Our room overlooked the pool, a peaceful, elegant scene that looked like something out of a dream. We thought it might be noisy being so close to the water, but it was the opposite: pure silence

The mattress was divine, the pillows soft and perfect, the scent of the sheets warm and clean. What truly sets Contessina apart is the care. Every second, every detail, every smile felt genuine

Before we could even think of needing something, it was already there. It wasn’t just a stay, it was a feeling, a celebration, a memory that wrapped us in peace

Then we found a handwritten letter in our room, congratulating us on our wedding and wishing us a beautiful life together

Last summer in August we stayed with our kids (5 and 8 years old) for a week. Everything is on top. A very glamorous hotel. A refined environment where relaxation is guaranteed.

From the moment we arrived at Contessina, we knew something extraordinary was waiting for us

With several dining options on-site, we were excited to try them all, but unfortunately, the reservation process made it difficult to experience each one during our stay

I have never have perfect holiday like this before i n my life . When I'm in this area feel like 1 stop shop Staff very friendly I'm in love with this paradise

The service was exceptionally warm, and the hotel included all-day dining, which was quite good. The room might have been a tad small, though. And Zakynthos is just beautiful!

A bit more flexibility or availability would have made the culinary experience as perfect as the rest of the resort

The service was really good, and the staff were genuinely nice, though the soundproofing wasn't the best.

**5 Stars – A Perfect Stay with Just One Tiny Snag** We recently spent 7 nights at Domus Aulus Resort and had an absolutely wonderful experience

We’ve stayed in Zante before, but Majestic really raised the bar. Everything from the spotless rooms to the endless food options was top-notch. The spa was amazing and worth every euro – I had the best massage of my life

All super rested now) I liked everything, the main thing is not to linger on the spot, and to try everything. To go sailing along the coast to visit all of either the mountains or on the car, a lot of beautiful places!

We were looking for a quiet place to relax but also with a little buzz – and Majestic nailed it. Our room had perfect sound insulation, so we could nap mid-day while the pool area was lively

Rooms were so clean with a great view in front of the pool! Staff were so friendly and polite at the same time! These subtle touches greatly enhanced the comfort of our stay

At sea to go through INSANE street prostitute the youth ( especially in the evening or early in the morning)

You can see traces of the little turtles which are just hatched and crawl to the sea

The only problem we noticed so far is that sometimes you might smell some grass smell from the kitchen - it seems it depends on wind and day time. So far it happened incidentally so I don't consider it as a big problem

lovey hotel on the beach, nice and quiet with a good pool bar. the rooms a good size and kept very clean. the food was great with a good choice every day

The sea is amazing, clear and shallow. The only downside to the hotel was the gym, we were keen to go but the equipment didn’t work well

We stayed in room 804 which had its own little garden /patio which was nice to relax in the evening, all the staff were very professional and helpful. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance

The hotel was lovely, staff were friendly and helpful. The room we had was spacious and spotless, everything worked well. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned everyday, fresh towels and everything tidied and freshened up

On the day we had an issue with the shower it was resolved within a couple of hours of reporting it without fuss. The pool area is great, pool is a good temperature and there was excellent access to the beach

Food at snack bar served till 8 pm and very well Presented very clean and towels and bedding changed regularly , will deffinately return again, plenty to do within walking distance , and excilent Beach very near

Having the best stay here, hotel is very clean rooms cleaned everyday food standard is high! Very rare on all inclusive the meat is cooked properly but everything has been!! Which is amazing!

I had a wonderful stay at Zante Park resort&spa ! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment I checked in. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic view

The hotel is great, the staff is really kind and add a personal touch, the rooms are clean, the service is good and the food is very nice! Every day its different, something for everyone

I would especially like to mention Dalma, Bianca, Francesca, Niko A, Yannis, Dimitra (main restaurant), Simone (the singer), Kleidi (bar), Juliana (beach bar), and Kalliroy (reception), whose exceptional attention and care made our stay truly memorable

Cleanliness: Impeccable! Common areas and rooms were spotless, and housekeeping was consistent and thorough. Noise level: Very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for a restful holiday without disturbances

My week at the resort was one of the most fantastic stays of my life. Not only were the scenery breathtaking and the food delicious, but what truly stood out was the staff

Zakynthos is a fantastic destination to explore, but it is just as perfect if you simply want to unwind, listening to live singing, surrounded by olive trees, and watching the ever-changing shades of blue in the sea

Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and elegantly designed with modern touches. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we loved waking up each morning to the view of the gardens and the sea

The resort is set in a beautifully peaceful part of Zakynthos, surrounded by lush greenery and overlooking the shimmering Ionian Sea

The room is simply great, the "worst" thing that was in the room was a slightly worn-out handle in the bathroom, but I'm more writing this as a kind of "joke"

Overall a lovely short break and introduction to the hotel brand and Zakynthos. The hotel was very quiet as towards end of season. Might be a bit of a struggle round the pool in peak season

Arrival: we had booked the shuttle transfer which worked for us, very quick journey. Reception staff wonderful and so pleasant

The waiters and waitresses were on the ball and it always felt clean. In fact, the same can be said of everywhere in the hotel. The bars were self-service for a lot of drinks, but we didn't mind that

The best place to stay. Would highly recommend the deluxe rooms. The pool was just amazing. The location great, as you have access to supermarkets and food restaurants in walking distance. Clean rooms and amazing stuff.

It was a cheap deal and we got what we paid for! Basic room but clean and comfortable bed. Very friendly staff in the hotel. Walking distance to beach and fabulous bars and restaurants

The hotel is nicely located in the Alykanas part of Zante the pool is beautiful sadly water is cold so we went wrong time of year to enjoy it in October however was nice sitting round it there were no pool towels provided I was annoyed that they charge €10 per night for city tax as they call themselves 4 star it's less for 3 star AC and room safe are chargeable too which was weird to me No English...

Mixed reviews on this hotel, pool area was amazing with great staff who are very attentive, we had a waiter everyday who was great, but unfortunately didn’t get his name, hotel was very basic for a 4 star hotel, we had multiple issues with our room, with shower drain leaking across the bathroom, no shelves for toiletries, the shower was tiny and had a wire coming out of the wall, toilet seat broken...

Food was very good freshly prepared and enough choice. The only gripe was we hired a car from the hotel. It was absolutely filthy bodily fluids all over and I mean seats roof etc. Very expensive for what we needed

Unsure if we would return to this hotel due to the hotel standards and the area being quieter but that could be due to the time of season we come out

In the evenings, the restaurant had lots of options to choose from. We never had any issues finding a table. Yes, it could be a bit busy, but we always found a table and there were 4 of us together

Hotel is well located in katanas away from the big night nuisances of the summer. The hotel got a big swimming pool but it was cold during our stay. The reception girls are friendly and nice

All the staff are friendly btw. I guarantee you will not regret it

The staff are very helpful and kind. I can not fault the hotel at all. The food was great my girls are very picky and they did not go hungry

You can get food from 8am till 9pm as there is a snack bar that runs from 10am-6pm and the restaurant is Breakfast 8-10 Lunch 12. 30 Dinner 7pm-9pm The entertainment on a night is ok

The cocktails list is good for an all inclusive

I had a wonderful holiday with my girlfriend at this hotel. We really liked the staff's service, and what we liked even more was waking up to direct sea views. I recommend renting a car to visit the island

Close by to the pool area is an undercover area with beanbags and sun beds, on one of the days we stayed we had the most amazing thunderstorm and were able to enjoy watching it in this comfortable area with company of the resident cats and a good book

Our room was much nicer than expected which was very close to the pool and was cleaned everyday with new bedding and fresh towels! We had a lovely balcony where we enjoyed most evenings enjoying a cocktail with a good book

Before coming here we were a bit worried because we saw so many disappointing reviews however these could not be further from the truth and I suspect written by people who have overzealous expectations

The pool area was great with plenty of sun beds and a good size pool, the pool could have been deeper but it seems it's more for relaxing than swimming

The staff here are absolutely wonderful especially Jo at reception at Ivana behind the bar (who makes the best Mango Daiquiri's)

it is a family resort with lots to do for kids but not so much for couples! We loved the private pool. drinks are not good but the food is ok for an all inclusive resort. Best point: it is 30 minutes walk to St

Nicholas and Banana Beach (amazing beaches)! it is close to lovely restaurants if you fancy something different. In general our room was very good

Food was lovely especially from the pool bar and the pina coladas are our new favourite go to cocktail. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you to all the staff with your attention to detail and helpfulness

This is such a great property! Staff are amazing and welcoming. It's very quiet and conveniently located next to the beach (we ate there once). Definitely a great location!

We did stay with a few more children, but as a staff member, they should have informed us of the solution in advance. They did not agree to let us book a room again instead of rolling their eyes and being irritated

When we checked out, the two staff members asked us to pay another 340 euros. First, we booked a late check-out. She agreed, and the female manager said that the fee was 100 euros to delay until 3 o'clock

She didn't give me the room card. She took us to the room like interrogating a prisoner and asked me why the children were running around and not assigned rooms like when they put their passports

As a parent-child hotel staff, they don't even understand the habits of children. Moreover, she did not help us push our luggage, but just took us to the room with a disdainful expression

The restaurant was virtually empty but the choice of food was amazing with staff very quick to clear and make up tables. The beach is very close though this time of year the sea is very cold

Amazing place with amazing food and staff.

This hotel is rated by Tui as 4*. Sadly it struggles to make 3* at best. The positives are the staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is extremely pleasant. There is something for everyone

The hotel closes for the season next week so for us there wasn’t ever a problem with sunbeds in fact most days we were the only people around the pool and the only noisy children were ours

The shower head does not stay in the socket and managed to hit me on the head twice and then the foot. Fed up with this I had a bath. On removing the plug the whole bathroom flooded with an awful sewage smell as well

On talking to reception I was told this always happens everywhere in Zante as the plumbing system is inadequate! Apparently if you bath you have to pull the plug out for 5 seconds then put it back again repeating the process until all the water has gone! How ridiculous and not one sign to advise this

Great hotel, plenty of food, clean and warm sea + swimming pool, you can rent a pedal boat here and go watch the turtles about 70m from the shore (careta careta), clean beach and every day they have something different to eat here

The beach was awful, plastics and rubbish all over as was the streets around the area, again this was the last week of their season

Short walk to the main strip with restaurants, it is nearing the end of season but a few lovely restaurants open when we fancied a change. Absolutely loved it would definately come back again

All towels changed daily and room cleaned daily, pool lovely, plenty of beds/seats around, drinks awful, location (in season) good. Free WiFi but over €100 tourist tax to pay upon arrival

Our check-in was a delight and the reception staff were really helpful. We booked a seaview bungalow and absolutely loved its location

The beach bar is not part of the all inclusive and I only discovered on my last day that they have a DJ there and it really gave me the feeling I was in Zanzibar Africa because of the amazing afrohouse they play

He is very good at his job and so genuine and friendly. Such a shame that we missed his Latin night on a Monday. The other highlight was the Greek night as I got to learn different styles of Greek dancing

The hotel is quite subdued and they choose to not have a partying-clientele so the music was not loud at all. Snorkelling was not too bad near the hotel - pretty rainbow wrasse and other small fish

The food is really good - we went all-inclusive - the only negative is the lack of fresh juices/smoothies with no added sugar. The highlight for us was Nikolos the aqua dance and Pilates teacher

The wonderful Nikko! An older waiter who greets you with a smile from the moment you enter, knows what wine or beer you want to order for lunch, and where your favorite table is

Its clean and cute. The room are clean. The pool is good the water very good in summer. In morning the food is good and tasy. On the terrace you can see the harbor. I recommend this hotel. ☺??

Everything is good in the hotel and the location is perfect. But the shower setting is quite low and shower area is small. During the showering, one hand is needed to hold the shower head.

It is right in the center of Zakynthos Town. I booked a sea view room and watched the sunrise directly from the balcony

The receptionists were helpful and enthusiastic when we asked for a taxi to the airport after checking out. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Room: junior Suite - Only down side is air con is on a timer for all rooms, you can pay to upgrade but in my personal opinion, air con should be included as standard, even with a "fair usage" policy off needed

2 pools, both clean, plenty of sun loungers, had the sun all over for most of the day, close to bar (shout out to Stathis, top barman!) Overall: would recommend

Chefs/waiting staff polite, always greet you, quick to clear plates. Cleaning staff always smiley, and did a fantastic job cleaning the rooms daily

Diana palace such a lovely hotel the staff always very helpful and friendly the rooms cleaned daily nothing is to much trouble. The meals is always spot on. Such a lovely family will be back soon xx

Stayed for 7 days, 2 adults (wife is pregnant). Room - Junior Suite All Inclusive Overall a very pleasant experience

WOW what an amazing hotel in a great location. Room was clean and comforable. The entire hotel was spotless and cleaned every day The staff were absolutely outstanding and couldn't do enough for you

Fridge in the room was always restocked but drinks were warm and even after playing with the settings couldn’t cool anything

Was very disappointed with our holiday definitely not 5 Star wasps everywhere which maybe couldn't be helped staff at beach bar extremely rude maybe some training in customer service would be helpful certainly would not return to this hotel!!!!

Chris then took us to our room 374. Room was classed as an inland view but was a pool and side seaview. We also overlooked the outdoor seating for the restaurant. Would I class it as 5 star no but definitely 4

She is very kind and beautiful, and I had a great time there — she brought a big smile to my face every time I had also a facial massage with Areti and she did it so gently and softly that you could almost fall asleep

Arrived on 31st August 2025 to this lovely place! Met at the entrance by Chris, who wheeled our suitcases in and we were asked to take a seat, given a cold drink then checked in by the lovely reception staff

It looked a bit tired and not enough draw space just 2 drawers inside the wardrobe. There is nowhere in the shower to put shower gel, soap, shampoo etc except a tiny little alcove which wouldn't even fit a sponge

We stayed for one week and it was really nice. The furniture is a bit old, it's true, but it was no problem at all

Our own hotel were very mean and we had to check out at the morning while the transfer left at night! So this hotel let us pay for only a lunch buffet and then we could spend the whole day by this pool, but things and eat the buffet

The service was great, the personalle was helpufull and nice, we had good and quality food, with options for every taste. The location, outstanding, right on the beach. It was also very clean, towels were changed daily

It definitely deserves at last 4

The hotel staff are so friendly. We had a very comfortable stay. There isn’t much choice of food for breakfast and evening meal. However there are plenty of restaurants near by and the locals are so welcoming
