Heathrow Airport shut and we ended up driving instead! Staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful. Room was big, clean and in good repair. Soundproofing was excellent - we never heard another guest

Air Conditioning was a little under powered but we were able to open the windows to help cool the room. We had an upgrade which was much appreciated! Bar was great. Loved the 24/7 kiosk for snacks and drinks

It s super nice and the hotel is made in a way that is soundproof, even if it s super close to the airport you don’t hear anything. I spend 4 months in here and still counting

A hotel that costs over 100 euros a night charged 50 euros for checking in 3 hours early! I angrily expressed that I wouldn't pay the fee, and then they told me there was a room available for check-in without any charge! I've never encountered this before with Japan Airlines! Now that I know your economy is bad, when did Germans become so greedy!

When I arrived my room was not ready so I had to an hour after plus the bedsheets wear not clean enough and the decker sheets was so small to cover me and my partner

I called earlier in the morning to do late check out due to lack of sleep and serious headache and noise that some people were making in the the corridor

The location is great, and it's a well-established chain hotel. It has all the amenities you'd expect from its time, so it's a reliable choice for business trips. The front desk even helped me mail a package for free

The receptionist gave us a new room next to the lift without asking if we were ok with it. So we had to listen to the lift all night :( Bathroom is super tiny and no amenities. Not up to the standard for Hilton

The room was clean as it was recently renovated I believe. The location was not the best but in a quiet area. The not so great part was when we arrived, the room we selected was not ready even after 3pm

good, check in and check out is smooth, but they don't but a free water in the room for three days and there is no slipper in the room which is not normal in Hilton branches. always these things available in the room.

The room was very hot which the AC didn't help with a lot but opening the window helped - the thick blackout curtains kept it dark but also kept the heat in! The gym is very small (a treadmill, a cross trainer and some dumbbells) but the sauna was really nice

This hotel is truly underrated. Although it is officially rated as a C2-level hotel, in Germany it can easily be compared to many C4/C5-level hotels in terms of overall quality and service

The staff are exceptionally friendly and professional. We had an issue with the TV in the room, and I would especially like to praise Markus from the technical department

He came to the room very quickly, checked the problem thoroughly, and helped coordinate a smooth room change in a very efficient and friendly manner

Very comfortabele rooms, nicely located next to the old Town of Düsseldorf and next to the park. Close to the Rhine river and the art museums. Relatively easy to come by car. Very friendly staff and great breakfast.

The gym provides water and disposable paper cups. You can get a free beer by scanning a QR code if you don't have your room cleaned. The metro station is about one kilometer away

It's very close to the airport, with shuttle buses nearby. A taxi with luggage would cost approximately €17. Shuttle buses to the Düsseldorf stadium are also nearby

The lady on reception (who spoke perfect English when my basic German failed me) gave us the key to another room so we could shower and get our young child settled whilst we waited for maintenance to finish in our executive room

She came and found us when the other room was ready and offered free breakfast the following morning for the minor inconvenience. Both rooms were very clean and the executive room was incredibly spacious

Check out was very simple and the man on reception was incredibly friendly and spoke in slowed down German to allow me to follow along but switched seamlessly to English when again my German knowledge expired

We had booked 115, but unfortunately someone was still in the room so they upgraded us to Schloss Jagerhof Suite 207, which was outstanding. The Jones Brasserie was really nice as was the Lounge/bar in the evening

It is very suitable for morning and evening walks. The luxury shopping mall King's Avenue is on the right side of the door. You can go shopping at any time. The hotel breakfast and afternoon tea are online

I am a regular guest at the innside Derendorf Dusseldorf hotel. Every time I stay there, I appreciate the modern and spacious rooms, the friendly and attentive staff, and above all Pietro, the restaurant manager

The hotel is right next to my workplace! The hotel staff is great! Willing to help! And very considerate to your needs! Clean facilities

What I didn’t enjoy was the bartender that left me waiting for quite some time despite not being very busy (2-3 tables with full drinks) and didn’t know what is Long Island Ice Tea, which is a classic cocktail so that’s quite irritating

I’m not sure about the fares because my company always pays. The staff is usually really friendly. This time I stayed over the weekend for the first time: awesome! So quiet. Such a great breakfast! I highly recommend

The hotel is clean and the service attitude is very good. It takes only five minutes to walk downstairs to the Rhine River and the Rhine Tower. Two bottles of water are provided in each room.

We had a surgery during our stay and the staff were very helpful with accommodation and anything we needed. Wholeheartedly recommend Radisson Blu if you are going here anytime soon

They gave me an upgrade due to my VIP status, oh Happy days! I will book again! Restaurants on a stone throw distance! Parking is at the rear, two times right and you will find the garage on your righthand side clearly indicazed

The shower also deserves special mention - good pressure and one of those wide shower heads that just worked well. I'll stay there again when in Dusseldorf for sure
