We stayed here in June and had a great vacation! I'm convinced this is one of the best hotels on the island - new, clean and with enough sun beds for all guests. Good for families and elders. Service was great. No doubt they are holding up the pace for an all inclusive service. But it feels like the food quantity costs the food quantity.

Firstly a very good holiday. First room offered on the first floor was not good balcony looked out on a wire fence with some sort of false “camouflage” netting. No kettle or tea coffee facilities. Great Hotel but could improve. We stayed here a few years back so this may not be 100% accurate now but we loved it. Great location and great staff, did find it a bit annoying to pay for a hotel room safe when it's included in other places and the drink offers were a bit slim. But beyond that was a great place if your after a beach front hotel.

I had a wonderful holiday with my girlfriend at this hotel. We really liked the staff's service, and what we liked even more was waking up to direct sea views. We stayed for three nights. There are small shops and restaurants around the hotel. However, the hotel facilities were always out of order. The power circuit breaker in the room tripped on the first day and the water supply was cut off for the next two days.

We had one of the top rooms. Couldn't fault it. Food was nice and plenty of choice. We ate far too much because we wanted to try everything. They had nice tea but tiny cups. Bring a mug. If you know what to expect you won't get disappointed. The rooms are old and not worth it. But at least you get room service and all you can eat buffet (if you provided to get the full/half board). I stayed here recently and had a wonderful experience. My room was spotless and well-kept, which made me feel very comfortable during my stay. What really stood out was the staff – they were genuinely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. It made the atmosphere feel warm and personal, not just like a place to sleep but somewhere I felt well taken care of.

Nice hotel on Zakynthos. The rooms are basic but have everything you need. The beds are comfortable. The food is of good quality, with enough variety to easily last a full week. There is fun entertainment such as pub quizzes and small cooking workshops. The pool is clean. Overall, a more than decent hotel for a relaxing holiday in Greece.

Location of the hotel was great with plenty of bars etc down the strip and not far from the mini golf which we really enjoyed. We have just spent a week at this hotel on a half board basis and have come away feeling like we had an OK holiday but one that could have been so much better without doing too much. Excellent place to stay for a quiet trip away. Lovely local restaurants which were really good by any standard and easily walkable. The communal parts of the hotel were great. Only issue is the room. I think some rooms have been upgraded but we must have been in an older one. Whilst clean and well serviced the mattress was horrendous. Like sleeping on concrete.

I loved this hotel. The setting is beautiful (we booked a junior suite with sea view), the room very comfortable, the staff were welcoming and helpful and the breakfasts and evening meals were great. It is in a quiet location so not for people looking for nightlife but if you want a relaxing holiday near a beautiful beach, it's perfect.

So first a nice clean hotel,rooms were large and cleaned,beds made everyday.Clean towels changed regular.Great view of the pool and a large balcony with furniture. The pool area very clean and a lovely size pool. Hi all. Look its an ok hotel with no atmosphere no fun factor. We only had the breakfast deal and that was boring food absolutely no tastes or flavours. Same old thing. The place needs rescuing. Fantastic service from the staff, they all worked so hard and were very helpful and polite. Rooms could have been a little bit better as I slipped a little a couple of times on the floor after a shower, a floor squeegee would have been nice. Just returned from a wonderful week here. Friendly staff, nice small resort, shop just across the road, food was lovely, clean bedding everyday, just perfect. Beach is 1 minure from the hotel, perfect for watching the sunrise. Managed to see the fisherman feeding the turtle aswell. Also visited Shipwreck bay, zante town, kalamaki and more!
