The hotel is relatively close to Düsseldorf Central Station, but not so close that you can walk there in about 12 minutes. There's no direct bus service, so those with heavy luggage should keep that in mind
The room (137) was incredibly spacious and modern, perfect for just relaxing. The hotel was very quiet and surrounded by lush greenery. It's truly the most comfortable budget hotel I've stayed at in Europe.
Very convenient! It's within walking distance of the train station. The security is great, with a timed entry system at night. Breakfast is plentiful, though it can get crowded. I'd definitely come back again.
The cleaning staff started tidying rooms as early as 8 AM. I understand that they need to be efficient with so many rooms to clean, but it was quite loud. For those who want to sleep in, this might be an issue
The room was clean and quite good for a budget hotel. Breakfast was plentiful, but it got extremely crowded during meal times. Perhaps because there were so many guests, it was very noisy in the mornings
Yet, magically, five minutes later, all rooms were suddenly cleaned. Housekeeping only started on the second day, and it was a very sloppy job, not the quality I'm used to from Holiday Inn

All the staff were cool and really nice, especially the assistant front office manager on duty on the morning of 2 May and the front office person who spoke a bit of Japanese
The location is perfect, right opposite little Tokyo, and near a great ramen place with good bubble tea options for Asians like us
The hotel has a great location in Düsseldorf, close to Japan Street, Königstraße, and the train station. Prices fluctuated a bit; the price dropped the day after I booked it
The spar is a nice addition and the location of the hotel is really convenient since you’re directly within the Japanese area
Interesting neighborhood, in Little Japan, a reasonable walk to the old town and very handy for the train station
We could stay in a beautiful suite. The breakfast buffet and the hotel bar / restaurant were amazing

The room was very hot which the AC didn't help with a lot but opening the window helped - the thick blackout curtains kept it dark but also kept the heat in!
The gym is very small (a treadmill, a cross trainer and some dumbbells) but the sauna was really nice
One thing to note is that a friend told me this area might require some caution regarding safety, but since I made sure not to go out after dark, I didn't encounter any issues
The staff was consistently friendly and professional, making you feel welcome right away. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to transport and the city
Super close to Hbf, walkable distance, and only one subway stop away. The environment is fantastic, and it's really close to the subway station
I had a very pleasant stay at NH Düsseldorf City. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped – perfect for relaxing after a long day
They offer daily housekeeping and you can ask the front desk for slippers! This place is a hundred years ahead of Munich!

Right in the center of the good shopping area, high brands and some local restaurants and cafes
A 5 star business hotel filled with families, conferences & wary travelers in an atrium style lobby that has a refined range of cuisine & a bar that rivals the best whiskey havens in New York in limited bottles & knowledge
Secluded at the less busier end of Königsallee, engulfed in the chirping sounds of the swarms of birds that fill the trees opposite sits this 5 star niche Hôtel redefining itself that’s even intertwined with a Holmes gym
We were very satisfied with the hotel, the rooms, the facilities and the staff, and I would recommend it to everyone. The location is also good, and we left the hotel very satisfied
I would choose this hotel again without hesitation on my next trip
Kö59 … every time I stay here I appreciate it more

Location is not far from the city center but can be a bit dodgy at night
For the price I paid very nice!
Breakfast is huge (lot's of options) and not so expensive for what you get
Just very annoying the huge heavy pan lids, not so how to say user friendly when you want something from a pan everytime you are haggling with this lid. Common area's seems very nice also for working a bit I think
The room was perfect, clean without anything missing. From the niu tab you also have the view at the Rhein tower! Not too far from the centre 😉
The hotel looked modern and spacious. The room had a good size but it was very warm at night
The best part of the stay was the breakfast, which was served in a spacious area, with a lot of option for bread, pastries, even with a pancake machine. Enough options for all tastes including vegan/gluten free

Due to its location near center, i can only recommend this hotel for future travelers
The room overlooks a green urban area, and is within walking distance of museums, the Rhine River, and Königssee. The location is excellent, and the room is a comfortable size
Very comfortabele rooms, nicely located next to the old Town of Düsseldorf and next to the park. Close to the Rhine river and the art museums. Relatively easy to come by car. Very friendly staff and great breakfast.
The hotel reception staff were very welcoming and friendly; it was a wonderful experience. The breakfast was decent, and the restaurant's dinner was simple yet delicious
Great location and kiosk and bakery nearby. Breakfast was very expensive so we went to the bakery around the corner and had a delicious breakfast there.
Clean friendly hotel - short walk to the Altstadt - local dining options are good - public transport excellent.

Perfect location within a couple of minutes of the railway station. Our room was clean, modern, had everything we needed and was a great base for visiting Dusseldorf
The room was quite clean, and it had all the basic amenities, with plenty of hot water. The bed was comfortable, and it was quiet at night with no noise
The location is good, making it convenient for shopping and public transport. The front desk staff were very friendly, and overall, I had a pleasant stay
I love this hotel, it isn’t my first stay and every time I go to the city I try to stay here
Nice hotel and near the Station. I love the Service and thank you
Good location, clean, and with good service and facilities.

I’ve booked Leonardo Royal hotel for my parents in law who came from Ireland. They stayed for 5 nights and were telling me how nice the hotel staff were. They said they can recommend this hotel to anybody
The staff were very friendly, rooms had everything we needed. They also had a coffee machine. Location is great, you can walk to the center very easily. If you don't like walking, there is metro to take you there
They made sure we went to sleep with a peaceful mind that everything was settled. Thank you to all the staff from the front desk for helping us. Each and every one of them was great
We had to move here from a different accommodation during the middle of the night. The gentlemen at the reception helped with every request we had even though it was past midnight
When I was in my room, I had an immediate call from the receptionist if everything was according to my wish. Although my room was facing a busy street, it was very quiet
Close to every location you would like to visit in Düsseldorf. There is also metro, tram and bus stops next to hotel. and I had very smooth and very welcoming

The hotel is new and rooms are nicely designed. Staff is friendly and has underground parking (paid). Haven’t had breakfast so cannot comment on that
Spacious and clean rooms. The staff is helpful and friendly. Nice location, the hotel is a 30min walk away from the Altstadt and Rhine.
The location is fairly convenient, and overall I’m happy with the value for the price.
no bidet unfortunately, leaving you to rely on tissues. I had the misfortune of sharing a room with someone who insisted on wanting to use the restroom while room service was in the middle of cleaning our room
needless to say, the staff deserve a gold medal in tolerance of, quite honestly, bs. the breakfast buffet food is great, tho beyond the fish of the day platter, the selections remain the same every single day
The room was really nice and clean, with comfortable beds and good view outside the window. It’s close to the city center and it takes only 10 minutes to walk. The staff are very friendly and nice

Check-in was swift, our car was parked free of charge, the rooms were large, luxurious and spotless, the hotel itself is a pleasure to walk around in with beautiful ancient artefacts and a lot of history, and the location itself is prime as well
All the staff were incredibly kind and professional. The room was spotless and quiet in a very lively neighborhood – quite rare and worth mentioning.
The hotel was beautiful, unique, and in an amazing location; it felt secluded and private, yet was close to attractive walking locations. The art and interior of the hotel made for a stunning welcome for our guests
Of course the hotel provided once again a unique experience of living in a Museum filled with artistic treasures while enjoying the pleasures and comforts of a modern facility
Significant improvement on our eighth Stay in 2024 which was shockingly bad. So bad that our last three visits to Dusseldorf we stayed in different hotels
Don’t miss the opportunity to walk the halls in each level of the hotel to take in all the artwork and historical detail on the Jesuits and Medici. Highly recommended for your next stay in Dusseldorf!

Hotel located within walking distance to train station. Many food options available within the vicinity.
Overall it was okay, but they charged a deposit and then made a mistake deducting money.
Nice location in Little Tokyo of Düsseldorf. Friendly staff. Clean and modern hotel. Breakfast was good and you have many choice. Nice bar and the have family board games.
We reported the issue to the reception in the evening, but were told that there were no available rooms. What was more concerning than the problem itself was the indifferent attitude of the reception staff
The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Great customer service. I can really recommend this hotel. Very clean, modern and spacious.
To ensure the issue would be addressed, I personally reminded them again and provided our room number. I’m glad I did, because it later became clear that no record of our complaint had been made

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options to start the day
The location was also very convenient, close to shops and attractions. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel to others
It’s a very clean and friendly hotel, location is very near to the train station also other attractions. Definitely will go back to stay.
Nice hotel. Very clean. Staff nice. Good breakfast. Free nespresso coffee in room. Spacious room. Would stay again.
Very convenient location in the heart of Düsseldorf, perfect for exploring the town and villages nearby ( few minutes' walk from the main station)
Spacious room, comfortable bed. A vanity kit in the bathroom, nice detail
Very nice hotel and back to this hotel for second time already.

The rooftop view is great! 👍👍👍👍👍 The breakfast is excellent! 👍👍 The only downside is that it's a bit noisy because it's close to the road, but it's acceptable. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
The hotel is nice, breakfast is good, but receptions‘ work has to be improved. Too slowly, for example, we was waiting for check out more than 7 minutes.
Good restaurants within walking distance
But we decided to get our car out around 10am at Sunday morning, because only on Sunday parking is free in front of the hotel!
Yes we where able to park directly in front of the hotel: although spots are taken quickly, when lunchtime gets closer
What I really liked about the room is the fact, that it can become totally dark!
We stayed with a 7 months old baby, so being able to get the room dark is quite important in order to getting the little one to sleep
Room 911 had a bad smell, likely from the drain. It's conveniently located near the subway station. However, drinking water, toothbrushes, and toiletries were not replenished throughout my 4-night stay

I had a sudden business trip come up so I booked this hotel on short notice. The price was perfect and the hotel facilities were really good. It's close to the old town and has a great location everywhere
Had two fabulous days in this hotel, I came here for business but because everything is nearby here is creating a great experience!
I 100% love it and see you next year on the same dates!
It was very clean and comfortable.
Amenities are minimal, so you'll need to bring your own.
This hotel is my home away from home in Dusseldorf! Close to everything, guitars available to play, amazing rooms, just hands down a top-notch experience!
The staff is second to none: Alex, Al, Mo and Rob made a stressful and busy business trip into an enjoyable experience!
Thank you Ruby Luna for being a great hotel with the best staff in Dusseldorf!
I was exhausted and jet lag due to the trade show business plus it was my first time staying in the city centre. So rhe clean room and warm sincere treatment from the staff brightened me up
The staff are really helpful when checking in, and you get 2 free drinks if you opt out of daily room service. Speaking of drinks, they are delish, and the night staff at the bar, Jesus and Andreas, were so nice to us

The hotel is perfectly suited for small events like a Krimi Dinner. Good Ambiente in the conference rooms, delicious dinner and humorlos play. Can definitely recommend giving it a try.
The botel is one of the best hotels i ever visit during my life, if is like an ancient palace with extraordinary location at the heart of dusseldorf city
We had booked 115, but unfortunately someone was still in the room so they upgraded us to Schloss Jagerhof Suite 207, which was outstanding. The Jones Brasserie was really nice as was the Lounge/bar in the evening
It is very suitable for morning and evening walks. The luxury shopping mall King's Avenue is on the right side of the door. You can go shopping at any time. The hotel breakfast and afternoon tea are online
The Steigenberger Park Hotel is wonderful. The staff are amazing, especially the staff on reception
As always: absolutely wonderful! Many thanks to the staff!

It was very good choice jn Dusseldorf. Cozy, comfortable room. Very near to tram station. The size of the room was very good, 20 sq.m, what is really big for Dusseldorf. The staff was very kind. Breakfast was good.
Very nice, urban-trendy room, very clean. Excellent connection to the old town, the Rhine, and other attractions. Good breakfast and very friendly staff.
Right behind the hotel, there is a lovely park which i enjoyed! There were many convenience stalls and eateries around the area as well, making it super convenient! The rooms of the hotel was AMAZING! My boyfriend and I enjoyed our 2 nights there! The breakfast provided was amazing as well and the spread was pretty huge! Thank you!
30 min walk to City centre
2 miles to Aldstadt and river front
An excellent budget hotel all round. The location is so convenient with plenty of car parking space. The rooms are so clean and comfortable with comfortable beds. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
Good hotel with a great location and a solid breakfast. Rooms are clean, and the interior feels fresh.

The hotel location is very close to the train station. Tis hotel also very convenient where it serounded by few restaurants as well as grocery stores. Definitely I will stay here again if I visit to dusseldorf.
Hotel is good, room service is nice, staff is kind. Facilities are generally in a good condition. Unfortunately, it only has one elevator, so, please avoid to use it during the peak hours
Also, dining hall is quite small, you may have to sit outside at the bar area
Nice hotel to stay at and is in a nice place near the main station
Great location, short walk from the railway station (and therefore easy for airport). Good breakfast at reasonable price if you pay at check-in. Only slight negative was the lack of a fridge in the room
travelling to Germany is, in general, like taking a time machine to mid last century. You can find in modern hotels here what anywhere else would be surplus electronics, if not vintage already

On our floor, there was a galley where you could grab free coffee and tea, which was such a nice touch — although sadly, the kettle in our room didn’t work, so we couldn’t enjoy a tea there
The lobby had a very theatrical and luxurious vibe with plenty of cozy seating to relax and sip a drink. Service was smooth — there’s self check-in and check-out, so everything went super quickly
The location is perfect! There’s a hidden cocktail bar just a 3-minute walk away that I’d totally recommend, and if you walk about 13 minutes further, you’ll find yourself in Little Tokyo
We were a group of people, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The hotel is in a quiet area, with several nice restaurants nearby and easy access to the main road
I had a really positive experience at Ruby Leni Hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming — special thanks to Donatella, Jesus, and Tin for their great hospitality
The breakfast menu was very good and offered plenty of options to start the day with enough energy. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Düsseldorf!

One of my chosen hotel for staying. Nice staff, clean rooms and really close to city center.
The front desk staff were super friendly and let me check in early for free, plus they gave me a small cake!
The hotel breakfast and dinner was super ! Great choice and excellent quality food in relaxing surroundings. Bar area was very good with fair prices too. We felt it closed a bit early 10 pm
We had an enjoyable five-day, four-night stay at the hotel, which is in a great location. It is a 5-minute walk from the train station and a 20-minute walk from the city centre
The location near the central station was important for us though the area is not the best because of homeless people around the back entrance to the station
Family members were given rooms beside each other with two of the rooms having connecting doors. Walking to Little Tokyo about 10 minutes through the train station. Would book again, a clear recommendation

Only one downside, you cannot open the window during your sleep because there were antisocial people outside to play the music of their cars extremely hard. This happened two years ago when we stayed at this hotel too
Staff are very professional, friendly
Breakfast is very good.
Room is very clean.
TV programs cover English news
Location is excellent by the train station.
Room have all the necessities that modern traveler needs, enough charger for all. Great customer services , everyone is eager to help. Overall, one of the best business hotels in Düsseldorf without a doubt
Close to main station. Warm welcome and offered quiet room. Very clean. Breakfast fresh, but alas no bacon!
I stayed at the Hampton by Hilton for 2 nights over the Christmas period. Location was perfect as it was essentially next to the Dusseldorf Central Station and so close to the Little Tokyo area which I loved
Instead, I got a special room with an extra bed that looked very much like a hospital room. I had to go back to the front desk and request a normal room again before they gave me one
