Really bad, seem not to care about the guests.
I know this is a budget place, and 100eur pr night is not a lot. But - too much noise as the location is right in the middle of the old town with all the bars and restaurants. Also, there was only a thin door between my room and my neighbour, meaning that I could hear everything even when they had their tv turned on. Also, no heating in the room as the radiator had no handle, so needed to sleep fully dressed. Sent them an sms regarding the missing handle, as they didn't even bother to respond, they get only 1 star from me.
Room is ok and location fine (except for the noise from street and possible neughbours). Would only recommend to young people.

Hot, no AC, very loud street (party) all night. Terrible beds, like lying on the floor on a blanket.

Very frustrating experience.
1. Very noisy due to bars all around
2. Furniture is broken.
3. No air conditioning
4. Door lock is not working, other guest enter your rooms during the night
5. Not clean and smells
6. No reception. And support via WhatsApp is arrogant.
7. No cold water only hot…

Super Central! In the middle of the old town, the Central places such as the castle square and pier KD on the Rhine, to reach within three minutes. There is no Parking in the vicinity, I highly recommend the Park house art collection at the Grabbestr. It is also just two minutes from the Hotel.

Perfect location in the Alstadt, close to all the action and the river Rhine. Clean, bright, white, fresh apartments. Tip: Eventhough windows are double glazed, request upper floor and pack ear plugs, so you can have better sleep.

Hotel located above the night club, hard to sleep starting 9pm till 6am at saturday. positive is that it is in the Old Town centre.

Do not stay here if you intend to sleep. While the hotel itself is really nice, and conventionally located, it is built right on top of a night club. Seeing how Germany does not have laws regulating when clubs have to close, they go on 'till 7 in the morning. My bed was literally vibrating because of the bass.
Perhaps it was because I stayed during the weekend, but I HIGHLY recommend not staying here on a Friday/Saturday. This wasn't a case of busy streets outside your windows as often is the case with downtown hotels such as these (and which can be quite easily solved by wearing earplugs), this was a case of your entire room vibrating and shaking and you being able to hear which song they're playing downstairs, word for word.

Location good variety of food, rewe dm rossman supermarket, off the Kings Road, the city centre is very near. Is a little noisy. In addition this week, the Universal price is too expensive.

If you want a good night's sleep, this is not your hotel. There's a club downstairs that's open till 5. So unless you come on a monday and leave on tuesday.. it's earplugs only!! the rooms are so so, don't believe the pics, that's when they opened, they can use an upgrade. The receptionist was lovely and so helpful, she gets the one star.
