Amazing view, very nice place! The Hotel has everything for a perfect holiday. Beach access is convenient and staff are wonderful, especially in Italian restaurant. Carbonara was perfect! The rooms are cozy and well kept. We like pool. Great experience overall!

Gaini is the best place to relax .Our room is very clean .The Waterpark is very beautifull and our kids sped a lot of time there .The food was delicious and it has a little of facilities for us.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the atmosphere throughout the property was very pleasant. The bar was a real highlight - great selection of drinks, perfect for relaxing in the evening. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I’d definitely stay here again!

It's the second time that I visit this hotel and I love it .The hotel is near to center of Hania and it has private beach with sunbeds .The view was fantastic and the food delicious .The rooms was big and very clean .The staff was friendly and helpful with us .

I’m writing this on behalf of my girlfriend, as she was the one who originally wrote a review about her experience at this hotel but is unable to reply to your response. This is a follow-up to her previous review, as she became seriously ill with food poisoning during her stay. She only ate food from the hotel’s restaurants and had to contact both her travel insurance and a doctor, who prescribed medication while she was still at the hotel. In response to her honest review, the hotel publicly accused her of lying and even mentioned involving their legal team against her. I find that deeply upsetting and incredibly disappointing. She has never written anything untrue, and her experience was very real and frightening. What has shocked us the most is not only the illness itself but also the way the hotel chose to handle the situation afterwards. Instead of showing understanding or concern, they made an already traumatic experience even worse. We both truly regret choosing this hotel, and after reading their replies to other guests, I think it says a lot about how they treat their customers and the standards they maintain. We sincerely hope no one else has to go through what she did.

Sadly this 4 Star which was a 5 Star! But really should b a 2!!! Place is run down health hazard and at parts dangerous now due to no maintenance or money! Manager & Staff r so lovely too! Basically a Sinking Ship!

This hotel was the perfect way to spend the best holidays.The food was good, the view was just incredible.The sea was so clear.Also the best thing in the hotel was the bars, so lot of choices of cocktails and the bar staff they were the best guys will you ever met they help us with everything.We will come again soonnn!!!

The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location it offers a nice view and is just a few minutes from the beach. However, the rooms are outdated and fall far short of a 5-star standard.
The restaurant is chaotic, with a lack of seating, dirty tables, and repetitive food that is often cold by the time you get to the table.
The Albanian bar staff, particularly the manager at the pool bar, are extremely rude and clearly inexperienced. Drinks are charged for after 11 PM ( even for all inclusive guests)
Overall, I would not stay at this hotel again. Don’t be fooled by the pictures or pricing it does not match the advertised quality. This hotel is a 3 star hotel not 5 for sure.
