Convenient location with friendly staff

I felt reassured that Japanese was spoken there, so I decided to stay here as my first lodging of the trip. I had an experience that was no different from a business hotel in Japan.

The facilities are old, the bathroom floor drain does not drain at all, and the front desk has not repaired it even after reporting it... There is no air conditioning, no detergents, and 1,600 RMB a night is not worth the price... Not recommended!

I was here last saturday with my family and we got a really big room and the staff was really nice, also it is very close to the U-Bahn so we could go to the christmas market fast. Also breakfast was delicious!!

Very basic and warn hotel. It was clean. The receptionist was not able to do a basic check-in. There's no elevator, and the hotel is situated far away from basically everything. It was cheap and available, so I gave it a try.

Room was clean. Normally they have breakfast but today there was not. İt is far from city center. There is public parking free in front of the hotel. Normally they had own parking place but in booking.com there is no information about that. For late check in there is reception desk but there is box for room key. You can get it with provided code. You can stay and relax in this hotel.

Basic clean hotel. Walking distance from Benrath train station. Helpful staff. Stay included ticket for local transport for the duration.

Reasonably located for both bus and train services. A clean and friendly hotel with a good selection of room types. Breakfast offers a good selection of food.

Stayed here for a couple of days whilst in Dusseldorf a little out of the way from Hauptbahnof train station, around 20 minutes walk. Self checkin when you arrive on the kiosk in the lobby and one just outside entrance. The room was pleasant enough, but i would have liked a kettle to make a hot drink. A couple of vending machines in the lobby one serving up hotdrinks.

For the price that I paid I was really satisfied. The bed and pillows were comfy enough, the room was cozy enough and the WiFi worked well. Would definitely recommend. For me the big advantage was that it was also within walking distance to the train station and Mitsubishi Electric Halle too :)

Functional, No Frills Very clean, small, functional, though little space for opening two suitcases. We didn’t need services except for check-in, and that went well. Parking is under the building. Lacks signage for parking. We drove around the block, went back into the lobby for directions. Man at small chrck-in area was helpful.

Noise isolation was really bad, I could easily hear people next door speaking, woke up couple of times because of the noices. The pillows were really thin and very uncomfortable. The location was very central, the tram station is in front of the door and the main station is very close. The room was clean but had a weird smell like ashtray. Great stay for 3 days. Very close to train station which is ideal. Enjoyed my stay although staff seemed quite rude and abrupt when asking any questions.

It's pretty good. The front desk staff are also very friendly. La la la la la la la, it's really good... Breakfast every day is also very good... I especially like to eat pears, very fresh and delicious!

Wonderful central location, thankfully they had air-conditioning. Enjoyed the cool air during bedtime. There are buses, ubahns right in front of the hotel to reach the city as well as Düsseldorf main station.

Stayed here for one night. Reception not manned. Digital check in frustrating, as it didn't work. Had to ring up to get code for the doors. Rooms very clean, bathroom small but adequate. Room was on the lower floor, right of the main road. So very noisy, could do with soundproofing on windows. Would I stay here again: Sorry but no.

We stayed for 2 days and have to say that we have seldom experienced such welcoming hosts. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired and you feel welcome and in good hands. Everything very clean and spacious. Always happy

Staying with Hedi and Uwe for a week it has been like going to my auntie house. They don't just rent their rooms but they welcome you in to their home. Uwe and Heidi are very friendly hosts. The place is lovely, reminds a cottage in the mountains. Furniture and rooms very clean and cosy. Breakfast warmy and diversified. We don't want to leave and face the cold and rainy weather outside! A must visit place!

The owner was wonderful. Super nice and helpful. I had a few questions about bus transportation which he helped me with. Spacious yet cozy room exactly as advertised. Very clean. TV in the room with lots of different German stations. Bathroom was very clean and well kept. They had a fridge in the hallway with an assortment of beverages with reasonable prices. Very good hotel, was there over the days for the trade fair in Düsseldorf. Prices and location more than perfect. There are many shops nearby - two supermarkets and a kiosk in the immediate vicinity. very nice staff and great service the rooms are very clean.
