The only issue was the attitude and demeanor of many of the staff members; a few front desk staffers, the breakfast servers, and bar tenders. They were short and unfriendly. It was very strange to be received this way. We were practically yelled at when we shared our disappointment about something. Even though the problem was rectified, I felt embarrassed by the person shaming us for a complaint. The breakfast servers avoided bringing us coffee and getting our own wasn’t an option. Finally, on the last day there was a taxi strike, but we received no notification. An email would have been nice. I’m guessing this review will make little difference, but it honestly left such a bad impression, I was happy to leave.
The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the Acropolis—which made it easy for us to explore without long trips. It was ideal for our family, as we could sightsee and return to rest whenever needed.
A special thank you to Micael, the porter, for his kindness and patience with our little one. His warm demeanor and genuine care made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended for families!

Dinning waitstaff is superb!
The room was nice and included robes and slippers to utilize. There is also a balcony to look out on. They have a restaurant on the bottom floor that has a breakfast buffet in the morning. I did not go, but my mother and her friend told me it was good though they said they had a problem ordering coca cola lol.
Be careful in the bathroom. There isn't really anything to stop the water from the shower hitting outside of it so they floor can be slippery. There is a booklet that shows options for room service and for how much the items in the fridge are. Don't bother bringing leftovers back unless you are willing to eat them cold since there isn't a microwave and they aren't able to heat the food up for you.
