We had a wonderful 10-day stay at the Bright Star Hotel in Faliraki. The hotel is spotless, the pool is lovely with plenty of sunbeds, and most of the time we had it almost to ourselves! Breakfast was very decent, and the location is perfect – just a short walk to great bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and the beautiful sandy Faliraki beach with crystal-clear water. We stayed in the superior bungalow, which was ideal for our family. It’s private and spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen (everything from a coffee maker to a microwave and fridge). We enjoyed eating outside on the patio and the jacuzzi was a real treat. A basic daily cleaning service was also provided, which we appreciated. A special mention has to go to the owner, Lefteris – his hospitality is second to none. Lefteris also owns a nearby restaurant where both the food and service are outstanding. This hotel truly stands out because of the warm and welcoming atmosphere. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend the Bright Star Hotel to anyone visiting Faliraki!

We have just returned today from a week at Bright Star. I cannot recommend or praise it enough. The owner, Leftaris, is an exceptional host, he goes above and beyond and nothing is too much trouble. He really is the simply the best. Accommodation is well kept, clean and more than adequate. It is a gem of a hotel, in a quiet area, within walking distance of the town, probably 15-20 mins or a taxi is cheap enough. Well worth paying for a taxi during the current high heat. On half board, evening meals are provided at Leftaris’ restaurant 5 mins down the road. You will not be disappointed, everything we had was first class. Even swapped several evening meals for lunch at the hotel as we were attending pre-wedding events and then the wedding day. You feel like you are given the personal touch, which makes for a great holiday. 10/10 all round and won’t hesitate to return in the future.

This was easily one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. If you are looking for a very chilled hotel experience, using the hotel as a base then this is the perfect hotel for you. Lefteris and the team are absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and helpful, especially when we were trying to find out about the buses. The pool area is relatively quiet so there are plenty of sun beds available. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk to the main restaurant/bar areas as well as the beach. Breakfast buffet had a good range of options including English breakfast style bacon/eggs. Our hotel room was lovely and comfortable and we had no issues with noise when trying to sleep. Good air conditioning unit too. Absolutely can’t fault this hotel!

The staff are honestly the most friendly people I’ve ever met could not do enough for us so accommodating the rooms are very clean and modern allowed us to store our luggage in another room and use the shower when we had a late flight would recommend this to anyone

Absolutely loved staying here for 6 nights. The staff are helpful and inviting always. It's a easy walk into faliraki main square & there's a bus stop for Rhodes about 6 min walk away which is very useful. It rained on the last day after checkout and we was very kindly allowed to use towels and a shower in a vacant room which was honestly just such a lovely gesture.

What a gem of a find. Lefteris and the family are lovely. Our suitcases were not put on our flight and I had medication in them. Lefteris tried to find it for memin the local chemist. He let us use the phone chargers in the bar as our were in the suitcase. We had a welcome drink on arrival. We booked a superior room which was fabulous. Really spacious, extremely clean. Lovely large lounge and fridge freezer. Shower room is amazing. Huge bedroom with plenty of storage and an enormous bed. Room was cleaned every day and towels and sheets changed every couple of days. Pool is small but most of our stay we were the only ones there. Sun loungers are comfy and plenty of them. Lefteris's restaurant is around a 10 minute walk away (left out of hotel, then left again. Left at the bottom and it's on the right) and the food is lovely. This is the best route into town as it avoids the main road. Easy access to beach that way too. The location is perfect, there is a supermarket on the main road about 5 minute walk from the hotel. There are a few other shops before this but the supermarket is cheaper. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, if you want noisy and busy, go elsewhere, if you want peace and quiet then this is the place to stay. I cannot wait to return.

Very nice aparthotel especially because there is a very kind and friendly staff. Plus the rooms are very clean and the beds comfortable and not to mention the very good and full breakfast, the chef is very good. For me this is the best hotel in all of Faliraki.

Lefteris & family were welcoming & very accommodating all the way through. I don't think I have ever stayed in a hotel which makes their guests feel like part of the family. Lefteris upgraded us to a bigger room free of charge which was a nice surprise. Rooms came with everything you would expect (soap, shower gel, towels) & pool towels can be obtained from the bar. On our first day/evening we got offered a drink each on the house. Breakfast was very good with various options on offer. Items such as sausage, bacon, eggs, continental ham & cheese, breads, cereal, fruit & yoghurt were available everyday. There is a restaurant called Oinos on the edge of the town (about 10 minutes walk from hotel) which is owned by the family. The pool was quiet most days as other guests often did their own thing. This was good for a relaxing day by the pool or for a relaxing swim. All in all Lefteris & family went above & beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, even sourcing a wheelchair when my partner sprained her ankle, allowing us to get back to the room. I cannot recommend Bright Star enough & would definitely return.

This was a lovely family run hotel. Service was excellent & staff very friendly. The owner also owns cars to hire and restaurant, in walking distance, but food can be ordered, delivered to and eaten at the hotel. Would totally recommend.

As previous people have stated this is an absolute gem of a Hotel.Stayed in the bungalow and it was absolutely lovely.Clean,modern and the jacuzzi was so nice.Lefteri is a superb host,nothing is too much trouble.Make sure you try his restaurant round the corner too,food is wonderful.Hotel is only ten minute walk to the centre,so away from the noise but easily within striking distance 🍺 Thank you Lefteri,we’ll be back.
