Do not get their breakfast. Coffee is cold and they put a few items on a tray with a towel on it put away somewhere and the front desk clerk had to find it. As a matter of fact no one gets their breakfast.

Cleaning lady is loud. Fumbling with bags near the door.

This is a basic budget hotel located 5 minutes walk from the centre. It was reasonably clean and the staff were helpful so if you only want a bed and a shower ……

The reception staff are respectful, as are the cleaning ladies. The room is quiet. I stayed on the sixth floor.

Basic but definitely good value for the price. Shower head had to be held and water got everywhere but shampoo and towels were available. Reception is not difficult if you arrive at midnight and was quick and polite. Bed was clean and there was an extra sleeping bag in the wardrobe. No nice view, no other toiletries, no equipment to make hot drinks or food (but a fridge!).

Worst hotel I've ever been to. I stayed for 4 nights and didn't even stay one because the room was infested with bed bugs. Not to mention that the room was dirty and smelled bad. I had to change hotels at 1:30 am, which caused me a lot of inconvenience. And worse, the hotel didn't want to give me any kind of refund, not even partial. Terrible experience. I just hope the bed bugs didn't get into my suitcase. Because this insect is difficult to exterminate. Anyone who knows or has heard of them will understand what I'm talking about.
