The location is excellent, close to all main spots.

The staff is super helpful, cultured and pleasant.
The room was identical to the one at Booking pictures.
Clean and comfortable, basic room, only things to improve is the soundproofing which is too weak and the slippers were missing. Quite a good deal for the price. The breakfast was excellent, a large selection, delicious.
Once again, location is a big win. Plus there is a parking garage 20 meters from the hotel (extra charge, is not theirs) but it is in a great place.
No kettle in room, pity but we knew this. A/c a bit noisy on top setting! Usual inconsiderate guests shouting in corridors and slamming doors.
I booked a room for 68 euros per night with breakfast, this is a great price.
Of the minuses:
- cockroaches and
- old renovation
- the hotel photos have not been updated for a long time
- they serve the same thing for breakfast
- there was a smell of sewage in the rooms
