Absolutely wonderful hotel, very comfortable beds, super clean, friendly staff, amazing pool area and food service. Can't fault the place, only tiny criticism is the music in the pool area is the same songs played over and over, would be good to have different songs. Would definitely return.

An excellent location in Chania, a few minutes drive from the old town. The apartment is literally on the beach. There are restaurants nearby.

Beautifully located apartment, walkable distance to a beach and various beach bars. Bus stop across the road and you can take a frequently going bus to central Chania or other beaches. Lots of good bars and restaurants in the area too. Apartment had everything you need with a small kitchen and it was kept clean for us.

Great location overlooking Kalamaki beach and headland. Bathroom shower was super small (2 ft by 2ft) with just a shower curtain that barely stays hanging. Kitchen wasn’t even a kitchen. Small bar fridge, hot plate, and sink in a cabinet. Price was really good, great location and view, with a nice small patio to watch the beach from, but the bathroom and kitchen were a disappointment.

We stayed in Elotis suites from 17 Oct for one week as a family of 3 adults and 2 teens. We had room 201 which is by far the best apartment because of the balcony and the view. Really a fantastic hotel. Better than expected. The room were perfect with electronic cortrol of locks and lightning. The reception were helpfull, the cleaning of the room of high quality and the breakfast were splended. The staff were helpfull and polite.

A unique hotel of two parts: modern technological rooms and a village part with more traditional rooms. We didn't like the modern room, which design is not for everybody. They are also right above the street and no privacy - neighbour rooms can observe you from the outside and literally anyone from the street has an access right outside your room so can't feel safety when ti keep the window/door open...

The entire hotel was renovated a few days ago therefore everything is new and super clean, the design of the entire hotel is beautiful and the staff was beyond amazing! Just returned from 14 nights in Despina Apartments, our third time, nothing is too much trouble for George, the apartments are spotless, attended to by Valentino, and the surrounding area, by George. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and shops all along the main road, and a short walk to the beach with sunbeds and shades. Lovely hotel! It’s such a nice hotel, George is really accomodating. The cleaning lady (i didn’t get her name sadly) is so sweet and good at her job. We stayed for free on the day we were leaving ‘till 6:30 in the evening. George arranged transfer to and from the airport so we didn’t have to worry. Would definitely stay here again!

Best 24/7 service. They provided me a better room with two balconys faced to the ocean. Nothing to compliane about with this place. Highly recommended and good price!
