Hotels with beach in Zakynthos

Rooms and a good size, clean and comfortable, staff are very friendly and helpful and most speak a number of languages, pool is great and right by the beach

lovey hotel on the beach, nice and quiet with a good pool bar. the rooms a good size and kept very clean. the food was great with a good choice every day

The hotel was lovely, staff were friendly and helpful. The room we had was spacious and spotless, everything worked well. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned everyday, fresh towels and everything tidied and freshened up

At check-in, we were also required to pay a tourist tax of €15 per night, which I found excessive for a so-called 5-star hotel. Additionally, a sunbed on the beach cost €20

On the day we had an issue with the shower it was resolved within a couple of hours of reporting it without fuss. The pool area is great, pool is a good temperature and there was excellent access to the beach

We stayed in room 804 which had its own little garden /patio which was nice to relax in the evening, all the staff were very professional and helpful. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance

I don't understand why there is a few negative reviews. Having just returned after 10 days at the Galaxy beach hotel, I can only say it's a really lovely Hotel

Great location on the beach Hotel nice and clean staff very friendly & the cats. The hotel was very quiet as it was the end of season so very relaxing

The beach was awful, plastics and rubbish all over as was the streets around the area, again this was the last week of their season

Sea views from the pool and bar. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Location couldn't be better, on the beach

I went to the hotel at the end of September, it’s the 7th time I have been to this hotel, it has changed since my first visit but I can imagine after Covid everyone had to rethink things, it is now a resort but was better as a hotel, the food was better and it was mostly adults, the rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day and the staff are always polite, the food is good and a lot of variety but could...

It beat the buffets from most cruises we have been on !! If there was a down side, all inclusive local spirits are fine, but the mixers used are not the best. You have to pay for branded mixers

could do with coffee/tea making facilities in the room ,Food very much catered for German people and not a lot for children ,a lot of people pushing in queues and taking food out of restaurant, beach front location which is really good

It's a clean hotel, but not a 4 star hotel. They clean the rooms every day, the yard îs clean, situated at the beach (but You Have to pay for sunbeds and umbrella, even If You have payed for allinclusive)

It's a great location to beach though and that shouldn't be knocked. I guess it just needs some tlc

We are here with my sister it is nice the staff friendly the rooms are clean and the food is good (B&B) the location is excellent near to kalamaki to aigos sostis and the main laganas road the price was not so expensive we spend 8 days here and i offer to everybody

The hotel staff are so friendly. We had a very comfortable stay. There isn’t much choice of food for breakfast and evening meal. However there are plenty of restaurants near by and the locals are so welcoming

The food îs good but simple, almost the same every day. There are not spectacles or music the evenings. A hotel for old peoples, very quiet

The gentleman who runs the garden bar and breakfast is very funny and very helpful and the lady who works there aswell. Stunning beach right outside of the hotel

Just home yesterday after a great 8 nights stay at Zakantha beach

First time here and all the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room had a stunning view and always cleaned everyday, beds are very comfy but no kettle in room. Breakfast food is lovey and delicious

Basic rooms but personally you don’t spend much time in your room, the bathroom could do with a revamp. From the balcony we could see the sea and the mountains and it was a sun trap in the mornings

Overall a fantastic stay, great location, slightly out of the main restaurant/bar area of Argassi but only a few minutes walk. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with friendly staff

Is it a 4 star? No, I haven’t been to Greece before so can’t compare but in my opinion it’s a 3 but when you understand the Greek government, you know why it’s still a 4

It's a very basic hotel, built a long time ago but it's clean, spacious and well maintained. The location, sea views and access to the beach below your balcony is crazy good

First of all this hotel is located right at the beach and shares the swimming pool with hotel paradise next to it. View from balcony is great when you have sea view

+ hotel is located right next to the sea, has private beach with free sun beds + good views from the balcony + suite was okay, but reconstruction needed + nice hotel workers - breakfasts was awful, everyday! It should be illegal to feed people this way - suits located above the road could be very noisy - 10 euro/day for air conditioning is wild!

For Cooling Room you news to pay additional money, wifi signal was horrible. Nice attractive place, nice beach

I've stayed in several hotels in Argassi. It had the most comfortable beds! We had wonderful stay! So great, that I organised my camp there. Everyone was over the moon and back. I think it is great value for your money

Ignore all the bad reviews, at this price, you can't get better. Just keep in mind there is no WiFi in the rooms, but a 15 euro Cosmote sim card with unlimited data for 1 month sorts that problem out quickly

** Poseidon Beach Hotel Offers Comfort and Convenience, Yet Lacks in Security** Overall, Poseidon Beach Hotel offers a decent accommodation experience, with its prime location being one of its standout features

Nestled close to the beach, as well as numerous restaurants and shops, it provides easy access to the vibrant atmosphere of Laganas

You can get food from 8am till 9pm as there is a snack bar that runs from 10am-6pm and the restaurant is Breakfast 8-10 Lunch 12. 30 Dinner 7pm-9pm The entertainment on a night is ok

The staff are very helpful and kind. I can not fault the hotel at all. The food was great my girls are very picky and they did not go hungry

The cocktails list is good for an all inclusive

The all-inclusive food options are quite good, with a variety of local beers and spirits included, making it enjoyable for guests looking to indulge

Also greek yoghurt, fruit and pastries as well. A great pool and no fighting for sunbeds

Our accommodation was check out at 10 with NO changing facilities at all - shower room etc which I will highlight on another post so when you have a 7pm pick up that night, it’s far too long to go without the use of facilities

My Wife and I stayed at this lovely hotel for 10 nights. Beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. Fantastic staff made everything perfect. Only the weather let us down, having thunderstorms for a few days

There are a couple of tavernas a minutes walk away and a couple more on the beach which is only around 200m away. The breakfast was great too, with eggs, bacon, beans and sausages

The bar served a nice range of food all day and the cocktails were fab. A mini market and a couple of Tavernas opposite the hotel and more a short walk away. Lovely beach (St Nicholas) 200m from hotel and others nearby

Vasilikos has no "*****" therefore no English/Irish pubs, karaoke, tribute bands, tattoo parlours etc which was why I chose it, but there is all that in Argassi , about 7 miles away. It is not far from Zakinthos town too

The hotel has a restaurant where you can order in the morning what you want to eat and they will have it ready by lunch time. To be honest, I prefer this better than buffet since you know that you are eating fresh food

Nefeli Hotel is located at Argassi. We visited there with my family and stayed for 5 nights. The hotel was clean and the staff willing to help with whatever we asked them for. The rooms were nice and of great value

The vacation in this hotel was amazing experience. The view from balcony was very pretty, the people were kind and helpful, the food was delicious and everything was perfect. I really recomend this hotel

Furthermore, the location was amazing. A special shout out to Mister Alex, the owner and his wife for taking care of us! We are coming back next year!

a lovely hotel in front of the sea. our room had a panoramic view which was unique. nice breakfast and helpful staff

Clean rooms, great views, close to the sea and very friendly service - no problems at all.

Just love this place - used sunbeds everyday and Katrina is wonderful - so friendly

We didn’t stay at the hotel so this review is for food only. On a trip out for the day we stopped here for brunch. We both ordered the cheese and ham omelette with a side of chips. The omelette was delicious and huge

In hindsight, we should have ordered one and shared it. Us and another couple had a problem with wasps (not the restaurants fault) so they did everything they could and helped us to move tables

They don’t offer a breakfast buffet or anything so you have to order breakfast each day individually but the price is fair for the quality and the amount of food you get, it’s all under 10€

Thankfully we managed to finish our meals before the wasps came at us again. Total cost for two omelettes, a side of chips and 2 coffees came to €26 / £23

Just spent 10 days at Hotel Valais a truly beautiful hotel on the beach. Exceptionally clean staff couldn’t do enough for you. Julie and Wayne who run the restaurant and bar were so welcoming they made our stay

The hotel is really nice! Close to the beach the pool is also realaxing. The staff are really friendly ( Samuel, Tania, Adonis, Pana and Xristos)

With a luxurious aura of service and hospitality created by its exquisite staff, such as the bartender ANTONIS, who went above and beyond to ensure the best experience for us and enchanted us with his amazing cocktails! Simply congratulations!

I recently stayed at the Gardeli Resort Hotel. I want to share my impressions of the hotel and the staff. The staff is very friendly, they always greet you, offer to bring you something, they are really very sincere

I want to mention some of the staff who worked on my shift and whom I remembered, P. : "this does not mean that the others are bad" - these are Adonis, Samuel, Ebbie and Panagiotis,

The food is pretty diverse and the cocktails from the all inclusive are also good! We will definitely come back earlier this season and enjoy the pretty view+sun!

The hotel as a whole is very nice, the renovation is modern, the kitchen is at a very good level

Nice hotel, clean rooms, cleaned every day, new towels, fresh bedding , helpful staff both bar and reception only downside no english breakfast and bar shuts at 7pm but plenty bars near here and food places

The hotel is situated in the centre of the town and has steps down to the sea so very central. Having read previous reviews I was not expecting much. The beds were comfy with toppers on

A food shop next door open late for everything and great for bottled water and groceries on arrival, stays open very late. Restaurants open late too which is great when we didn’t arrive until late

20 metres away steps lead to the sea. Not crystal clear but very warm. Snack bar great with a small selection of ice creams drinks and cocktails, serving lunch and breakfast

We found out the same people were getting up at 630 and earlier to put their towels on the sunbeds leaving them there all morning which we found was unfair and selfish

We paid for the air con, the rooms were basic but very clean and had everything we needed. Small kitchenette with kettle, 2 ring hob, sink and fridge with freezer

The view from the bungalow was fabulous and we even saw the sunrise. The beds were really comfy, clean towels and room cleaned every day

We never had a problem getting a sun bed, but noticed quite a few people from other hotels were using them, there is a notice saying 10 euros for the beds but after speaking to a few people they openly said they were never asked to pay

Was greeted by a lovely lady called Katia, who was very helpful and couldn’t do enough for me to make my stay enjoyable. The room was modern and kept very clean, and only about 10 meters from the sea front

The breakfast is lovely and if you can’t find something you like then you must be really picky. The staff are lovely and friendly. The shower is brilliant and always had loads of hot water

This is the second time I have stayed, this time with 2 friends. We had a sea view bungalow which was lovely. However there were a couple of niggly bits but they didn’t spoil our holiday

The safe was really small, but we were told at check in that we could leave our valuables in the office safe. We weren’t that bothered as we could lock away our passports and money

me and my family came a couple days ago. all the staff very friendly and talkative. very clean and the food is always fresh and delicious. not anything bad to say about this place

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome by this lovely Family Run Hotel. All the Staff were extremely polite, and couldn't do enough for you

YES, the rooms are a bit basic, but spotlessly Clean, and the Towels and Bedding are changed Daily. As mentioned in other reviews it's about a 15 min walk to the Town (Cab back 8 Euro's)

The view from the Balcony was amazing, the Air-Con was ok (which only works when the Balcony Doors are shut) which makes sense

All I can say about the Negative Reviews on here is "Did You Stay At The Same Hotel" Because I couldn't find anything remotely like what people have commented on

The beach is stones so take beach shoes if you want to go down there. This is just outside the main town and you need to walk on the road for about 300m when you walk in so be aware of that

Fully recommend, staff was extremely nice, they took their time to make us feel welcome, explained the different tourist attractions and even woke up at 5 am on our last day to make sure our taxi came to take us to the airport! Place is very clean, the chambermaid comes every day, the towels are changed every second day and so are the sheets! you have direct access to the water and you can order food...

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is a beautiful and peaceful place right by the sea. The family who runs the hotel is very kind, warm, and welcoming. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived

Very Relaxing, quiet , right in front of the beach. It’s a family run hotel.Cant asked for more.10 minutes walk to the hustle and bustle.

Superb views , and the sea is literally on your doorstep. Rooms are a great size and have a kitchenette area with a sandwich toaster / kettle / small elec hob etc so you can make your own snacks if needed

Beautiful view of the sea and walking distance to the city of Argassi. Thank you Anemona beach hotel for an amazing vacation!

Immaculately clean and set in a perfect location. 10 minutes walk to the main ***** and direct access to the sea. The first few steps are a little stoney but sea shoes or sliders make it an easy walk

The private beach is the most luxurious part, something you'd normally only get if you were paying tens of thousands. it is dedicated to the hotel residents with big comfy beds dotted around for your own privacy

The rooms are spacious, comfy and clean, the restaurant, pool bar and breakfast is 5* with a wide selection to choose from, having something new for eachday

To sum up Cannot fault Rooms Beach Pool or Staff. You could move it anywhere!! Give me an honest Greek taverna anyday

This hotel is quite literally heaven on Earth. It isn't just a place to come to stay, it is a lifetime experience

A proper 5* experience - comfy rooms with large beds and powerful showers, friendly, helpful staff, the largest, loveliest breakfast buffet I've ever encountered, beautiful location, fab pool and ultra comfy sunbeds, a wonderful beach and great food and cocktails

We got to use a sauna on a rainy day, got a great massage at the spa and enjoyed our lives at the pool and beach, with plenty of space and beds. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel's restaurant menu also

Really nice hotel quite location. Good size rooms. Good beds. Everyday cleaning, fresh towels and free water. Service in the restaurant is perfect. Really friendly staff. ❤️

I honestly don’t know where the bad reviews are from, everything is fantastic! The people that work here are so sweet and polite. Always smiling and happy, always willing to help. The people truly made our stay special

Lots of different drinks to choose from and the bartender will also make you something that isn’t on the list

The reception staff were pleasant and competent! A special mention goes to the beach barman, Yiannis, who is very friendly, makes excellent cocktails, is very kind, and thank you for his delightful musical selection

Bartenders are super friendly! The beach bar is not included in all inclusive but the drinks are not expensive. The hotel and rooms are kept extremely clean. Someone is always walking around cleaning all day

Also there is plenty of sun beds available and most people don’t leave their towels there all day which is a huge plus. The hotel has beautiful views all around. I would definitely recommend this hotel

The pool and Beach is nice and the place is very quiet

Nice Greek hotel, lovely clean pool, own beach, stoney so may want apporiate footwear. Never had evening meal, had breakfast with our deal. Which was always well presented with good selection

You have to rent a car, if you're going to live here. Nothing interesting to see nearby, only some resorts. Plenty of room near a small pool and always some free sunbeds on the beach

A great little spot right in the beach. Service and people are fantastic, with the open menu every breakfast. Unfortunately the rooms and facilities aren’t really that of a four star hotel

However beach is one of the worst we've seen on whole island. I cut my leg twice during our stay here, beacuse of rocks on the bottom

But that’s easily made up by the fact you’re mostly out going to other places

Absolutely wonderful experience for our holiday (Noella and the whole team) We had the best time: beautiful apartment space with lovely balcony, peaceful, away from the bustle, exceptionally clean, lovely breakfasts, staff so attentive and helpful

Super location and wonderful experience in this residence kimothoe , thank you very much for your courtesy. See you next year Andrea and Isabella from Italy

they have several daybeds, which need to be shared with the hotel next door, but was never an issue because there is not beach. breakfast was also great! you can order what you like via a menu

Me and my partner stayed a couple days in this hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast, the views, the staff and the location were perfect

One of the nicest places to stay it was fabulous great breakfast lovely pool and the apartment was amazing cleaned everyday fresh towels and pool towels and Nikos and his staff looked after us all the time definitely be back enjoyed every minute thank you

The manager Nikos was really helpful by providing tips and recommendations for the best activities in Zante. We will definitely come back in the future
