Friendly and helpful staff. Room doors stay open, are not spring loaded to close.
Outstanding hotel in a great area. Very safe. The rooms have new TVs and the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed having a big shower with great lighting. The hair dryer is modern too. I loved the breakfast buffet with fresh squeezed orange juice and eggs to order. I would recommend this hotel to others visiting Athens Greece.
Nice hotel selected by our tour group. Room was a little tight but nice. Bathroom was roomy and clean. Lobby and bar area is spacious. Hotel staff were helpful. Breakfast area had a great view. Breakfast was great. Swim area relaxing. Close to a 24 hr supermarket, pharmacy, bakeries and good restaurants.
Outdated rooms with strange smell. Beds were of average comfort. Welcoming staff but don’t know if I would stay here longer than one night
Well appointed hotel in a central part of Athens. Everything about the hotel contributes to what should be a memorable visit to Athens. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The iron/board was a nice surprise. The service is ok but just lacks the warmth, energy and friendliness of other large international hotel chains. Recommended.
Overall it's good. Breakfast with a nice view

Had a lovely stay at Coco Mat BC. Location was very good everything was walking distance. Overall I’m happy with the facilities. Enjoyed the breakfast where you could order from the menu and comes fresh and piping hot. Not to forget the fresh orange juice. The staff were really accommodating.
The hotel is right next to the Acropolis Museum, which is incredibly convenient. It's a super easy walk to the Acropolis and the surrounding areas. You absolutely *must* book a room with an Acropolis view; the scenery is absolutely stunning. The hotel lobby and interior are also very nice. No complaints, other than the room being a bit too small.
Excellence !!! 10 Stars !!! What a Great Experience at Coco Math Athens BC. People Friendly and Lovely. Greek Breakfast so delicious and fresh along with the Best Service Ever !!!!! Everyone makes you feel great !!!! Also the Hotel is on the very front of the Acropolis and Plaka Stores and Acropolis Museum. Will come back !!!! Thankful and Blessed. The location was excellent, could walk easily to Acropolis in less than 5 mins. The hotel room was really clean and decent sized but felt that there could be a bit more hooks to hang face towel and clothings for bathing. The design of the city view room tried to consolidate some common area at the entrance and bathroom, making it a little odd. No rooftop restaurants or swimming pool, was caught by...
We were not sure where to stay for a night in Athens and this place didn’t disappoint.
Firstly a shout out to the bell boy who was amazing, courteous, helpful and a wealth of information.
The hotel is walking distance to the Acropolis and the Panathenaic Stadium as well as several other places to see.
If you walk along the street, there are many restaurants and small shops. Our favorite was a gelato...
We had an incredible stay at COCO-MAT Athens BC! The location is fantastic—right next to top food spots and great shopping, in a safe area. The beds were clean and comfortable, and from the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding—the front desk was welcoming, the bellman service attentive, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and professional. The breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully...

The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance of all the main tourist sites in town. The staff are attentive and helpful. We got an upgrade, which we really appreciated. However, the air conditioning in my room did not heat properly and had an unfresh smell.
Overpriced but great location...
The location is very good, very close to Constitution Square, convenient for travel and eating around. The hotel service is professional, the general manager sent us an email to inquire about the check-in situation and solicit opinions. I made suggestions for breakfast and it was improved the next day. Compared with the hotels of the same price I stayed in before, the unsatisfactory points are: first...
The room condition was quite good.
The reception staff are very, very nice to deal with.
Great hotel! We really enjoyed our time here. Our room was large and the balcony was also a good size - it included 2 chairs and a table. The air conditioning worked well, thankfully, as it was very hot when we were there. The location was very convenient - plenty of nearby restaurants. We loved having a nice cocktail at the rooftop bar - beautiful views! Hotel staff were welcoming and very helpful...

Attica, Piraeus, 23 Karaoli & Dimitriou Street 🧭 Map
We booked this hotel as a package, a cheap one, for a quick last minute getaway.
As you can see in the pictures the bathroom was ridden with drain flies and mould in the grout. We discussed changing rooms but for the little time we were in the room we did not deem it worth it, however these things did not go unnoticed. The room itself is ok, slightly outdated. We had no idea how to use the air-con...
Although we stayed there only one night, the choice of that specific hotel proved to be a pleasant surprise. The room, although without a remarkable view, was relatively spacious. The bathroom was quite good, clean, and provided everything needed for hassle-free and enjoyable use (three types of shampoo for hair and body, lotion, bathroom slippers, clean and relatively new towels, cotton swabs, etc...
Theoxenia Palace Piraeus is a great choice for a successful city trip. The location is very convenient, close to everything you might need. The breakfast is generous and varied, the rooms are spacious and warm—an important detail, especially when traveling near Christmas. The hotel staff is extremely kind and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant. A big plus for those arriving by car is the underground...
The location is great! Taking the ferry is especially necessary.
Excellent central location, convenient for port departures,. Friendly people. Room looks bit dated.
We booked this hotel because we had a boat to Santorini the next morning. The hotel looks nice from the outside, but the furnishings are average. Is it a traditional five-star hotel? It's about a ten-minute drive from E7.

The hotel is an overall nice hotel in a very nice area, surrounded by quite a few good restaurants. The staff is amazing and always ready to help. However, the rooms have pretty old furniture, almost zero electricity plugs in the room (and the one next to my bed stopped working the second day).Ii would recommend putting a normal hairdryer in every room instead of the old wall-hairdryer that's in the...
Excellent location with a supreme room that was above expectations. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast.
Second stay at the Palace, past its heyday. Impressive marble clad building. Clean and tidy but some features a bit rattly (air con, cupboard and floors creaky) spotlights through the curtains made for some small disturbance but an otherwise pleasant stay
A pleasant atmosphere in a wonderful location, excellent staff and very good breakfast.
Because I was on a business trip, I chose a hotel far from the city. But the weather in Athens was good. The hotel looked great. It was close to a commercial area. The surrounding restaurants were also good. But there was a bad smell outside the hotel.
Good hotel, in the city center.

Great experience. We were given a beautiful room and had no complaints our entire stay. Angelos was a friendly and incredibly helpful host the entire time. If I'm ever back in Athens, I'm staying here
Enjoyed our stay a lot . Helpful staff . Location was really good. Bathrooms + rooms clean and big enough.
Appreciated for free upgrade.
We will be back soon,
I recently stayed at this hotel and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service was truly outstanding — every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help.
A special mention goes to Angelo from the concierge team, who absolutely made my stay. He was incredibly attentive, kind, and proactive, always going above and beyond to ensure everything was...
The service was impeccable, with welcome tea, local honey pears, and late-night desserts delivered to the room. Breakfast was a Western-style feast; while not as extensive as a buffet, it was distinctive and served until 11 am. The location was also superb, with almost all major attractions within walking distance.
I was looking for a five-star hotel in the center of Athens for a family long weekend. We wanted comfort, style, and a good location — and chose Milos.
We booked a suite connected to a standard room, which turned out to be an excellent option for a family of five. The rooms are spacious, with high ceilings, quality furniture, three bathrooms, and plenty of storage space. Everything is in good condition...
Facilities: Well-equipped and complete.
Hygiene: Clean and comfortable, with thorough cleaning.
Environment: Located in the city center, very close to Syntagma Square. It's surrounded by bustling streets, making it extremely convenient.

A very good hotel in a very good position, close to the center and close to the main line of the metro.
The staff were extremely welcoming. This was our first time out of our country internationally on our own so we were very nervous about how to get around ect, the staff answered any questions we had, at any hour of the night the staff would be present at the front desk always smiling and eager to assist. We loved this stay at COCO MAT :)
Great find, excellent location and super friendly staff.

Such a cute hotel with good size rooms in a central location. Lovely happy staff that are helpful. Location is near lots of restaurants and not too touristy. Breakfast is standard, nothing special. Pool is nice but not heated. Overall a great stay.
We lived staying here, The location is nice. Convenient to restaurants , Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Location of the hotel is great, within walking distance of the city centre and many museums. We had an interior room so we’re spared some of the traffic noise. The reception team were great. Excellent hotel with very helpful staff, well appointed rooms. Well equipped gym and a Michelin star restaurant. We were upgraded to a suite with balcony which looked out into the main square. Though we were in the busy area, the pario doors insulate against the traffic noise and it was quiet inside.
We recently had a great stay at the King George. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms are nice, well laid out and with the necessary amenities (nice to have an iron and ironing board available). One thing to note is that our room had a tub with a shower wand that is...
The King George is one of the few 'luxury' hotels deserving of the description.
Excellent location - easy walk or short taxi/uber to several Athen's shopping districts and most of the key ancient ruins - the Acropolis, etc.

As a Marriott Titanium Elite member, I was disappointed with my stay at the King George hotel in Athens. Despite my elite status, I was denied early check-in, which is typically a standard benefit I receive at other Marriott properties worldwide.

This place isn't that great, especially compared to others we've stayed at. Really just a bit of a disappointment all around after seeing so many positive reviews.

Good hotel near Athens center, easy to arrive by train from the airport.

Room I was in was very noisy from traffic. The door going to jacuzzi was allowing too much light and noise in which made it difficult to sleep and woke you up early in the morning due to the light.

The location is excellent, making it easy to explore every inch of the city's scenery; the hotel's warm and thoughtful service is refreshing, and it pays attention to every detail of hygiene management. Although the guest rooms are slightly small, every furnishing reveals the exquisiteness and beauty of life. (〃'▽'〃)
We have been at the bar and the restaurant of the hotel; excellent cocktails, food and service. The only negative aspect is that pets are not allowed. We found this really inappropriate for the standards of such a hotel and given the fact that we live in the 21st century.. the management of the hotel should do something about it.
