location is perfect when working in one of the nearby offices and the city is easily reachable via tram/ U Bahn. I even found great areas nearby for my morning run too. :) I was very satisfied with everything, the only thing I noticed is that the receptionist are a bit slow and multitasking all the time (eg. on the phone)

Clean rooms. No privacy in the bathroom at all so no good to use with others. The mattress was uncomfortable. Service was good and staff friendly and willing to help.

This hotel is super close to my main office so I used. Firstly the mattress was horrible, I have stayed in many different hotels and never had this bad one. Plus towels and the bedding was provided only for single use. Even though I booked for one person I normally received double size so it was really comfortable, but I felt they optimised everything too much and missed the convenience.

I’m not sure about the fares because my company always pays. The rooms are great. The staff is usually really friendly. This time I stayed over the weekend for the first time: awesome! So quiet. Such a great breakfast! I highly recommend.

The room was very nice and big. Be aware that the Bathroom has no entry door , so if you are with someone you dont feel comfortable enough to see you taking a shower than make an agreement of when you will shower. Also the room cleaning seems not to include a fresh bed linen every day. Aside of this for this price it was a good hotel.

Next time I book a hotel, I really need to check when it was last renovated. This place is so old, it smells musty, the sink was disgustingly dirty, and even the tissue box was broken. Avoid at all costs. The breakfast was very mediocre too, and the smell was really off-putting. I was supposed to stay three nights but couldn't even make it through one.
