The location is perfect, right opposite little Tokyo, and near a great ramen place with good bubble tea options for Asians like us
Very good service. Very friendly.
A hotel that costs over 100 euros a night charged 50 euros for checking in 3 hours early! I angrily expressed that I wouldn't pay the fee, and then they told me there was a room available for check-in without any charge! I've never encountered this before with Japan Airlines! Now that I know your economy is bad, when did Germans become so greedy!
When I arrived my room was not ready so I had to an hour after plus the bedsheets wear not clean enough and the decker sheets was so small to cover me and my partner
I called earlier in the morning to do late check out due to lack of sleep and serious headache and noise that some people were making in the the corridor
Am very unhappy and disappointed in hotel and I want a refund back pls

Fantastic Stay at NH Düsseldorf Nord – Special Thanks to Leo at the Bar!
I recently stayed at the NH Hotel Düsseldorf Nord and had a truly enjoyable experience
From the moment I walked in, Leo made me feel welcome with his warm, open-hearted manner and genuine hospitality. He has a natural talent for connecting with people and creating a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere
The hotel itself is modern, clean, and conveniently located with easy access to public transportation. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and professional
Whether you’re in the mood for a classic drink or something a bit more adventurous, Leo delivers every time with a smile. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it elevates the entire experience at the hotel bar
This was our second stay at the NH Hotel Düsseldorf City Nord, and we were very happy with our visit. Our room was very spacious, clean, and quiet, and even included coffee. The bed was incredibly comfortable
There were always snacks and water available in the lobby during check-in and check-out. The staff was exceptionally friendly

The rooms were very spacious and clean, with big windows and air conditioning. The hotel offers a good sauna, swimming pool, and gym
Very convenient, nice Sauna and Pool area, good restaurants. Quick access to the airport.
It s super nice and the hotel is made in a way that is soundproof, even if it s super close to the airport you don’t hear anything. I spend 4 months in here and still counting
Air Conditioning was a little under powered but we were able to open the windows to help cool the room. We had an upgrade which was much appreciated! Bar was great. Loved the 24/7 kiosk for snacks and drinks
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Stay So Far!
I’m still here for another 10 days, but everything has been excellent — comfortable rooms, delicious food, and friendly staff
Fan-tas-tic hotel! Really close to the airport, rooms and beds were amazing! Breakfast was perfect and everywhere service with the smile. The pool is a bit small but really nice. We had a wonderful stay!

The room was very hot which the AC didn't help with a lot but opening the window helped - the thick blackout curtains kept it dark but also kept the heat in!
The gym is very small (a treadmill, a cross trainer and some dumbbells) but the sauna was really nice
The staff was consistently friendly and professional, making you feel welcome right away. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to transport and the city
Super close to Hbf, walkable distance, and only one subway stop away. The environment is fantastic, and it's really close to the subway station
I had a very pleasant stay at NH Düsseldorf City. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped – perfect for relaxing after a long day
They offer daily housekeeping and you can ask the front desk for slippers! This place is a hundred years ahead of Munich!
Friendly staff and easy check in, the room was spacious with comfortable beds and pillows
Excellent hotel! Our room was way above our expectations. Very spacious, comfortable beds, mini fridge, tv, hot water heater, coffee and tea packets. The underground parking garage is located directly below the hotel
The room overlooks a green urban area, and is within walking distance of museums, the Rhine River, and Königssee. The location is excellent, and the room is a comfortable size
Very comfortabele rooms, nicely located next to the old Town of Düsseldorf and next to the park. Close to the Rhine river and the art museums. Relatively easy to come by car. Very friendly staff and great breakfast.
The hotel reception staff were very welcoming and friendly; it was a wonderful experience. The breakfast was decent, and the restaurant's dinner was simple yet delicious
Great location and kiosk and bakery nearby. Breakfast was very expensive so we went to the bakery around the corner and had a delicious breakfast there.
Clean friendly hotel - short walk to the Altstadt - local dining options are good - public transport excellent.

We were very satisfied with the hotel, the rooms, the facilities and the staff, and I would recommend it to everyone. The location is also good, and we left the hotel very satisfied
One of the sweetest moments was right before our checkout when the staff at the counter handed each of our kids a lion doll—a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that made us feel truly at home
Right in the center of the good shopping area, high brands and some local restaurants and cafes
This time, since my stay was nearly 2 weeks, I opted for a suit with a balcony to enjoy the last of the summer rays & when needed, escape the tourist influx that came for the famous Xmas village festivities that brought a vibrant influx of travelers
The room was great, and breakfast was excellent too. The surrounding area is very convenient.
A 5 star business hotel filled with families, conferences & wary travelers in an atrium style lobby that has a refined range of cuisine & a bar that rivals the best whiskey havens in New York in limited bottles & knowledge

Though the staff (a woman) at the reception told me to “take a step back” when i approached the counter to check-out and i was a little bit in a hurry because i was late to leave to the airport and the uber taxi was waiting outside
The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything felt well-organized and calm. Overall, a great stayexcellent value for money, and I’d happily choose this hotel again
I didnt expect her to talk to me this way. Few moments later, another lady helped me to check out, i think she was the manager and it went very smoothly
I had chance to talk with Ms Barbora, she was really helpful and she have lots of positive energy. Hope to see you all again soon
Staff was friendly and responsive. Room was nice, and location is great, close to local public transportation and the airport.
The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the location made getting around incredibly easy. Public transportation was close by, so we could reach the city center and main attractions without any hassle

Booked a room for one night. Room was very nice, beautiful view of the town. Decided to go for an upgrade. What a Room!! Would I come back? Definitely
Great value for money if travellers are for Messe Dusseldorf as it is just 6-7 minutes away. Breakfast is rich here. Beds are comfortable.
This hotel is truly underrated. Although it is officially rated as a C2-level hotel, in Germany it can easily be compared to many C4/C5-level hotels in terms of overall quality and service
The staff are exceptionally friendly and professional. We had an issue with the TV in the room, and I would especially like to praise Markus from the technical department
He came to the room very quickly, checked the problem thoroughly, and helped coordinate a smooth room change in a very efficient and friendly manner
The front desk was also excellent and even proactively delivered the new key cards to the room after the room change, which was a great example of outstanding service

It was delivered within minutes of our arrival to our room. Our room was spacious even with the crib. Everything was clean and tidy in the room
Unfortunate could not have Netflix
I’ve booked Leonardo Royal hotel for my parents in law who came from Ireland. They stayed for 5 nights and were telling me how nice the hotel staff were. They said they can recommend this hotel to anybody
The location of this hotel is super inconvenience.
They made sure we went to sleep with a peaceful mind that everything was settled. Thank you to all the staff from the front desk for helping us. Each and every one of them was great

) About the view, from the window, you can see the inner court of the hotel, with a small pond, it's lovely. There is really no noise at night
The hotel is right near the train station, so transportation is super convenient. It's a bit noisy around there, and the safety isn't the best, but there are plenty of places to eat. I'd recommend it for a short stay.
We enjoyed our time at this hotel. The rooms are cheap, but functional. A huge plus is the airconditioning since it was 30 degrees Celsius outside when we stayed here
The staff were very friendly and professional, with a special mention to Robert Hahn at the front desk who helped us with what we needed and even swapped our rooms out when the floor we were previously on was suddenly flooded with loud people who wanted to party
If you’re looking for a cheap option that allows for a comfortable stay while you go out to explore the city during the day I totally recommend this hotel
The hotel is excellent and I stay here everytime I go to Ninjing. IMO, the best option in the county. The staff is friendly and the food is good.

The gym provides water and disposable paper cups. You can get a free beer by scanning a QR code if you don't have your room cleaned. The metro station is about one kilometer away
I have stayed almost 100 times at this hotel over the past 12 years and have nothing but positive to report. The personnel is exceptional, the rooms are clean and spacious
It's very close to the airport, with shuttle buses nearby. A taxi with luggage would cost approximately €17. Shuttle buses to the Düsseldorf stadium are also nearby
He escorted us to the car park in the basement while maintaining electricity. We had a few drinks after dinner at the bar. The prices are pretty reasonable. Room is clean and a small bottle of hand sanitiser provided
Food is great. Rooms are very clean and tidy. During COVID they have maintained all the rules and regulations really well for the safety of customers. Friendly staff. What more do you want from a good hotel.
I was really surprised by the price and quality; it's really nice 😙 Highly recommended! The room had no unpleasant odors, and the decor was simple yet stylish—just the kind of hotel style I like

The staff was polite and extremely helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast, however, was quite basic. It worked for a quick meal, with bread and yogurt options, but lacked variety
Hotel Review
The hotel’s location is very convenient for reaching the city center, making it ideal for travelers looking for easy access to main attractions
The bedroom was clean and comfortable, with a good sleeping bed that ensured a restful night. The bathroom was spotless, adding to the comfort of the stay
The only warm item was from an automatic pancake machine. Unfortunately, the boiled eggs were overcooked and difficult to peel
Easy to get to the train station and kind staff. Breakfast was good, it was nice that it was until 11 on the weekend.
Denisse and (not sure on the spelling)Lili, went out of their way to help us with any questions we had about the area and with a smile. Our room was spacious, clean and welcoming

Family members were given rooms beside each other with two of the rooms having connecting doors. Walking to Little Tokyo about 10 minutes through the train station. Would book again, a clear recommendation
The front desk staff were super friendly and let me check in early for free, plus they gave me a small cake!
The staff are fantastic here, convenient location, comfy beds and clean rooms. I would recommend better pillows is my only criticism.
The hotel breakfast and dinner was super ! Great choice and excellent quality food in relaxing surroundings. Bar area was very good with fair prices too. We felt it closed a bit early 10 pm
The Leonardo Hotel Düsseldorf City Center was niche and really close to the train station and subway. The Hotel it self was niche clean and with a niche service. There is a niche bar, fitness, pool and everything
Room great size, clean and with very comfortable large twin beds. good size well equipped bathroom with excellent shower. Only downside to our stay was the unpleasant outlook from room

We booked spontaneous last minute for new years. We had an amazing room and view. The staff was incredibly friendly! The bed was comfortable, even the pillows. The view with the large windows is a big plus for sure
From just the friendliness of the staff alone, I would visit again!
The two beds were large and extremely comfortable, with several pillows that made sleeping a true pleasure. The bathroom was also a plus: the shower had good pressure and the water was warm, perfect for relaxing
It was pleasant stay ,the room view and the service were excellent. The hotel provides a very high quality of service. The reception staff are amazing, especially Ms. She is very welcoming and helpful
I especially appreciated how quiet everything was: zero noise, ideal for a good night's sleep. In short, a comfortable, well-maintained hotel, perfect for relaxing after a day in the city

I always travel to Düsseldorf and very relaxing staying here very clean always looking forward to comeback
Indigo Düsseldorf is a real charm. We stayed there for two nights and enjoyed every moment of it. The attentiveness of the team, facilities and room were top notch, highly recommended and high value for money
Rooms are very clean and look pretty new. There is a large complimentary bottle of water, lots of coffee and tea, and a refrigerator. Decorations are interesting and align with Dusseldorfs fashion history
Booked a standard room and thought size was pretty spacious with desk, chair with ottoman, and spacious closets. About 20 minute walk to old town and 45 minutes along the river down to Medienhafen area
Great hotel with lovely staff and extremly dogfriendly with lot of parks near! Hotel and garden looked amazing. We went here for our third wedding anniversary and got a special breakfast & card

The rooftop view is great! 👍👍👍👍👍 The breakfast is excellent! 👍👍 The only downside is that it's a bit noisy because it's close to the road, but it's acceptable. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
The hotel is nice, breakfast is good, but receptions‘ work has to be improved. Too slowly, for example, we was waiting for check out more than 7 minutes.
Good restaurants within walking distance
But we decided to get our car out around 10am at Sunday morning, because only on Sunday parking is free in front of the hotel!
Yes we where able to park directly in front of the hotel: although spots are taken quickly, when lunchtime gets closer
What I really liked about the room is the fact, that it can become totally dark!
We stayed with a 7 months old baby, so being able to get the room dark is quite important in order to getting the little one to sleep
Room 911 had a bad smell, likely from the drain. It's conveniently located near the subway station. However, drinking water, toothbrushes, and toiletries were not replenished throughout my 4-night stay
Nice and clean. Absolutely all what we need was there. The only caveat is maybe that they should install a second elevator for clients if possible. There was one moment when we had to wait so long to get the lift...
Excellent location, close to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was superb, with a varied buffet and a great selection of teas. The room and bathroom were perfect. The staff were very welcoming, helpful, and friendly
Good location, but keep in mind it's right in the city center, so there's street noise. However, it's quiet enough at night. The room was small but had everything we needed. It was very hot even without the heating on
The service was amazing, and the staff were very friendly from the reception, especially Camil, all the way to the breakfast room. A special mention to Jean, the F&B Manager, who was very welcoming and friendly
I stayed in Düsseldorf in December during Christmas. A wonderful hotel with beautiful rooms, and the breakfast was a very pleasant surprise — it was excellent! The hotel’s location is fantastic
I would especially like to mention your staff member Ilona — she is very pleasant, professional, communicates wonderfully with guests, is polite, and helped us with resolving several issues

Alexander who help us to check in was so kind and polite! Like the services and the way he communicate with the customer very much!
Locations is fine with 15 minutes tram ride to the city center, highly recommended.
If the window is opened, it will be noisy if the light rail passes by. Breakfast is also good, clean and hygienic. Apart from the German-style saltiness, there's nothing wrong with it
The room was nice, air-conditioned, clean, and the bathroom was very comfortable. It's just that the water in the sink is small enough. In addition, it faces the street
Location is excellent for visits to BASF and Henkel in Holzhausen. Please note that you should request housekeeping service explicitly. Rooms are a tad bit small, but ok. No upgrade of rooms for loyalty guests so far
We have enjoyed various moxy’s before and the quality is maintained throughout. The rooms feel fresh and nice, well kept. Ease and comfort of staying is a plus

Check in Box a little complicated, otherwise a very nice hotel we can totally recommend. Very friendly personel, very good parking lot and rooms were pretty okay too. Just the price is too high.
Excellent place to stay, u bahn round the corner to get into the centre and very quiet. Breakfast great, just feel sorry for the staff that not many people used it when I was there. Definite recommendation!
Hotel Astra was a cheap and convenient hotel for my needs for a weekend following euro 2024. It’s about 2 miles from Dusseldorf train station when walking. Plenty of other transport available.
We have free wireless internet inside the room. We always travel with three devices which we never have problem using all at once. But the hotel only allowed to give two password for wifi, so we say it's okay no problem
Suddenly the guy said, here I'll give you three password for wifi instead of two ( which was a bonus). For 67€ per night with great service and a welcoming staff it gives a satisfaction to costumer that's all we need
The area is very airy and modern, staffs are quickly to serve you coffe/tea and anything you need, very friendly and great service. There is a small bar next to reception office where you can order some beverage

Very good hotel, like it should be when you think about Germany and their professional attitude to service:)
Location is perfect, in the center and windows of the room (405) were exactly on the big cathedral
Only the cattle was dropping a lot and there was condensation on the windows, but it was well noted by stuff and could be fixed if we had told earlier. Breakfast wasn't Included in our stay
Beautiful cathedral next to it. My room had facilities for cooking, fridge, folding table. Breakfast was lovely, a lot of variety. Very good staff, very kind and very helpful
A pleasant stay, very good breakfast and extremely friendly and helpful staff.
Thank you!
Plenty of chives for food and a shopping mall in walking distance
However, there was a place to cook in the room itself, so it's literally living hotel
