I have wonderful stay here, superb nice view and clean room. The best A&O in Europe

Good location, 10 minutes from the railway station. Comfortable beds, a lot of space in the room. I got bed sheets and towels free of charge.

The lobby offers a co-working space, which is clean and satisfactory.

The staff was so nice that he offered change of my room to female only room (my booking was originally mixed dorm)! And luckily there was only 2 people staying for that night even it was a room of 6 beds:) The room was big enough and clean but the shower was so tiny, I wonder why a shower room could be this tiny. Also, the shower pressure was very low and the water took forever to get warm enough...

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly, and the location is excellent…right in the city centre. However, there were a few small issues that I hope can be improved. The hairdryer in our room was broken, and my bunk bed did not come with bedsheets or a towel. I had to request them from the front desk (I also noticed that the person in the upper bunk didn’t have any either...

An interesting hotel concept without a traditional reception – everything is done through a self-service machine where you register for your stay. The check-in process is simple and modern. The hotel has one or two restaurants, and they are quite good – all compliments for the food and service. The hotel is located across from a gas station. My stay there was very good and it was comfortable. The only that I didn’t like was kinda the location because there were many drunk people either from the concert near by or because of halloween.

Everything was super easy with the digital check in etc. only the mattress was a bit too soft

A hotel without a front desk, very cheap, the front desk requires self-registration, which is more troublesome for older people. You need to register your name, passport and email address by yourself, and then you will receive an email a few minutes later with a digital password to open the door. It's okay for business trips abroad; the price-performance ratio is acceptable.

Convenient location with friendly staff

I felt reassured that Japanese was spoken there, so I decided to stay here as my first lodging of the trip. I had an experience that was no different from a business hotel in Japan.

The facilities are old, the bathroom floor drain does not drain at all, and the front desk has not repaired it even after reporting it... There is no air conditioning, no detergents, and 1,600 RMB a night is not worth the price... Not recommended!

Stayed here for a couple of days whilst in Dusseldorf a little out of the way from Hauptbahnof train station, around 20 minutes walk. Self checkin when you arrive on the kiosk in the lobby and one just outside entrance. The room was pleasant enough, but i would have liked a kettle to make a hot drink. A couple of vending machines in the lobby one serving up hotdrinks.

The room's facilities were old and had a strange smell.

For the price that I paid I was really satisfied. The bed and pillows were comfy enough, the room was cozy enough and the WiFi worked well. Would definitely recommend. For me the big advantage was that it was also within walking distance to the train station and Mitsubishi Electric Halle too :)

Functional, No Frills Very clean, small, functional, though little space for opening two suitcases. We didn’t need services except for check-in, and that went well. Parking is under the building. Lacks signage for parking. We drove around the block, went back into the lobby for directions. Man at small chrck-in area was helpful.

Noise isolation was really bad, I could easily hear people next door speaking, woke up couple of times because of the noices. The pillows were really thin and very uncomfortable. The location was very central, the tram station is in front of the door and the main station is very close. The room was clean but had a weird smell like ashtray. I also think for this price they should be able to put at least...

Great stay for 3 days. Very close to train station which is ideal. Enjoyed my stay although staff seemed quite rude and abrupt when asking any questions.

It's pretty good. The front desk staff are also very friendly. La la la la la la la, it's really good... Breakfast every day is also very good... I especially like to eat pears, very fresh and delicious!

Wonderful central location, thankfully they had air-conditioning. Enjoyed the cool air during bedtime. There are buses, ubahns right in front of the hotel to reach the city as well as Düsseldorf main station.

Stayed here for one night. Reception not manned. Digital check in frustrating, as it didn't work. Had to ring up to get code for the doors. Rooms very clean, bathroom small but adequate. Room was on the lower floor, right of the main road. So very noisy, could do with soundproofing on windows. Would I stay here again: Sorry but no.

Took a twins room, let's just say that we enjoyed our stay very well, but the nearest building was under constructions that started at 6am... not the best morning.

It is basically a self-checkin hostel with individual rooms. Everything was always clean and location is great. Rooms have big windows and the sharing bathroom is not bad. Totally recommend! :)

Everything was perfect! Only one minor point: we booked for two nights, but we only received towels once. It would have been nice to get clean towels for the second day as well.

Fantastic place to stay in a great location. Obviously a shared bathroom but that’s why it’s super cheap. Could ask for much more. Bed are comfortable. Bathroom was spotless. Good tv with a little fridge (don’t get a fridge in many hotels) clean and friendly. Met the owners the following morning who were great people. Will 1000% be staying there again. Thank you

It wasn't clear to me this was a hostel when i booked. There was nobody to take a call when I couldn't get in, I was directed to WhatsApp AI. One of the showers didn't work. The bed side lamps where horrible. Location was great and rooms were clean. Luckily no it crowded. I don't think there was enough bathrooms to handle all the bedrooms on that floor

Clean and well located Good clean hotel, shared bathrooms but clean. Keypad entry was efficient.very well located close to the train station and Alstatdt.
