The hotel is located close to the metro. It's easy to get to the main attractions. The area seemed safe. The breakfast is simple, but filling.

We went late at night but the staff was very helpful .Room was clean and had all the facilities that we needed .At breakfast there was plenty of choices.We definitely would go back

I had a wonderful stay at the Iris hotel. The staff was very friendly, professional and they went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel was in a great location and close to the train station. The breakfast was excellent, a wonderful variety of different dishes and fresh. The rooms were very clean and the service was top notch. The facilities were also in excellent condition. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for convenience, comfort and great hospitality. Well done to all the staff, keep up the good work

My wife and I have stayed at the Athens Hotel Iris twice. Once in 2022 and now in 2024 at the start of our honeymoon journey in Greece. I only have great things to say about this establishment. It has a family owned feel to it, both times the staff seemed to care about our stay. Clean rooms, air conditioned, breakfast is traditional. I definitely suggest this to anyone who is planning to stay in the Athens area either overnight or for a few days.

The first time we visited, we were close to many touristic views within walking or short cab ride distance which made it easy and fun to plan.

The second time we used the hotel as a night layover for a different flight. The taxis in Athens coincidentally had a strike the morning that we wanted to return to the airport (30minutes away drive from the hotel). The staff were very accommodating and provided us a shuttle service. The driver told us, “I will get you there no matter what”.

Excellent choice and when we visit Athens again we will be back.
