The rooms are modern, clean, and have everything you need. The entire staff is proactive and always ready to help; you can tell they prioritize the guest experience. I also really enjoyed using the jacuzzi several times during my visit.
However I would like to mention that on my last night. At 2/3 AM, a group of about 20-30 teenagers were shouting in the lobby, which woke me up. While the staff stopped it quickly, it was disappointing for a luxury hotel. When paying these prices, I expect a peaceful sleep rather than a hostel atmosphere.
Aside from that one night, it was a fantastic experience. I hope management ensures better noise control for large groups in the future!
