The guy in the reception was friendly, other than that the room was not the same as what was shown in the photos. The bathroom is old and gross, with an old shower curtain as well.

The toilet is so close to the wall that you have to sit on an angle if you're 6 ft tall.

The location is not great either, the area is sketchy and far away from anything inteesting
interesting.

I'd recommend staying away from this hotel.

Far from a four star hotel. Rooms and bathrooms need renovating. Breakfast is mostly processed foods with weird taste. Could do better!

Hotel was good . Breakfast was ok . The only thing we paid tax 30 pounds and when we get there they charged again 30 euros for tax . They didn’t let us in till they get the money but I called agent and they said you should not pay extra money.they are scammers.

It doesn't worth to stay here. I booked 3 deluxe rooms and near the expectation was high. The only thing "deluxe" may be the balcony, but not something else. More than that, we had some rainy dais and through the night the room was getting cold and they gave us the air conditioning(which has also the option to heat the room) remote controls after we talked with booking and said that we'll leave earlier than we booked. Overall, stay away!

I am very very unhappy with the description of this hotel on Trip.com. The hotel should be a one star and nothing more. The ac in our room was noisy. The beds were very uncomfortable the chair in the room was torn the chairs in the lobby were torn the room was painted an unsightly pink colour. I would not have booked this hotel if I was aware of all this. Also Trip.com does not put the accurate area of the location of some hotels, like in this case, so I can be sure it is safe and a good place for me.

I booked this hotel because it was very affordable, but honestly it doesn’t feel like a real 4-star hotel. The area around it is not very nice and feels a bit run-down, which makes the location less appealing. That said, the hotel itself was clean, and that was a positive point. Overall, if you’re just looking for a budget option to spend the night, it works, but don’t expect a true 4-star experience.

The hotel's proximity to the subway station is very convenient. However, the property is quite old and the facilities are dated. On the bright side, the service was satisfactory, and the breakfast was decent.

While the hotel isn't in the very heart of the city, it's just a 7-minute walk to the metro station. There's a large supermarket right downstairs, which makes shopping incredibly convenient. The breakfast spread was quite generous. The front desk staff were very friendly and proactive in offering assistance. Milan's metro system is excellent, and you can reach the city center in about 20 minutes. The surrounding neighborhood is also quite pleasant. Definitely recommended, it offers exceptional value for money!
