Hostels in Heraklio Town

Enjoyed the stay at the hostel. The people (Volunteers) at the desk were very helpful. The rooftop is a good place to hangout and meet fellow travellers. Location is in close proximity to main shopping areas of Heraklion. Also has a 24 hour convenience store within a 5 minute walk. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Very nice facilities. Spacious, well-organized, and very clean.

First time staying in a hostel and my experience for the weekend was amazing! Everything's really clean, tidy, the staff is really polite and helpful and I had the pleasure of having really good roommates and neighbors! It's close to the city centre so I definitely recommend it!

Decent, could use some renovation as well as more accurate cleaning. Volunteer staff are super friendly and helpful! Bed bugs in my bed (maybe I was unlucky).

We agreed with some more people/guests that a year ago it was better. The hostel needs a proper maintenance and cleaning, if not a renovation. There's so much work but noone to do that job.

This hostel - hotel has spacious clean rooms and the pool is very nice and clean. The common areas are ok but noisy so not recommended it for work. The management is absent.

They are small, but changes in the kitchen are for the better: there are separate shelves where guests can keep their things, which do not necessarily have to be in the fridge. We stayed at the hostel for 3 days after renting a car from Heraklion, the main city. It’s just over a hour of a drive through the beautiful rural landscape - the drive in itself up the mountains is an experience in itself. Very friendly service and good location (only about 7-10 min walk to Matala beach). The beds were very comfortable. We booked a private room and there were only rooms left with 2 separate beds so they offered to put both beds together.
