Great location, great service and everything was well set
No reception staff, but very responsive by message and instruction to check in and access the room are clear and detailed.
We were staying 3 nights and declined the cleaning service, but were still brought fresh towels and new coffee pods after the second night, which was nice.
You will have space, be close to everything and have a lovely Rooftop terrace with a view of the Acropolis!
Rooftop is the best you should try.
Room is also very clean and convenient.
There is no one at reception. However, all the communication by WhatsApp is great enough to ask questions and get some supports
Highly recommend this accommodation
The apartment is compact, and while it’s perfect for smaller groups, it becomes quite cramped for a family of five. Once the sofa bed is opened, the living room essentially disappears, leaving no place to sit except for the terrace. Unfortunately, during the summer, the terrace becomes uncomfortably hot, making it an impractical option.
What really disappointed us this time around was the lack of personalized service. Before rebooking, I reached out via email, mentioning that we were returning customers, and asked a few questions. Sent them messages by WhatsApp too. Unfortunately, none of my emails or messages were answered. Instead, I only received generic, standardized emails about check in/check out. I didn’t expect special treatment, but considering we were paying around €250 per night, a little acknowledgment or assistance would have been appreciated.
It’s disheartening that everything has become so impersonal. After our stay, I received another automated email asking for a review, further highlighting the lack of human interaction. In a world where personal touch is increasingly rare, we’ve decided to support family-run places that offer a more genuine experience. Regrettably, we won’t be staying here again and can no longer recommend this apartment.
