The location is definitely good, and the front desk is quite polite. But the facilities are a bit old. The air conditioner is facing the TV, and it won't turn on if you don't close the door. You still have to use your own shower gel and shampoo, but I didn't use them despite looking at the facilities.

We stayed for three nights. There are small shops and restaurants around the hotel. However, the hotel facilities were always out of order. The power circuit breaker in the room tripped on the first day and the water supply was cut off for the next two days.

We had one of the top rooms. Couldn't fault it. Food was nice and plenty of choice. We ate far too much because we wanted to try everything. They had nice tea but tiny cups. Bring a mug. I like this hotel very much. I live in a room with its own swimming pool. Walking out of the backyard is a large balcony and swimming pool. I can lie down all day. My children love it very much. There are also many delicious local specialties for breakfast. Although there are fewer styles, you can book a nanny to help take care of the baby.

Lovely hotel in brilliant location with super friendly staff. Rooftop bar and pool excellent - shout out to Takis, good bloke. Excellent and wide ranging breakfast choices. Cleaning staff and reception also great. My room faced inward so balcony rather irrelevant. The extract fans for five or six air con units pumped into the space so inadvisable to have the window open. Otherwise a great stay.

We have visited many Greek islands but Zakynthos is one of the best! Diana Hotel is a great hotel with even greater people! Mornings were something we looked forward to! The breakfast had great variety and everything tasted fresh. The staff were always smiling and helped us with anything we needed. Felt really at home.

Returned in September 25 after being here in June 25 and fell in love with the place! However was hoping to return in June 2026 for three weeks but the hotel is going all inclusive and that’s is so not for us! 4th time and maybe the last time to the Gerakas Belvedere because although we had another great time they are going all-inclusive next year and that's just not for us. I just hope the lovely tavernas outside of the hotel are not affected by this (mad)decision.

We have just spent a week at this hotel on a half board basis and have come away feeling like we had an OK holiday but one that could have been so much better without doing too much. The buffet dinners are ok but so similar night in night out that you get fed up of the same thing. Excellent place to stay for a quiet trip away. Lovely local restaurants which were really good by any standard and easily walkable. The communal parts of the hotel were great. Only issue is the room. I think some rooms have been upgraded but we must have been in an older one. Whilst clean and well serviced the mattress was horrendous. Like sleeping on concrete.

I loved this hotel. The setting is beautiful (we booked a junior suite with sea view), the room very comfortable, the staff were welcoming and helpful and the breakfasts and evening meals were great. It is in a quiet location so not for people looking for nightlife but if you want a relaxing holiday near a beautiful beach, it's perfect.

Stayed here in June for a girls holiday and we couldn’t fault it. The rooms were clean and the pool area was very nice, the staff were also lovely. Obviously it’s cheap so it’s not going to be perfect but it was great for us. Staff was somewhat friendly, but the young people staying in the hotel made a lot of noise. We were blessed with having our room right near the place where the cleaning staff hold their things and almost every morning starting 7am we heard the squeaky noises from their carts. We had the chance to spend a couple of night in that hotel. Our room was clean and tidy, the staff friendly and the food delicious! The manager, Nikos, help us several times with how to reach the sightseeing and where to try the best local food. Would definitely recommend to stay there!
