Checking in was easy and the staff were very helpful and nice. Breakfast was good. The property itself seemed run down. Stairwells were a bit dirty and doors that said “always keep closed” were always open. Also the side entry door we used was never locked, so not sure if that’s a safety issue. The room is clean, there is free parking, and it is next to the highway. There are several buildings. You need to check in at the main building, and then check in at the buildings behind. It is quite friendly for self-driving tours!

The staff was very nice, but the property is under construction right now, so the elevator was not working and lots of tarped areas.

It was okay, but not more. The building is in not so good shape and have to be overhauled. But the employees try to cover it with their good service.

Food an buffet was good, service very good. But the dining room was very hot, the corridors are long and echo a lot. There are no sound proof doors that can be closed to limit noise. If some opens a door in the top corridor at the end, then you can here it echo and reverberate if you are on the bottom floor at the opposite end of the hotel. Wunderful short trip in the winterwunderland. We rented two of the holiday homes. They were very beautiful and clean with a lot of space for all our friends. We did some bowling in the sporthotel and it was no problem to rent a sledge for our baby. We can recommend this Hotel and the holiday homes to other guest's a lot.

Good hotel, however, I was asked to pay an additional €5.42 on the website, and when I arrived at the hotel, it was €5.76. Why the difference? And for me, breakfast: black coffee, bread, butter, and jam, €15.50, was a bit excessive.

We were 3 people on this trip and got ourselves a 3 bed-room. The bathroom was not cleaned for us and the previous visitors’ towels were laying on the floor and heater. We only had two usable towels. Staff was very kind and helpful. Bed and bath were nice and clean. Stayed only one night on a road trip. It's perfect for that purpose, close to the highway and you get free parking.

Few hotels grab my attention like Ibis in Nohra has. The water enough for a good shower. Something more expensive hotels in this area have a problem with. The internet is the BEST I've yet to see in any hotel in Germany. Strong enough to upload my travel videos and watch a video at the same time. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is better than any 4 star hotel I've started in. I can't say enough...

Not part of the Accor Hotel loyalty program. It is only Ibis business. It was clean and relatively cheap. No frills. Breakfast was adequate although nothing special. I'd stay again if I needed a place to sleep on my way somewhere.

This is a normal budget Hotel in the vicinity of Weimar. It comes with the normal amenities of ibis hotels that category and is well clean and good maintained. Downside is surely the rather remote location. Considering the price this seems a good value for money deal.

If you are travelling through and need a place to stay last minute, then I would highly recommend this place. You can get a room using a machine in the area between the front door and the reception area door.

Cheap, but doable. Worth the price. Just if you have crying kids or drunk guys in your Floor, then it sucks. You can here everything... WiFi works fine. Towels, sheets and soap stuff is all there. You can also check in in the middle of the night, that works smooth.

An okay hotel with a dated 90s vibe. Clean and decent overall, but the room was too hot with no AC. Breakfast was poor: herring and sponge cake are on offer, but if you want something modern or healthy you’ll have to look elsewhere. The photos felt misleading and four stars is definitely a stretch.

Check-in stops at 6pm, so if you arrive after, you'll have to go round the back to call a number. Bit weird but other than that great room. BEWARE! You CANNOT see the castle from the hotel. "Castle View" is just clipbait! Nevertheless, the old part of the town is not far away. Gotha is beautiful and definitely worth a visit.

Middle in the centrum, Parking lot is available. The rooms are really big, many of the even with cooking place, refrigator, water Boiler. All rooms are very clean, and the staff is very polite. Breakfast also great, I was here many times, and come evety time back when i go to Gotha

Great location. In the middle of woods, next to a monument and with clear view of the big Eisenach Castle. The location is right for people seeking peace and quiet. Not for the party-seekers ;)

Hotel is placed on top of the hill with great view. Restaurant has two sections (inside and outside), both with nice view on surrounding area.

Food, as well as hospitality just great

We made a wonderful autumn hike in the Ehrental near Schmalkalden. My students give 999 stars in preparation and hospitality. Warm, nice, child-friendly ... awesome all the staff. We would love to come back. The deer were an additional highlight.

Great place to stay. Rooms are big and cozy, with lot of facilities and services. The place itself has a unique style and the surrounding area is ideal for walks or a hiking.

One of the best places we have stayed in towns in Germany. This is located in city centre. We stayed here during December and Christmas market is in Front of the hotel. Great hotel, modern clean and perfect for a quick stay near the train station. Let down by appallingly bad wifi. All night it cycled every minute or so, not working, working. One star for the wifi, as a tourist you need it to work.

This was our first time staying at this hotel as a family of three. Our room was quite big and had a balcony. Unfortunately, we found the mattress and pillows uncomfortable. The hotel has a nice garden and a play corner for little kids, which our one-year-old daughter really liked. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. In a very quiet neighbourhood, the hotel is within 20 minutes walking distance from the cultural centre. It was exceptionally clean and the room quite big and comfortable, so was the bed. The breakfast was plentiful with a variety of choice, incl. homemade preserves. The staff was nice and helpful. We can really recommend this little hotel.

I do not know how many stars this hotel is, but I can say that the room was clean, and the staff was good. The lady can even speak English, which I find promising in Arnstadt, in East Germany. We were here for lunch. I had the dark beer roast with dumplings and red cabbage. I liked the dumplings, the dark beer roast was too similar to a regular roast pork for my taste, but it was okay. However, the gravy was quite salty, and the red cabbage didn't impress me. It was too sweet and, presumably due to the cloves, too intense in flavor. Oh, and the portion size was a bit small for the price...

5 stars are far too few. I would give 10 stars if this were possible. We were there today after a long journey around 3:15 p.m. We got back expecting lunch. This was freshly prepared and not just warmed up. Kudos to the chef - the roast was a poem. The service staff was very friendly, nice and had great expertise. I can only recommend it to everyone to make a detour there.

The hotel is ok. Our room was spacious but the floor quite dusty. If you need a place to sleep it is fine, but don't eat there. The food is awfull.
