The room was very nice, with a view of the sea. I really enjoyed the wellness on the first day. I went to the restaurant and ate schnitzel, which was also very good.

One star deducted for the lack of WiFi in our room, and the hotel can't be held responsible for the stolen flip-flops in the hotel sauna. Still, it's a shame that something like that spoiled our stay a little. Otherwise, everything was very nice.

We spent our holiday in Scharbeutz with 4 generations and everyone felt completely at home at Bayside. We came here for a week in late November, looking forward to a relaxing spa break. They insisted that the whirpool (hot tub) is supposed to be at max 30°c. So it was cold and unusable during our stay here. The pillows are uncomfortable - one of them is lumpy and the other is narrow and hard. Room was okay. Spacious. Beautiful location by the lake. Parking is limited.

Nice hotel Vers nice stay. We where there only for one night. But everybody was very freindly and nice.

The room was ok, with old furniture which was not a problem, but the bed was too soft (for me and my wife of course) to the point of not being able to sleep. The pillows were also uncomfortable. Great location and a very nice pool

Facility, service and breakfast were exceptionally good. The only reservations I have are on the check-in and spa time. Checkin is at 1600 which is the latest in the hotels I have been, and spa too. We actually came for the spa and it is pity that on the date of arrival that you cannot use the spa until after you check-in, which is already 1630ish.

Not a 4 star. Simple breakfast with too little space for the crowd of people. Spa consist of 2 sauna only in the spa. The steam bath was out og order. . We were a bit disappointed with this spa hotel which doesn't earn 4 stars but not quite 3 stars because of the spa. When we arrived the staff was not super friendly. The room is small and the bed was really a 3 star mattress as it literally flips up if you fall on it too hard. Combine relaxation with City Sightseeing Great hotel with a great location. Near the ocean and only 25 min. away from Lübeck Altstadt. The perfect combination of a city holiday with relaxation. Dejlig hotel med venlig personale Dejligt hotel med virkelig venligt og serviceminded personale. Især i receptionen blev vi meget fint modtaget. Altid et smil og en hilsen. Rummet rent o i gott skick. Var väldigt litet, fick inte plats med typ resväskor eller hänga kläder någonstans. Hade även 2 mellanstora hundar med oss. Så det blev väldigt trångt. Betalade mycket för hundarna, men de hade bara satt fram en hundskål!

Great breakfast buffet, lots of assortments. Nice large rooms with comfortable beds. Rooms in an annex 300 m from main building. Parking was almost full, quite sandy and partly muddy.

Good hotel in nice surroundings Nice area by the golfcource. Large and good room. Breakfast very good. Nice terrace to have a glas of wine in the evening. Irritating having to order by your mobile or a screen. The bar didn't recommend any wine and asked us to look digitally. Maybe modern times. To sum it up, a nice place to stay.

We explicit asked for two connecting rooms which were confirmed at reservation and on the day in the reception. We booked Kieler Rooms as asked. We did not get it and after quite reluctant service at the elderly male receptionist we ended after long talks to get two next to each others which didn’t solve the ask. In general a nice hotel with a great breakfast.

I stayed a few days at Steigenberger Conti-Hansa and honestly didn’t want to leave. The rooms are bright, impeccably clean, and immediately comfortable. The breakfast was surprisingly good, with plenty of fresh options, and the staff were kind and quick to help with anything. The location is central, yet still peaceful, which was an extra plus. Overall, a really pleasant stay that exceeded my expectations

Nice hotel - cleaning of room could improve The stay was fine. The room comfortable. The staff was nice. Breakfast was great. The only thing that put me off was the lack of cleaning of the floor in the room. In the room there was no carpet. And this is normally nice as this is easy to keep clean. However the floor was SO dirty, I don’t think it had been washed for 6 months.

The restaurant was very kind and accomodating as we arrived after closure and they still arranged dinner for us. We appreciate this greatly!

Stayed at Vitalia Seehotel for 3 nights with work. Location is nothing less than fantastic. Right on the bed of the lake... It gives a fantastic experience. Rooms are very nice and comfortable and there are a lot of great facilities. Breakfast is rather good but dinner the dinner buffet could be improved some. All in all it is highly recommended!

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The standard rooms are fine and very clean. The lobby bar was cozy with a nice fireplace, quite areas with nice furniture and fair bar prices. The breakfast was excellent, and the half board dinner was delicious and fair priced. The wellness area was just perfect, small but with a good variety of saunas.

The staff is very friendly albeit sometimes a bit confused and not everyone speaks English. The facilities is however very nice with big rooms, cozy spa and a very nice lobby. We stayed over New Year’s Eve and was very happy during the stay. The spot gets one star less just because I half of the hotel has a view of the parking spot. Not the worse but it’s good to know when you are booking.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a family room, which had a separate room with a set of bunkbeds, plus a main room with a large bed and a fold out sofa bed. Lots of space and very clean. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and wandering along the walkway down the coast to Eckernforde. Everyone enjoyed the hotel's breakfast - lots of options with great coffee and outdoor seating.

Wonderful hotel - we loved our stay! We had half board and enjoyed delicious breakfast and dinner. Food quality was outstanding with meat / fish / vegetarian options available for dinner. Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. There is wellness area with swimming pool and sauna. Hotel is well connected by bus to train station and city center.

First lets start with the prepration, we arrives before 12 and had to wait till 15:00 till we get the room. Lots of others did check in before us actually. Our room was very small. Small bed on the entrance with a very deep stairs go to the attic bed which was double bed. But the space was very tiny. Imagine with kids going stairs up and down was not so easy. Bathroom was also tiny withour any ventilation...

Just 10 minutes walk from the train station to the hotel. Located directly behind the dam of the harbour. Just 5-10 minutes walk to the city centre with shops and restaurants. We got an upgrade. Uns hat wirklich sehr vieles gefallen, bis auf ein paar kleine Ausnahmen, war wirklich alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. We had a nice stay. The service was very friendly and helpful, and the Bing Bing Bap was delicious. Rooms were clean, and the hotel had a pleasant atmosphere. The spa and swimming pool were really good. The highlight for us was the kids’ playroom with someone there to look after the children—such a thoughtful touch!

This was our second visit, we had a voucher to redeem, and overall it was a pleasant stay. The wellness area was great, the food was not bad, and staff were friendly throughout. However, checkout felt a bit impersonal — the receptionist didn’t ask about our experience and went straight to the invoice. For the room price, we expected a more thoughtful farewell.
