Hotels All-inclusive in Zakynthos

Caretta Paradise was a fantastic choice for our holiday. The hotel is very clean, well maintained, the food and drink was great with plenty of choice

Stayed here as a family for a week and whist I am happy we got our money's worth and it was decent value, there are a few details i believe the hotel could do which would have made our stay 5 Star

Firstly cannot fault Jet2, from booking the holiday originally, we were kept up-to-date including check ins, and when it came to the airport there was staff on both sides that kept us informed and were very friendly, ensuring we were on the right path to the transfers and having local information for them

Restaurant staff always cleaning and tidying away (although sometimes a little too quickly after you’ve eaten)

I also got a text with emergency details and there was a rep on site several days to help anyone. The rooms were great, highly recommend block U if can btw, very clean and well maintained

Dinners were great in the main restaurants, usual stuff again but plenty of choice and staff were very friendly and place was clean

With several dining options on-site, we were excited to try them all, but unfortunately, the reservation process made it difficult to experience each one during our stay

I have never have perfect holiday like this before i n my life . When I'm in this area feel like 1 stop shop Staff very friendly I'm in love with this paradise

The service was exceptionally warm, and the hotel included all-day dining, which was quite good. The room might have been a tad small, though. And Zakynthos is just beautiful!

A bit more flexibility or availability would have made the culinary experience as perfect as the rest of the resort

The service was really good, and the staff were genuinely nice, though the soundproofing wasn't the best.

The accommodation, the beach and the food were fine, but that's it. The hotel didn't seem prepared for rainy weather. Since our room was outside the main building, we got wet every time we went to the restaurants

We’ve stayed in Zante before, but Majestic really raised the bar. Everything from the spotless rooms to the endless food options was top-notch. The spa was amazing and worth every euro – I had the best massage of my life

All super rested now) I liked everything, the main thing is not to linger on the spot, and to try everything. To go sailing along the coast to visit all of either the mountains or on the car, a lot of beautiful places!

We were looking for a quiet place to relax but also with a little buzz – and Majestic nailed it. Our room had perfect sound insulation, so we could nap mid-day while the pool area was lively

Drinks flowed all day, food was fresh, and we didn’t need to leave the hotel for anything because we had an all inclusive hotel

Very clean swimming pool and lots of space around. We liked the area behind of swimming pools were it was more quiet for couples. As or the rooms they were pretty clean and quiet with soundproofed walls.

Rooms were so clean with a great view in front of the pool! Staff were so friendly and polite at the same time! These subtle touches greatly enhanced the comfort of our stay

I would especially like to mention Dalma, Bianca, Francesca, Niko A, Yannis, Dimitra (main restaurant), Simone (the singer), Kleidi (bar), Juliana (beach bar), and Kalliroy (reception), whose exceptional attention and care made our stay truly memorable

Cleanliness: Impeccable! Common areas and rooms were spotless, and housekeeping was consistent and thorough. Noise level: Very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for a restful holiday without disturbances

My week at the resort was one of the most fantastic stays of my life. Not only were the scenery breathtaking and the food delicious, but what truly stood out was the staff

It didn’t feel like a typical hotel holiday at all, it felt more like spending time with friends. Everyone was incredibly professional, yet the warmth of their welcome was simply unparalleled

Zakynthos is a fantastic destination to explore, but it is just as perfect if you simply want to unwind, listening to live singing, surrounded by olive trees, and watching the ever-changing shades of blue in the sea

The Greek restaurant at sunset is a magical experience. We also had professional photos taken at the hotel, which we will cherish as a lovely souvenir of the trip. I couldn’t recommend it enough

Also why are drinks charged after 11pm if it’s an All inclusive? Generally I had a good time and I would like to personally mention the lady on the reception desk Sira (apologies if the spelling is incorrect) she was so attentive and patient and I think a real credit to your hotel

Loved this hotel - good location to Laganas ***** by beach or road walk Immaculately maintained in all areas around pool etc Food- a great choice for everyone - plentiful and restaurant staff always quick to clear plates away and refill dishes Always delicious salads - desserts and main courses available AL A CARTE a must - as delicious and at 20 euros with wine a steal Reception staff brilliant...

The waiters and waitresses were on the ball and it always felt clean. In fact, the same can be said of everywhere in the hotel. The bars were self-service for a lot of drinks, but we didn't mind that

Had so much time for us and lots of information. The food was really good! That was our biggest worry, but we enjoyed every meal. Not everything was oven hot, but that's to be expected at a buffet

We're not big drinkers, but what we had we enjoyed. A slight shame to only have pool bar open in evenings and to have drinks out of plastic cups, but not the end of the world

Arrival: we had booked the shuttle transfer which worked for us, very quick journey. Reception staff wonderful and so pleasant

You can get food from 8am till 9pm as there is a snack bar that runs from 10am-6pm and the restaurant is Breakfast 8-10 Lunch 12. 30 Dinner 7pm-9pm The entertainment on a night is ok

The cocktails list is good for an all inclusive

Hotel is well located in katanas away from the big night nuisances of the summer. The hotel got a big swimming pool but it was cold during our stay. The reception girls are friendly and nice

The staff are very helpful and kind. I can not fault the hotel at all. The food was great my girls are very picky and they did not go hungry

All the staff are friendly btw. I guarantee you will not regret it

The all-inclusive food options are quite good, with a variety of local beers and spirits included, making it enjoyable for guests looking to indulge

Then you get the biggest WOW when you open your curtains to a spectacular view. I am a very fussy eater and never went hungry. Tony who works on bar makes amazing drinks tailored to what you ask also hilariously funny

I had a wonderful holiday with my girlfriend at this hotel. We really liked the staff's service, and what we liked even more was waking up to direct sea views. I recommend renting a car to visit the island

Food… breakfast was just OK. Food often cold especially omelettes and pancakes. Lunch and evening meals were really good though! Each dish had lots of flavour so I could not complain. We visited the al la carte twice

The hotel offers everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We will be back in the future, thank you very much

We were told because of our package we would get a meal at the A la carte restaurant which has an outside and inside area. Unfortunately we were not told that if the weather was bad it would be cancelled

Like others who have said that I have met, we definitely would not class the room as a suite, just a standard hotel room with a few extras eg coffee machine and robes thrown in. Bed was comfy, fridge for your drinks

it is a family resort with lots to do for kids but not so much for couples! We loved the private pool. drinks are not good but the food is ok for an all inclusive resort. Best point: it is 30 minutes walk to St

clean, spacious and in a perfect location ( close to the poolbar and main road) Not so great: They do not change your towels daily (you have to asked them for more clean ones) Drinks are very bad quality! Customer service was very good!

Nicholas and Banana Beach (amazing beaches)! it is close to lovely restaurants if you fancy something different. In general our room was very good

It beat the buffets from most cruises we have been on !! If there was a down side, all inclusive local spirits are fine, but the mixers used are not the best. You have to pay for branded mixers

It was a relaxed calm vibe, always managed to have a sunbed. All inclusive drinks in family resorts in my experience arnt the best but thats the same where ever we have gone before

Second time at the Galaxy the weather was not so good this year but we had a nice time, the Hotel is spotlessly clean and well managed, it is sited on a fantastic position right on the beach, the food is varied and of good quality, the lady who runs the restaurant is friendly and helpful and very efficient at running the restaurant area, I found all the staff to be polite, helpful and friendly

The gardens and grounds were kept nice and the restaurant/crockery/cutlery was clean, the food was just ok could have done with more choice but we were there literally the last week they were open

All towels changed daily and room cleaned daily, pool lovely, plenty of beds/seats around, drinks awful, location (in season) good. Free WiFi but over €100 tourist tax to pay upon arrival

The rest of the meals are practically different every day with a really wide choice, although probably due to children and picky eaters, a standard set is available every day: pizza, two or three types of spaghetti, and fries

The food is the best we've ever had in an all-inclusive option, delicious, freshly prepared, with plenty of fish, seafood, themed evenings (Greek, Italian, Mexican, and Asian cuisine), and the best desserts in the world

The food is really good - we went all-inclusive - the only negative is the lack of fresh juices/smoothies with no added sugar. The highlight for us was Nikolos the aqua dance and Pilates teacher

The beach bar is not part of the all inclusive and I only discovered on my last day that they have a DJ there and it really gave me the feeling I was in Zanzibar Africa because of the amazing afrohouse they play

Luxuriously decorated, yet tastefully and maintaining a Mediterranean character. The rooms are comfortable and cleaned thoroughly every day, with all towels changed daily. There is absolutely nothing lacking in the hotel

He is very good at his job and so genuine and friendly. Such a shame that we missed his Latin night on a Monday. The other highlight was the Greek night as I got to learn different styles of Greek dancing

Having the best stay here, hotel is very clean rooms cleaned everyday food standard is high! Very rare on all inclusive the meat is cooked properly but everything has been!! Which is amazing!

Me and my partner enjoyed our stay at this hotel the pool area is lovely we stayed over the annexe over the road beds were comfortable rooms were cleaned daily, shower was not very good kept soaking the floor, staff were always polite, food for an all inclusive is very basic not much choice the ice cream was the highlight

Two lamps weren’t working when we arrived, but maintenance fixed them right away after we mentioned it. In the evening there’s live Greek music, a lovely bar, and a nice area with plenty of sunbeds around the pools

The hotel is great, the staff is really kind and add a personal touch, the rooms are clean, the service is good and the food is very nice! Every day its different, something for everyone

I had a wonderful stay at Zante Park resort&spa ! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment I checked in. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic view

The food is excellent! There’s a huge variety, especially at lunch and dinner — meat, fish, seafood, side dishes, vegetables, fruits — everything is super tasty and fresh

Pool snacks & drinks are available around the pool. The restaurant food was lukewarm, found the food over cooked, food samey, last time we went to the hotel they did a Greek night & had Greek dancers

The bad side rain storms caused flooding in the restaurant, the floor was full of runing water, which I found dangerous, i heard that the resturant so bad in the afternoon it was closed, the evening wasn't any better, the flooding was very bad, which unfortunately couldn't be helped, staff trying stop it flooding in but unable

Drinks are not very good, drank mostly local drinkable larger, as the local spirits were very week

Pool snacks are available outside, but because weather was so bad no snacks were offered in the main part of the hotel only a drinks bar, the rain was too bad to go out, they had other kitchen facilities at the back of the pool bar were they could of offered food

Food was British- not Greek. Could not get a cold drink after 11am. Staff was very nice. Air conditioning in restaurant could not keep up. Room ok. Definitely Not 4 star as adverstisied solid 3 though.

Stayed September, third time staying at the hotel, the rooms have been refurbished, room is clean, the beds are comfy & the cleaners are friendly, if you needed anything for the room they were helpful

Diana palace such a lovely hotel the staff always very helpful and friendly the rooms cleaned daily nothing is to much trouble. The meals is always spot on. Such a lovely family will be back soon xx

Shout out to the Entertainment Superstar Elena, who brought fun and energy every day, engaged amazingly with all guests, and cannot be faulted. Food was great quality, varied, plentiful and fresh

I travel a lot and I can honestly say the Diana Palace has it all for a very enjoyable stay. The room type I stayed in was lovely. The food was delicious with so much variety

2 pools, both clean, plenty of sun loungers, had the sun all over for most of the day, close to bar (shout out to Stathis, top barman!) Overall: would recommend

There was a great selection of food and drink and the restaurant was immaculate, with a good Aircon system! All in all a fab week and all 3 of us are looking forward to going back sometime in the future

We've had the garden view room, which is basically a balcony to an alley with some grass 🤭 The cleaning ladies did a great job 💯! We've only had breakfast there, so I don't know about other meals of the day, but I was disappointed

Our own hotel were very mean and we had to check out at the morning while the transfer left at night! So this hotel let us pay for only a lunch buffet and then we could spend the whole day by this pool, but things and eat the buffet

The service was great, the personalle was helpufull and nice, we had good and quality food, with options for every taste. The location, outstanding, right on the beach. It was also very clean, towels were changed daily

We stayed for one week and it was really nice. The furniture is a bit old, it's true, but it was no problem at all

The location is perfect if you're seeking a decent sand beach free from the omnipresent paid or hotel reserved sunbeds, town proximity, yet avoiding the loudest sources of music and shows, this is a great compromise

The hotel staff are so friendly. We had a very comfortable stay. There isn’t much choice of food for breakfast and evening meal. However there are plenty of restaurants near by and the locals are so welcoming

It's a clean hotel, but not a 4 star hotel. They clean the rooms every day, the yard îs clean, situated at the beach (but You Have to pay for sunbeds and umbrella, even If You have payed for allinclusive)

could do with coffee/tea making facilities in the room ,Food very much catered for German people and not a lot for children ,a lot of people pushing in queues and taking food out of restaurant,beach front location which is really good

We are here with my sister it is nice the staff friendly the rooms are clean and the food is good (B&B) the location is excellent near to kalamaki to aigos sostis and the main laganas road the price was not so expensive we spend 8 days here and i offer to everybody

The food îs good but simple, almost the same every day. There are not spectacles or music the evenings. A hotel for old peoples, very quiet

Hotel in great location onto the sea front

Breakfast was varied and plentiful, with an excellent choice of hot and cold dishes. We chose to take breakfast in the sister hotel across the road, although a smaller restaurant is also available here

The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and only minutes from the many restaurants, bars and shops on the main Tsilivi strip. We would definitely stay here again!

Typical Greek, very clean and friendly, room ok, great shower, lighting in room poor, difficult to shave or put make up on, location perfect, near the beach 2 mins away and a few steps to bars and restaurants all of which are lovely

The staff were polite and welcoming, and the hotel was kept immaculately clean throughout our stay

Negatives although picky…nowhere to sit for a comfy drink, all a bit cramped, ran out of spirits we liked and did not replenish for the most of our stay, nothing and I mean nothing to do on a rainy day if you have one, ended up in our room which wasn’t pleasant all day…not the hotels fault about the weather but they don’t have anywhere for you to chill, no comfy lounge (sofas in the entrance only)

Staff were really nice, oh and breakfast was ok, wasps kept you on your toes but that’s not the fault of the hotel…it was probably the honey Would I stay again…. yes, overall a good experience

I can’t thank Spiros, Maria, Ireni, Elani, Forini for their care they gave to me during an extremely stressful time. So kind and it goes beyond words. We loved the food, always plenty of it and good variation

Hotel as clean, the beds were so comfortable. We had a swim up pool room first week and then a first floor bedroom at the back of the hotel where you get the sun in the afternoon and quieter in the evening

Really nice atmosphere, friendly, personal attention at all times. The beach is only a 10 minute walk and Cameo Island another 5 mins on. Nice part of Zante in the countryside amongst the olive groves

Food was lovely (could have been a bit hotter at times) and had a good selection. I am fussy and a very basic eater and there was always something i could eat. The shower in our room was an issue

Just back from a week staying at the wonderful Castelli Hotel. Myself and my wife both loved it. Room was very clean and modern. Staff could not do enough for you and nothing was ever a hassle

Excellent hotel where you feel right at home. The rooms are good and clean, the food is excellent, and you can tell it is run by a family that puts a lot of effort into this hotel

I that the only alcoholic drinks available before 4. m was beer or wine , you couldn't even get a cocktail

The place itself is nice with a couple of pools and private pool for upgraded people. It is well situated but half a mile from the sea. Entertainment is samey with a fair bit of keyboard stuff

We had a slight drainage problem on our bathroom and once reported to Reception (Helen is lovely!) The issue was sorted

Good pool bar with free table tennis and pool table. I would recommend this place to families and older couples

Went to this lovely hotel from 9th to 23rd September. Staff were nice, polite and incredibly helpful

Breakfast Going into breakfast always 2 staff on the door I assume to greet you but I never got a good morning once, after about the 3rd day I gave up trying. Wasps/hornets all over the jams marmalade honey and cakes

Dead wasps in the honey are removed by staff with a spoon and honey is left there. The cereal was very poor and the bread was dry and stale. The hot food selection was passable the egg selection was the best of all

Fruit juices came out of a machine which tasted more like cordial and was not very drinkable. The tables outside were never set for breakfast if you wanted to eat outside you had to set your own table

We had 2 suitcases plus hand luggage he did not offer to help at all. The room was large and spacious with good A/C. The room maids were friendly and worked really hard, the hotel was immaculate

Showed us to our block where our apt was on the 3rd floor. There are no lifts and he handed over the keys and said You're on the 3rd floor and walked away

The pool area was good always sunbeds available and you can use the Dream Hotel next door which we did frequently

The food is pretty diverse and the cocktails from the all inclusive are also good! We will definitely come back earlier this season and enjoy the pretty view+sun!

I recently stayed at this hotel, which boasts a lovely modern renovation and a pleasant atmosphere. However, I found that the all-inclusive food options were somewhat limited, with little variety and no new offerings

Additionally, the snack bar required payment, which was unexpected for an all-inclusive experience

With a luxurious aura of service and hospitality created by its exquisite staff, such as the bartender ANTONIS, who went above and beyond to ensure the best experience for us and enchanted us with his amazing cocktails! Simply congratulations!

I recently stayed at the Gardeli Resort Hotel. I want to share my impressions of the hotel and the staff. The staff is very friendly, they always greet you, offer to bring you something, they are really very sincere
