Stayed here as a family for a week and whist I am happy we got our money's worth and it was decent value, there are a few details i believe the hotel could do which would have made our stay 5 Star. Not recommended. The hotel was full of elderly white people, and the facilities and activities were geared towards seniors. My friend and I felt completely out of place. The room was small, and the bed felt rough with small, hard bits, suggesting it hadn't been cleaned properly. The food was also mediocre. In short: don't go.

We were looking for a quiet place to relax but also with a little buzz – and Majestic nailed it. Our room had perfect sound insulation, so we could nap mid-day while the pool area was lively. Drinks flowed all day, food was fresh, and we didn’t need to leave the hotel for anything because we had an all inclusive hotel. That’s a win.

We’ve stayed in Zante before, but Majestic really raised the bar. Everything from the spotless rooms to the endless food options was top-notch. The spa was amazing and worth every euro – I had the best massage of my life. Also, how often do you see a tattoo studio inside a hotel? Wild.

Very clean swimming pool and lots of space around. We liked the area behind of swimming pools were it was more quiet for couples. As or the rooms they were pretty clean and quiet with soundproofed walls.

From the moment we arrived at Contessina, we knew something extraordinary was waiting for us. As soon as we stepped out of the car, someone gently took care of our luggage, welcomed us with a glass of wine, and handed us a plate of fresh fruit and dessert to celebrate our honeymoon. I like this hotel very much. I live in a room with its own swimming pool. Walking out of the backyard is a large balcony and swimming pool. I can lie down all day. My children love it very much. There are also many delicious local specialties for breakfast. Although there are fewer styles, you can book a nanny to help take care of the baby.

Good for families and elders. Service was great. No doubt they are holding up the pace for an all inclusive service. But it feels like the food quantity costs the food quantity.

Great Hotel but could improve. We stayed here a few years back so this may not be 100% accurate now but we loved it. Great location and great staff, did find it a bit annoying to pay for a hotel room safe when it's included in other places and the drink offers were a bit slim. This hotel is great the people are great lovely and cannot do enough to help you and make sure you have a nice holiday, I would love to go back, but unfortunately I have mobility issues, and the mattress are for me impossible for me to sleep on, and I am in pain because they are so uncomfortable. Having read some of the poor reviews I was a little worried about coming here, but I needn't have been. The location could not be better; the place is spotlessly cleaned and the food is just fantastic. I think some of the previous reviewers who have slated this place just haven't travelled very much (or were expecting a UK-standard four star). Our check-in was a delight and the reception staff were really helpful. We booked a seaview bungalow and absolutely loved its location. The food is really good - we went all-inclusive - the only negative is the lack of fresh juices/smoothies with no added sugar. The highlight for us was Nikolos the aqua dance and Pilates teacher. I recently had a chance to visit this hotel and I definitely can't say a bad word about it. Location is amazing, near the see, so there's a lot of beautiful places you can visit.
