I have wonderful stay here, superb nice view and clean room. The best A&O in Europe

Good location, 10 minutes from the railway station. Comfortable beds, a lot of space in the room. I got bed sheets and towels free of charge.

The lobby offers a co-working space, which is clean and satisfactory.

The staff was so nice that he offered change of my room to female only room (my booking was originally mixed dorm)! And luckily there was only 2 people staying for that night even it was a room of 6 beds:) The room was big enough and clean but the shower was so tiny, I wonder why a shower room could be this tiny. Also, the shower pressure was very low and the water took forever to get warm enough...

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly, and the location is excellent…right in the city centre. However, there were a few small issues that I hope can be improved. The hairdryer in our room was broken, and my bunk bed did not come with bedsheets or a towel. I had to request them from the front desk (I also noticed that the person in the upper bunk didn’t have any either...

Everything was super easy with the digital check in etc. only the mattress was a bit too soft

Great, simple accommodation with everything you need for a short stay in Düsseldorf. It's centrally located and offers excellent value for money. A nice common room where you can make a great coffee in the morning. I especially liked the cleanliness.

Lovely hotel for a quick break

Located 10 to 15 minutes away from the Central Station in a nice and peaceful area. Plenty of Restaurants, a shopping market and a Mall can found within walking distance from the mall. Also located close to the tram stop. Room and Toilet were well maintained, has a Tv connection with multiple German channels, has a mini fridge and a hair dryer. Overall a pleasent place to stay. The only negative was...

Nice breakfast. No separate bathroom. Friendly personell. Close to tram, U-bahn and bus. Very nice breakfast. Quite tired hotel. Disappointing that the room did not have separate bathroom; wash-basin and shower cabinet in the room, only toilet was separated. Noise from the street, stairway and adjoining rooms.

Very nice owner / his wife and kind staff. Break fast (7 to 10 ) is really delicious and you can choose boiled egg or scramble egg. I hope you have time staying there.

Very basic and warn hotel. It was clean. The receptionist was not able to do a basic check-in. There's no elevator, and the hotel is situated far away from basically everything. It was cheap and available, so I gave it a try.

Basic clean hotel. Walking distance from Benrath train station. Helpful staff. Stay included ticket for local transport for the duration.

Great apartment in Benrath, a lovely suburban district of Duesseldorf. The apartment was large and comfortable and completely renovated. The staffs are friendly and customer oriented. This place is excellent value for money.

The room is a bit small but well-equipped (though no kettle). It was also quite cold, and the heating only ran for 12 minutes at a time. However, the service was excellent. The bar downstairs has a nice atmosphere, perfect for a drink with friends or family.

I stayed just one night, checked in late, and left early in the morning. I didn’t expect much, but it was okay for one night. The hotel is close to the Hbf, and the single bed was comfortable, which worked well for me.

Very stubborn staff make us inconvenient.. small and tight room. Only location is worth visiting.

Stayed here for a couple of days whilst in Dusseldorf a little out of the way from Hauptbahnof train station, around 20 minutes walk. Self checkin when you arrive on the kiosk in the lobby and one just outside entrance. The room was pleasant enough, but i would have liked a kettle to make a hot drink. A couple of vending machines in the lobby one serving up hotdrinks.

For the price that I paid I was really satisfied. The bed and pillows were comfy enough, the room was cozy enough and the WiFi worked well. Would definitely recommend. For me the big advantage was that it was also within walking distance to the train station and Mitsubishi Electric Halle too :)

Functional, No Frills Very clean, small, functional, though little space for opening two suitcases. We didn’t need services except for check-in, and that went well. Parking is under the building. Lacks signage for parking. We drove around the block, went back into the lobby for directions. Man at small chrck-in area was helpful.

Noise isolation was really bad, I could easily hear people next door speaking, woke up couple of times because of the noices. The pillows were really thin and very uncomfortable. The location was very central, the tram station is in front of the door and the main station is very close. The room was clean but had a weird smell like ashtray. I also think for this price they should be able to put at least...

Great stay for 3 days. Very close to train station which is ideal. Enjoyed my stay although staff seemed quite rude and abrupt when asking any questions.

It's pretty good. The front desk staff are also very friendly. La la la la la la la, it's really good... Breakfast every day is also very good... I especially like to eat pears, very fresh and delicious!

Wonderful central location, thankfully they had air-conditioning. Enjoyed the cool air during bedtime. There are buses, ubahns right in front of the hotel to reach the city as well as Düsseldorf main station.

Stayed here for one night. Reception not manned. Digital check in frustrating, as it didn't work. Had to ring up to get code for the doors. Rooms very clean, bathroom small but adequate. Room was on the lower floor, right of the main road. So very noisy, could do with soundproofing on windows. Would I stay here again: Sorry but no.

The room is small, but transportation is convenient. The hotel buffet is decent. It's located far from the city center, but close to the airport. There are supermarkets and restaurants within a one-kilometer walk. It's a good place to stay for a business trip.

We were going to an event at the Dome; the hotel's location was ideal for that. The hotel and room were clean. The room was a good size. The beds were very comfortable. The soundproofing was quite good. The breakfast room is a bit too small (at least when the hotel is full). Despite the small buffet area, the selection was very good. The breakfast was delicious. Totally worth staying there for that. if you get a room 9, 10, 11 or 12 you will be walking up 4 flights of stairs so ask for a lower floor if you do want to not do that. I had room 10, which was on the back and it was super quiet. In fact when I opened the window, the birds were singing in the morning, which was very cool.

This place is right in the heart of Dusseldorf. Couldn't be any more convenient for transit, shopping, dining, drinking and the Christmas Markets. Super walkable! For me, I also loved the Irish Pub at the ground floor of the hotel, but if that's not for you, don't worry, it was quiet and not an issue when in your room. Do be aware that depending on your floor, there could be a fair amount of stairs...

Nice hotel Great stay! Perfect location, quick check in (at the pub, because we artived after 6 pm) and nice breakfast. We got a room with windows to the back. Otherwise it might have been a bit noisy. The street has lots of bars.

Great stay Fantastic location, fantastic price and fantastic room. We stayed here during the Euros and the noise was no more than to be expected and the hotel kindly provided ear plugs. You won’t get a room for a better price and location in Düsseldorf. Staff friendly and helpful too!

Very good hotel, was there over the days for the trade fair in Düsseldorf. Prices and location more than perfect. There are many shops nearby - two supermarkets and a kiosk in the immediate vicinity. very nice staff and great service the rooms are very clean.

Very nice staff, rooms have always been very clean and sterile. Quiet atmosphere, you can work very well in the room without being bothered by noise or other customers. Very good shopping facilities, two large shops within 200-300 meters and a kiosk right next door. Everything was perfect! Only one minor point: we booked for two nights, but we only received towels once. It would have been nice to get clean towels for the second day as well.

It wasn't clear to me this was a hostel when i booked. There was nobody to take a call when I couldn't get in, I was directed to WhatsApp AI. One of the showers didn't work. The bed side lamps where horrible. Location was great and rooms were clean. Luckily no it crowded. I don't think there was enough bathrooms to handle all the bedrooms on that floor

The room is large and spacious, fairly new, and the location is excellent for exploring the city. I find it inappropriate to have a single bathroom for both men and women serving the entire floor, with 10 rooms! Furthermore, the price is completely out of line (€250 per night!)

Not very practical Shared bathroom, small room, single bed. I could sleep. There is no reception and check-in is automated until 15h. I needed to be outdoors with my luggage until that time. Not comfortable.
