Very close to the Metro station and easy to arrive from the airport.
Staff was very professional and welcoming.
The room was very clean and a very comfortable bed.
The morning breakfast service was excellent and the staff was very attentive. The food selection was very large and I diverse, something for every taste.

The room and bathroom have fake windows that don't open and have no view. The bathroom didn't have a shower door—it was broken. I asked to change rooms and explained the reason. He said he knew about the problem and couldn't change. If the room has this kind of problem, the least you can do is fix it before the hotel is full.

My granddaughter got insect bites on her face for two nights. There was a mosquito the first night, which we killed, but the second night we made sure there weren't any and she still got bitten

The service at the bar was wonderful, very friendly people, the included breakfast is very rich and the room I had was very complete even with a stove, refrigerator and laundry room, only the bathroom could improve its aroma hehe but in general I had a great stay, very comfortable and clean

Good rooms, not too big but it's ok if you are not spending too much time at the hotel. Not the great location but overall it's safe.

It's a prime location, and the outdoor restaurant and bar on the first floor offer excellent value.
The three single beds, including mine, and the sumptuous, delicious breakfast were impressive.
